360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower Ratings and Reviews
By far the worst food I have ever had. The. Hi ken was hard and tasted weird. The service was so rushed. For 250$ for two people you would expect better service and food. I definitely will not recommend this place to any tourist thatnplan in coming to the CN Tower. They are better off just going to the sky deck!!!!
The restaurant did not do anything about the screaming kids, which ruined the dining ambiance. People lay down hundreds of dollars for a meal for 5 not to feel like they are eating at a fast food restaurant. As well, there should be a warning that until the renovations on the floor below are done in September 2018, the elevators are exceptionally (unacceptably) slow.
Food was nice but menu is quite restrictive. I wanted to order items from the 3 different menus presented and had to argue with the waiter to get permission to do so. More flexibility in the menu would be ideal. Basically you must spend $65 per person or they charge you that anyway. I wasn't interested in their set menu items with the price fixe menu and not a lot of vegetarian options.
The experience was amazing if not just for the view and the great service we received.
The food was overpriced and subpar at best. It seems like they’re more worried about making it sound fancy than they are to actually make it taste good. The prime rib was very good but the smoked salmon appetizer I had was horrible. The entree my date had was also not good. The wine was great though.
Also, just know it is not very affordable so save it for special occasions.
Came here for dinner. First of all, the view was amazing. Also, the variety on the menu was really good with a number of options for every taste. Finally, the wine selection was impressive.
Don’t hesitate to book a reservation, it’s worth it.
I came to Downtown Toronto for the weekend and had my anniversary dinner at the CN Tower. My girlfriend and I had a great time there. In the day time we were in the observatory and then came back at night for a special dinner. The food was great and the ambiance was great. We saw the beautiful city of Toronto in the night lights and the night couldn't have gotten any better. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic date.
We celebrated Moms 80th birthday and we all had a blast. Atmosphere, window seating, the view, service was all excellent. Disappointed we could not go to observation level as Mom had never been to the CN tower, but window seating and view made up for it. Thanks for a great evening full of memories.
One of the best dining experiences in the world! The 360 is an annual event for us. The food is always top notch and the creative menu items surprising and delightful. This year was no exception, and our previous visits were topped by a superb champagne selection by the sommelier (by the glass!), a full moon, and fog over the western landscape, making for a truly unforgettable sensory experience.
Absolutely loved it. First of all, the staff, starting from the staff members before we were allowed to walk in the doors, to security, to people directing us, the front desk check in, photographers, elevator staff, to the scenic views, and restaurant staff especially our waiter who was absolutely amazing, treated us with professionalism and went beyond our expectations. All the staff at the CN Tower made my gilrfriend's and I anniversary, one that we will never forget and we were very thankful of all of you at the CN Tower.
The waiter approached our table saying “what do you want?” No good evening nothing (the second waiter we got as first waiter changed tables). It was sickening.
Had the grand seafood platter ($110) and the lobster was chewy, the smoked herring and salmon were rock hard. The mussels were chewy it was a disaster. The creme brûlée was ice cold and tasted like coddled porridge. Not only was the top not actually burnt but the inside was lumpy and thick. We had to send it back. We got the upside down cake and the bottom was stale and dry. We were stared at a lot by the staff and felt they were whispering (guess you can’t control that but did make us feel highly uncomfortable). They really were just bearable. It seems there’s internal tension between staff as we overheard them talking about about waiter who should be fired. They all looked unhappy and miserable to be honest.
We were told prior to coming here that the service would be such and the food was less than average. Overall we spent over $400 for 2 adults and 2 children and other than the view it was a complete waste of money (worse than mandarin). Please don’t waste your your time or money! Head the warning I didn’t take!
I do want to say that when I was first seated I did ask for the manager to move me and he accommodated this. Something nice to say I guess.
Also the glass floor level was closed to us without prior warning and ZERO accommodation was made for this. This is one of the whole reasons we came with the kids.
I booked this reservation 5 months before I was due to travel, I have to say I was disappointed with both the service and the food.
To start with the tables are on top of each other with hardly any room for the wait staff to walk through without knocking I to you.
The food was mediocre at best, I have no problem paying for a good meal but this wasn’t, the chicken was over cooked and overall the food cold.
The staff practically threw the food at you, we didn’t even ask for the bill but it was left on our table as soon as desert was finished
I would not eat here again and I wouldn’t recommend it
Service was terrible. I had to ask someone to find our waiter twice.
The $75 steak was a poor cut, overcooked, and dried out because it had sat under a heat lamp...a heat lamp?
We sent it back and the new steak was juicier but still overcooked.
The view is wonderful and that is the reason you would go. The food is average to poor, and service in terrible. There are literally hundreds on places in the city that have better service and food.
I'll never go back to this place.
The views were outstanding and the waiter was very polite
Apart from that the positives end there. The food was average at best. I could have cooked it better myself the portion sizes were very small and I found myself having to eat the complimentary bread as I was still hungry after ordering prawn grits which contained 3 prawns and a small portion of cod for my main. The upside down apple cake was also dry. I had high expectations for this restaurant however in all honesty I think it is a poor attempt at fine dining.
My girlfriend and I had dinner here on our 1st aniverary. The food was delicious, fresh, and quick. The wait staff were very attentive, aprochable and had good understanding of the menu. The view as sun set and night were breath taking. It took me a wile to get used to the floor moving slowly around the perimeter of the resteront, but it was a very seamless ride. Over all 10/10 for a special ovations with 6 or less people.
It was a special occasion as my great niece from Scotland was over on vacation, so we wanted to take her some where special for lunch. Excellent menu and choices , staff very friendly. Just one funny issue the WiFi doesn't work??? Will make another visit in a short period time.
