360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower
Everything was delicious. We were not once rushed, or felt the need to hurry. The waiter George was very calm, courteous and extremely attentive.
It was a wonderful birthday lunch with a plethora of tastes to explore. Great company and simply the best views in the city made this a special moment in my life. The food does not look plentiful but I found that at the end of the meal I was actually pleasantly stuffed. Definitely something to experience!
The experience itself is a once in a lifetime experience but the amazement stops there. I had the smoked salmon to start with and the prime rib for an entree. I didn’t eat either. My boyfriend enjoyed his salad but said the salmon (entree) was lack luster. If this restaurant was on a regular block I highly doubt it would still be in business. You’re better off paying for the observation deck and skipping the overpriced unseasoned food. As a tip ask for a table not a booth. We were seated at the booths and couldn’t see as much of the city as we had hoped. Honestly probably won’t ever return for dinner.
We were quite disappointed with the experience. The views are amazing, but the 4 of us thought that our meals were bland and very disappointing. Also our server must have went on break and we were left waiting fir a long time to pay . I will not return and I would not recommend it, especially fir the price
i would not recommend ordering the prime rib - it was a little cold and tough. Other than that everything was fantastic! The view is spectacular and it’s a great experience, great for celebrating!
A must for travelers to experience food as well as get a view unlike anything else
Not worthed. I paid about 110dollars for a fat greasy prime rib with 4 sparragus...a non sense seafood soup...
The attraction to go to the upper level was not available with my expenses....
I would have paid the 30dollars entrance fee to the view and eat a pair of hot dogs on the street and i would have been better off.
As a conclusion...not worth for the money paid. The waiters are not customer oriented...
The views are stunning and that’s the best part of the restaurant. Service was slow, the first plates of food we received were cold, the waiter begrudgingly changed them. We told the manageress our thoughts at the end of the meal and she couldn’t have cared less, no apology, just said “we are busy”! Of course it’s busy .... I’m sure it is most nights given the view! Go up, the view is amazing but don’t eat there!
Best view possible! Prompt service. We had to wait a short while for our table but that time was nicely spent taking in the views.
Really nice view but the food is expensive and it’s not very personal.
Great view! Skip the dinning and just do the tower view. Much better dinning in Toronto. My chowder was cold and all other food was just ok. Kids dinning is $40...wow! Would not go back.
Le rapport qualité/ prix du repas est assez dispendieux, mais le service est impeccable.
On nous a laissé tout le temps pour admirer la vue alors que nous avions fini de dîner, c'était tres courtois.
Un très bon moment, à ne pas rater
The server was so pleasant! She explained everything we needed to know and always had a smile 😊
The view was amazing. Service was ok I was turn off when I got to the table the guy who was sitting in back of us book bag was on the floor blocking me from sitting down and the servers says he will get as if I should have stand and wait and proceeded to take their order. I politely moved it. Also the fact that he over explained the menu and asked me three times if I wanted the 85 dollar mediocre lamb chops after I said I did the first two times . I guess overall my experience could have been better if I was treated right. I probably wont be returning once is enough.
I took my friend and my 2 sisters out for a memorable meal as it was one of my sister's birthday celebration.
We had such a good meal and good time that I have already recommended it to many friends. Although the day started out cloudy when we got to the top of the CN Tower everything had cleared.
I would like to again apologize for getting there late. My sisters and I were coming into Toronto from 3 hours away and the traffic was working against us. However, everyone at the CN Tower were never critical but were always very positive and welcoming. We enjoyed our trip to the top and were made to feel comfortable to be there by all the staff. We were never rushed and always helped with any decisions we had to make concerning the meal. The food was so tasty. Mine, the 3 sister risotto, was so good I was tempted to lick the dish. I liked the theme for indigenous foods- I was tempted to try elk but was very happy with what I did choose. The desserts were like little celebrations in your mouth - so goooood!
We all thought that the one thing that would have been helpful was a map of the city so that we would know what we were looking at as we travelled around. There are so many interesting buildings etc. that we would have loved to know about. (Perhaps a placemat with this on it would have been useful or just a little labelled picture on the table. We couldn't even find one in the souvenir store.) We were also surprised that there were no salt & pepper shakers. Although we needed neither seasoning, we questioned their absence.
Our waiter was very attentive and was most accommodating taking several pictures of us so that we could remember this special moment in our lives.
Thanks for making this such a great memory. Keep up the good work.
Fantastic. Will definitely be coming back! Food was great. Service was beyond belief. Even had a complimentary anniversary dessert. Steve, our waiter, was amazing.
Un grand regret, la brume qui nous a empêché d avoir la vue espérée...serait il possible de nous accorder une vue gratuite le 19/05 nous serons de passage avant notre départ le 20/05
Steve is an amazing server. Best service I have received in a very loooong time.
Keep it up Steve!!!!
Superb food and excellent service....
Very expensive for very ordinary food. The chicken was too salty, the presentation was not appetizing and the food was very mediocre.
I will come back again and again.the food is expensive but its worth it. Unforgettable place and moment with my wife.
I was guaranteed that the roast beef dish would be prepared carefully and gluten free for my son and I. We wrote it on our reservation and mentioned it several times to our server. First he tried to bring gluten bread to the table several times even after being told no and finally brought gluten free bread. He didn’t take a drink order until after our food order and at that he had to be called to the table.
After dinner my son and I both became seriously ill due to gluten or serious cross contamination.
We are terribly disappointed in our experience, we expected care to be taken when you are paying for such an expensive meal. You expect it was prepared in a clean work space with clean hands. This is obviously not the case.
Aside from the Prime Rib the portions are incredibly small. Even the 4 children in our party left the table still hungry.
If you have allergies or food sensitivities I would recommend not going here. Sickness due to their negligence ruined our Mother’s Day celebration.
Lovely atmosphere and view. Excellent service. Food reasonable but not outstanding.
This was our family of four’s first time visiting the CN Tower! We were making it a special family experience on Mother’s Day. The experience was very special overall BUT sadly was tainted by one employee. I did complain to the manager but didn’t get her name. A middle age woman employee was coming out of one of the inside rooms, when she bumped into my 5 year old daughter. She did not apologize or even ask if my daughtet was ok. When I addressed her, she was beyond rude, making our family feel VERY unwelcome. Sadly, we won’t be back and won’t recommend it to others. Kindness and a friendly welcoming atmosphere is our number one ‘look for’ when exploring new places.
Bon restaurant avec serveur très gentil et attentionné. La vue est superbe
While the view is incredible. Rotating + the subtle sway of the tower can cause some virtigo/sea sickness in anyone prone. Meal was extremely bland, dry, small and expensive (my 2 & 4 year olds children's chicken fingers with fries were billed at $40 each and came with a single shriveled carrot stick). My fish was dry. They have no dairy substitutes and it's in everything...
Wonderful! Family gathering was perfect. Tables were a bit close and the group behind was loud but happy!
Can't beat the view, but a couple of us had to stop at the hotdog stand outside the building to get more food on the way home. The portions (of meat dishes) was VERY small. Not enough for the adult men in our group. Quality of food was great. Mine was delicious (Cod)
Took my wife for Mother’s Day lunch - the food was very good and the service was great. Once you account for the amazing views the overall value is very good.
Very nice restaurant and nice staff. The food taste sooo good and the ambiance is amazing!!!
The food was top notch. Good to perfection. The servers also were at there best game. The view at night was limited but still with all the lights it provided a nice view.
It was simply amazing... for special occasion. Food was good, the view was spectacular. Just think it's over price for the amount of food you get.
Love this place especially the location and atmosphere. The food is not the best, it could be better. Dessert was great tho
We liked the food in general, it was tasty and well presented. The roast beef was a good serving but according to my son it was average quality. I would not go back for the food but obviously for the views and the experience. Service was nice and friendly.
Phenomenal dinner! The staff was wonderful and friendly, food was outstanding with my tenderloin cooked to perfection, and the view is unbeatable. Would definitely recommend for a fancy night out or celebration!
It took a good 10 minutes before a waiter came over to greet us. The people there are nice and definitely a good view. However, if you get motion sickness it might not be a good spot for you to eat. Definitely took a little bit for us to get used to it. The food was okay. For it being $65-75 per person I would have expected better quality. My date ordered a medium prime rib and it was as rare as my medium rare steak. I've had better steak and appetizers at a chain restaurant. Overall, the experience is cool but I definitely would not eat there again. I would have been happy just buying tickets at the view deck then to eat there.
Food and service was excellent. Not surprising, everything is pricey so be prepared to spend a lot and have a good time. There is a kids menu as well, $40. It’s nice that you can visit the observation deck on the two floors below the restaurant and the price is included. We were there for an anniversary celebration and 360 made it memorable.
Excellent customers service. Beautiful view of the city. My daughter’s salmon a bit dry, otherwise food was good
It was the perfect place to take mom for her 80th birthday, enjoyed by all three generations.
