360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower
Food really good, service average, overpriced due to being an attraction
Amazing experience, disappointing food
Maybe a more diverse menu would be more appropriate! Or even pictures next to each dish, I believe is more appealing. The dishes should be described a bit more in detail! Overall was a pleasant experience and will definitely return back :)
We enjoyed our lunch very much. We are a family of 6 with children aged 3 to 12. We were immediately greeted with a very pleasant and friendly host. He engaged with our children and quickly established an atmosphere of welcome. The food was very good. The portions were very large. Even the children's dishes had more than our 12 year could eat at one sitting.
The waiters and servers were very polite and also engaged with all of our family. The atmosphere was excellent and we look forward to our next visit.
It's good place to view the whole Toronto. The food is good and fresh. I don't know the night time and weekends, it's quit place and no more customers noise.
This is our second time coming to 360 to celebrate a family members birthday. Not only is the view spectacular, the menu is very good with a few different food items to try (I had the elk, which was excellent), and the wine list is very extensive. This is not an inexpensive meal, but definitely worth it for those special occasions!
Food was not impressive - menu was limited - extremely disappointing and overpriced
And they don’t tell you the truth when it comes to YOU have to order from the fixed price menu to access the lookout experience afterwards - anyone can enter as you just take the stairs - there’s no special voucher or access it’s a free for all that’s unregulated
Great place to go. I’m there every year for my birthday. Most beautiful view.
That was just an amazing experience! Food was delicious and view..breathtaking view!
Hard bread...Cold soup...Cold meal...Only good service is not enough.
It was an experience, beautiful decor in a rotating (360 Degree) Dining Room. What we saw out the windows was beautiful! The staff were top notch! Service was excellent! What was served is another story, first the bread basket placed on our table was not warmed, the butter would not melt! The rib eye and the Roast of Beef were done perfectly, but the sides were cold! The butter would not melt in the mashed potato's or my baked potato! The baked potato was a little underdone as well! The green beans with crushed almonds was good, but cold! I did not make a big deal about any of our problems, because this was a special occasion, and would have destroyed the whole evening! The drinks we ordered were excellent!
I found it too pricey for what we got! We did it, now we are done! I won't eat there again!
It was so wonderful! You will need to make reservations. I would plan well, well, well ahead for parking and walking to the tower. There a couple lots within a couple of blocks but it is still a good distance away. So if traffic is awful (and it was) you still have time to get in before your reservation. The 360 Resturant doesn’t have valet, which is a shame. Once you arrive they will let you coat check and get you in line to head up the tower. They are also going to ask to take your photo for a souvenir photo so plan to have your picture taken. Service is nice and friendly. I would chose the Pick Two or Pick Three option from the menu. Overall, it’s worth the ‘climb’ for a spin around the city.
Our first time at 360 and we loved it! The service was amazing and the food was amazing as well. We were a little sad we didn't have a table near the window, but the view was still beautiful from our booth. When it was time for our dessert one of the gentlemen that worked there offered us a table by the window to enjoy our dessert with a view! We were so grateful for such a kind gesture, we hadn't even mentioned how we wished we sat at a window table! Yes it's a bit pricey but we thought it was totally worth it!
As expected, the view and the organization was fantastic. The restaurant is perfect and the staff was very welcoming. However, the dishes were not up to our expectations, and the restaurant service was not bad, but it wasn’t god either
We came to celebrate birthday for our kid. The menu is quite pricey and wines are x5 compared to similar at LCBO. The quality of the food does not meet expectations of the pricing. It is all compensated by an amazing view and the VIP greeting.
Fantastic experience for the whole family!
I enjoyed the experience and food at the CN tower restaurant
Based solely on the food and prices i can not recommend 360 restaurant. Obviously the views are great but thats about it. Shortrib was dry and desperately needed more jus. With wine pairing, 3 courses will cost you $150 a head
I booked reservation for my anniversary dinner 6weeks in advance yet when I arrived I was told I had wait 1hr for the window table I had requested when booking online. My wife was less than pleased and this kinda ruined our experience as the staff didnt even try to honour the request we had made 6weeks in advance.
Overall a nice experience. A little pricey but it was a special occasion so why not splurge. The beer, wine, and cocktails all felt definitely overpriced. The food was excellent.
Great food with unforgettable view. Highly recommended if you don’t mind the bustle.
Ordered steak lots of fat and blue rare even though we said medium. Very expensive for little food.
The view was stunning and service was attentive, however the food was expensive and not very good at all. None of us at the table enjoyed the food. I would recommend a visit for drinks and the view.
A great way to embrace Toronto. Beautiful view, great service, deffinatly a experience to remeber!
Valuable , great customer experience, great view of the city and delicious steak.
Keith, our server, WAS AMAZING.
There when we needed him, chatty but not too chatty. Made for a wonderful experience!
We brought our three kids to the resto for lunch and it was a view and experience to remember. Our adult meals were delish and comparable to a four star restaurant. The kids menu has the standard fare - but that aside, my five year did say it was the best pasta (butter and cheese) he has ever had - and that is saying a lot:) $350 later - not sure I would say it was a “value” meal, but we are fortunate to be able to splurge on these type of experiences and educate our kids about our city Toronto from a bird’s eye point of view.
I got ripped off !!! And I can’t get a hold of anyone!!
Food was great. Staff was friendly but they kept asking how we were enjoying the meal a little too much. I couldn’t answer most of the time as I had food in my mouth. Overall it’s a great place to visit.
This was the fifth time but this time the experience was out of this world the food, the service, the hospitality was 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... But most importantly despite the location and the hi rise scenic view the service we got from our waiter Steve was beyond 100% he was so accommodating, gave great suggestions, was always there to bring our drinks and food warm... He was wonderful made my experience being a Torontonian like a tourist it was so professional and at the same time lovely definitely going back there when Steve will be around best best service I got from the city after a long time..... Hopefully the management reads this reviews and appreciates Steve’s customer service and quality of work....⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼Sabrina and Zee
Tower was beautiful and it was nice sitting at the restaurant seeing the view. The food wasn't the best and our server seemed very tired and not very welcoming.
Great view and excellent customer service. Food was also great, but seems a bit overpriced.
Very noise at the restaurant. Felt like the waiters were tossing the dishes into the sink. Really didn't like how our waiter treated us. Plus didn't like how at the end the tip was about a minimum of 15%. I was going to tip a fair amount but his service was definitely not $40 worthy.
Overall my restaurant experience here was not as delicious, romantic or elegant as I expected.
However, I did like the service of the staff in the tower like the elevator staff, very kind!
I would recommend to a friend 100 percent. Stunning view! Unreal! Only thing I didn’t like is I ask for a window seat because it was my gf birthday and they gave me a middle seat and they didn’t do anything for my gf’s birthday like other restraunts would. But the view all worth it.
fantastic view , amazing service, great people. .
It’s a good experience to have once. But I wouldn’t go back. Food is overpriced, options are limited and the food is not worth the price.
Food was way overpriced. GF and I had 2 course meal for 78 bucks. Food was not even hot tasted very bland. Ordered cod was less that room temp. No flavour. Chicken breast was dry. Would rather have gone to the keg for a fraction of the price and had better steak and chicken.
I understand that no one forced us to eat here and that we could have just gone up in the tower and not eaten but as we wanted the full experience we paid the overly high price. Service was good but the main dishes were lukewarm at best and very small portions. $80 for an average steak is way too much no matter where you are eating it. Be forewarned that sticker shock will come with the check. My recommendation would be to eat on the ground and then visit the tower. 360 is not really worth it unless you have money to burn.
Outstanding views, outstanding food, great service. If you are in Toronto, the CN Tower is a must see.
