We're just amazed about how friendly the staff is every time we go to the 360. The manager, Steve, is very friendly it is helpful with his staff. Harrahs must treat there waiters and waitresses first class, because you always see the same staff.
They were having all you can eat prime rib yet I decided to get the 14 oz from the menu. I got the end piece which, although tasted good was no where near 14 oz and over half was fat. The female waitress we had was okay at best. The girl that was filling the water was far more attentive to make sure we had everything. The waitress wasn’t very personable and didn’t stop back very often like I would expect she should. Normally I would of said something at the restaurant about the poor portion and quality of prime rib but it was a special birthday for my girlfriend and I didn’t want the focus to be the mediocre service and poor food quality. Also the spinach artichoke dip was peppery this time and no where near as good as it has been. I am sure we will be back but I doubt for a special occasion like this one was supposed to be.
Staff is ALWAYS attentive without hovering. Dining area is relaxing. We never feel rushed. Very easy to make a reservation thru Open Table. The pork chop is my favorite. We have never had to wait to be seated with a reservation but should we arrive early the area off the elevators is very inviting. Price is more reasonable than other steakhouses we have visited. Two sides come with an entree rather than everything a la carte.
Food was outstanding! Best steak around. I believe it is well worth driving past most Omaha restaurants to enjoy 360

Fantastic food and service. We’ve eaten here quite a few times but this last visit was the best. Quiet, great view and fantastic food. I had the scallops and my husband had the prime rib. Both were rich in flavor and done to perfection.
My husband and I had dinner on Wednesday March 28th for our 10 year anniversary. We did get some drinks and then It did take maybe 15 minutes before we were able to order our food because the waitress head a few other table she was attending to. My husband got surf and turf which was a $60 meal and I got a 6 oz filet. After having waited for food for a little bit our dishes were brought out and they made us Cut into our steaks. From the top mine seem to be OK... As we began to eat our food we notice that the temperature of the food was more on the colder side then warm there was Absolutely no steam coming off our food whatsoever. To me this sounds like our food was ready to go and had been sitting out on the counter for a little bit before it was brought to us. I wanted to say something so bad but I also did not want to ruin our mood for our 10 year anniversary either. I'm not one usually to complain but when you are spending a lot of money on a meal in which we were looking very forward it's hard not to complain. We ate what we could and I did not finish my little 6 oz steak as it was bright red in the center. We ordered medium well which is usually little pink and this had quite a bit in it as well as my husbands. I didn't feel that the waitress did a great job at all either… she checked on us one time after we got our food and that was pretty much it… and I also saw other servers helping the other tables around us and they were checking in with their tables more often. I will tell you the reason we came to 360 is because we had one of our 1st dinners at 360 10 years ago and we haven't been back since. It would be very hard for me to say that I want to come back after Wednesday's experience
I was staying there and took my parents there for their first time. The evening went very well and they were impressed with the food and service.

Food was good but not outstanding. We had a 50% off so it was fine. It would have been a different story bad we paid full price. Steak was over cooked.

Harrah's 360 never disappoints, great food every visit, with great service from any of the waitstaff. We have our favorite waiter, but any of them are very good. We enjoy the wine selections there as well :)
This review is hard for me to make, 360 has always been superb for steaks, and the view across the river to the west is wonderful. You can linger over a drink, while the sun goes down, and then have a perfectly prepared steak, with a nice wine. However I can not recommend the “all you can eat”prime rib special. I had some trepidation, all you can eat places tend to emphasize quantity over quality, but with the the 360 kitchen’s past performance, I expected quality. I expected a properly crusted cut, medium rare as ordered, and I was disappointed, as it was not properly crusted, nor in my opinion, properly prepared. The server took my initial serving back on her own initiative, it was gray, rolled in a ball from the poor carving, and unappetizing. The second attempt was not much better, I finally asked for a thin sliced rare cut, and put finis to the meal. The aus jus was not good either, served in a soup cup, gray with bits of fat floating on top. For the price one can have a very good prime rib dinner in several places in the metro. We like 360. Go to 360, have the steak. Go elsewhere for prime rib.

We enjoyed a special dinner with our daughter. The manager Steve was very warm and welcoming. Our server Ameni was superb. His pace for serving was evidence of his experience. We thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience. We will be back. Beautiful salad, yummy rolls, perfectly cooked steaks highlighted our meal.

We were seated in the back room away from the window. Could not enjoy the view. The table next to us was rather close in the small room making it difficult to hear at our table. Food was great as was the service.

We enjoyed 360 two nights on our recent trip to Harrah’s Council Bluffs. Both times service was very good and dinner was excellent. The manager stopped by to check on us one of the evening. Only downfall was kids making some pretty loud noise. I don’t blame this on the restaurant but the parents. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Definitely trip to sit on the Omaha side around sunset. Very nice view.
Usually I truly enjoy 360, but this trip wasn't up to usual standards. Service was extremely slow. I was the only one who enjoyed my dinner (twin tails). Our drinks were often empty, and one of us had to get up and ask someone for streak sauce because the waitress never brought it as requested. Next time I will request our usual waitress, who is wonderful!
First disappointing meal here. Son's bone in rib eye,very tough,grisly even at medium rare. My prime rib end cut was tender,but almost tasteless. No crust,couldn't taste any seasonings. Everything else on point.
It was another visit to Omaha and when I'm there, I always try to have dinner at the 360 Steakhouse. And we had another great meal. Dining early on Saturday, we were seated promptly by the window. However, based on the layout, every table on the west side in the place has a great view into Omaha and the river.
The server and assistant were very attentive, gave help on the menu, offered the specials in detail. They were there when needed, but not in the way.
Dinner between the two was sharing an appetizer, soup, salad and a delicious steak. Portions were good and knew we wanted to try various items and have a taste of each. The steak was ordered medium and did need to return because I felt it was under-done. But returned in a moment, done perfect. And the asparagus was returned and hot, and perfectly done.
It was a great dinner. Interestingly, I received a phone call from the manager the next day. Apparently there was an error made when the bill was charged to the credit card. He personally called to explain, which in itself was very nice to do. But also offered us a credit on our next visit for the trouble. Although I never expected anything, it was very nice of them to do.

The service was very good. The ambiance was nice, and we had a great view. The only downside was that I ordered my ribeye medium, and it was closer to medium-well than I would have preferred. Nevertheless less, my wife and I will be back.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious however I felt the sides were over priced. I ordered asparagus and received 5 pieces but they were huge and tough therefore I did not eat them but we were still charged after I voiced my disappointment. We will go back because everything else was so good. Thank you
I took my 7year old granddaughter on here first date, we plan to have date night once a month. We also plan on coming back to 360 often. We both had a great time and enjoyed the food and staff.

Ordered the massive crab legs... It tasted like pure salt! Husband ordered rack of lamb medium well... They brought it well done and her didn't like that it was served on sweet potatoes mashed.
We had an early dinner reservation. They sat us at an inside table with no view when they had many open tables with a view, which they never filled up while we were there. Felt like we were being rushed.
Food was so so and over priced. Won't be going back.
Great Food, service and atmosphere. We always have had a nice meal, drinks, and conversation. Our server is always nice and out going! Always greeted nicely and served at a reasonable time.
everything was yummy! The only problem was we asked for the French onion glaze and were given a small saucer of French onion soup. We didn't realize it until hubby finished his fillet.
I have been to 360 Steakhouse numerous time for numerous occasions and the scene on Saturday February 10th was far from great. I recently got a promotion and chose that restaurant to celebrate. It started off nice with great food but then drastically changed. There was a table on the upper deck with 6 - 7 people that were obviously drunk and overly loud. There was loud whooping calls, catcalls, shouts, etc. I could not concentrate on my meal or celebration with my husband because they were so distracting and the staff nor managers were calling attention to it. It was when a fight in essence almost broke out that management got involved calling security. A women from that loud table got up and was either pulling hair or verbally abusing another table. There were threats made about the hair pulling and profanity being said where the women being threatened got up and ran towards the front shouting she was threatened. I advised my husband to hurry up as I wanted to leave because I didn't feel safe. I don't understand how a drunk table at a fancy restaurant I might say get away with being drunk and excessively loud. There was no reason for it.
Celebrated our 9th Anniversary here and the food was amazing! The view was spectacular... so much so I took a night time city photo and had a 36×48 canvas made to remember our night at the 360 Steak house! The meal was more than what we normally would pay for a meal but when we got it and took our first bite it was well worth the money! Thank You to our waiter as well you helped make our night special!
