360 Steakhouse - Harrah's Council Bluffs Ratings and Reviews
Love 360. Staff are wonderful. Steve is great. Love Christine, Pam, Haley Megan, and a gentleman who’s name I can’t remember(I apologize for that). They are a great bunch. Always friendly. Food is great. View is great. They are very welcoming. Compliments to the people who prepare the meal. Overall a pleasant experience.
The food was amazing, especially the steaks. The service was second to none. The only thing I wish was done, is someone asking if we had a rewards card. Little did we know we had a 50% off that we found out we had the next morning at the restaurant downstairs.
It was a cold night outside with below freezing temperatures but inside the
360, warm and comfortable. My wife raved about the surf and turf during diner and
then the next day and the day after. She was impressed with the food and her cocktail
which was decorated to her complete satisfaction. Will come again.
I was excited for the beautiful view of the Omaha Skyline and the restaurant was not busy at all and they seated us all by ourselves on the side of the restaurant facing the parking lot with no View. The first thing that the hostess asked us when seating us was how we planned on paying for the meal which I thought was very odd and a very rude beginning to and otherwise Pleasant dinner. Our waitress was nice as can be and the food was delicious but for those few hiccups from the hostess I have no intention of returning.
We had table for 9 on Christmas Eve which could account for the sub par experience. First disappointment, We had requested city view But instead had a nice view of the parking lot. It certainly looked like there was room for us to have a nice table overlooking Omaha. The food was just average for the price range. Some of us ordered the 16 ounce ribeye steaks, $55 plus… They were overcooked, and deafly not 16 ounces. Service was OK, But not the caliber one would expect from an upscale restaurant. We will not be returning any time soon.
It is always fun to have dinner each year with a different friend, as I lost my wife of 30 years 4 years ago. So now I bring a different friend for dinner and conversation and some laughs. Great meal, great service top notch each year. Will continue to come and enjoy the 360 for whatever occasion there is in my life.
We (2 females) were seated at the first small table to the left. Kinda felt like we were being put in the corner. Food was good as usual, except the Ceasar salad had little taste or dressing. We ordered Baileys with coffee for dessert. They were served in coffee mugs with no whipped cream. We asked the waiter to add some. He was gone for several minutes - said he had to go to the kitchen to get. Needless to say, by then the coffee was not very hot.
We always enjoy dining at the 360. If you are a Rewards Card member you can receive your meal (including drinks) half off. But please remember to base your tip on the full bill.
We have never had a bad meal there and the server we always request is Beth.
I highly recommend 360 for your next dinner outing.
Upon arrival when we tried to checkin with 3 hostess standing at the stand - after 10 mins we were told to “just wait a second”. Not I’ll be right with you. No hello no welcome to 360. 3 girls standing at the hostess station on the computer. The bartender was awesome. Our waitress after being seated was awesome. The prime rib was acceptable however the pork chops when first served were so tough it could not be cut with a steak knife. They were dry and way over cooked. After 20 mins of waiting for the entree to be reserved - the 2nd Dinner was just as dry.
I was served 2 shrimp to hold me over until my dinner was prepared again.
Would not recommend 360 for dinner.
The place is good and service was good but don't rely on the menu because most of what they serve isn't as described on the menu. Appetizers and sides could be wildly different and not always in a good way. Always ask waiter what you'll really get because they don't necessarily give you a heads up if it isn't as described.
Our entire dining experience was Exceptional. The wait staff were friendly and attentive without being overly so. The food was Delicious. The atmosphere was quiet, which we appreciated, especially after coming off of the gaming room floor. The signature martini's were marvelous. Our waitress was the Best.
It was our anniversary. We expected that since we said something that we might be seated at a more private table or at least not be seated next to a family of four who weren’t dressed as nicely as us. Also tha waitress was clearly more interested in the family as her helpers dealt with us more than she did. She could have earned a tip twice as much as what we left her. She only got 10%.
Identied it as our anniversary and requested a booth on Omaha side. Got there early and they said no booths were available, but we could have a table. Table was lay one on Omaha side, so some of view was blocked. Would have expected to wait a few minutes to meet our request. There were two empty booths as we walked by, so obviously being saved for someone. Service was great once seated. Scallops were best I️ ever had. Tad over priced, but great nonetheless.
