360 Steakhouse - Harrah's Council Bluffs Ratings and Reviews
The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious however I felt the sides were over priced. I ordered asparagus and received 5 pieces but they were huge and tough therefore I did not eat them but we were still charged after I voiced my disappointment. We will go back because everything else was so good. Thank you
I have been to 360 Steakhouse numerous time for numerous occasions and the scene on Saturday February 10th was far from great. I recently got a promotion and chose that restaurant to celebrate. It started off nice with great food but then drastically changed. There was a table on the upper deck with 6 - 7 people that were obviously drunk and overly loud. There was loud whooping calls, catcalls, shouts, etc. I could not concentrate on my meal or celebration with my husband because they were so distracting and the staff nor managers were calling attention to it. It was when a fight in essence almost broke out that management got involved calling security. A women from that loud table got up and was either pulling hair or verbally abusing another table. There were threats made about the hair pulling and profanity being said where the women being threatened got up and ran towards the front shouting she was threatened. I advised my husband to hurry up as I wanted to leave because I didn't feel safe. I don't understand how a drunk table at a fancy restaurant I might say get away with being drunk and excessively loud. There was no reason for it.
Celebrated our 9th Anniversary here and the food was amazing! The view was spectacular... so much so I took a night time city photo and had a 36×48 canvas made to remember our night at the 360 Steak house! The meal was more than what we normally would pay for a meal but when we got it and took our first bite it was well worth the money! Thank You to our waiter as well you helped make our night special!
We came here for our anniversary and enjoyed the experience very much. We had been here once before and both times had amazing food and service! The food was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. This is our new favorite place to come to for dinner!
I felt the comfort and you were exceptional, the view of the river during late afternoon and early evening was very pretty! The service was great, the food was good, and the wine was very tasty! I would recommend this Restaurant for anyone who doesn’t mind spending a little bit more to have a wonderful view and meal.
This was not my first time here, but the dinner was not as good as I remember it being. The steak was unevenly cooked and lacked flavor. The waitress was fantastic and the view was amazing. There was someone else who came to fill waters and clean the tables that was not as courteous as the waitress; for example when pouring water, she did so hastily and caused several ice cubes to spill onto the floor and water droplets land all over the table. This was not cleaned up, nor was there an apology for it. Overall, for the price paid, the meal did not meet my expectations.
We had Girls Night Out at the Casino and then went to the bar for our meeting place. It was the perfect set up for 12 people. There was a large table where we all could sit. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and desserts. It was just the right ambiance - not too casual nor to formal. The food was delicious - all the desserts were made at the restaurant. The view superb. We will definitely return.
My friends 65th birthday event and on her bucket list to check off. She has stage 4 lung cancer after beating Pancreatic cancer and has a short life span left and this is where she wanted to go.
My husband and I eat here regularly and love our waitress, Kristina and Megan.
360 Steakhouse never disappoints. Our steak and prime rib were tasty and cooked just right. The lobster was seasoned perfectly and tasted fresh out of the water. The dinner rolls were “Melt in your mouth” good. Wait staff were prompt with service yet timed our meal delivery perfectly. Without hesitation, I would recommend 360 Steakhouse.
The silver and glassware are clearly not polished which shows a lack of general cleanliness, the prime rib was dry and tough, the lobster bisque was salty, and the creme brûlée was past the point of carmelized and was straight up burnt. If you don’t have any children, while lacking the view, Jack Binion’s Steakhouse at Horseshoe is miles ahead of 360. I would go there any time before returning to 360.
Love 360. Staff are wonderful. Steve is great. Love Christine, Pam, Haley Megan, and a gentleman who’s name I can’t remember(I apologize for that). They are a great bunch. Always friendly. Food is great. View is great. They are very welcoming. Compliments to the people who prepare the meal. Overall a pleasant experience.
The food was amazing, especially the steaks. The service was second to none. The only thing I wish was done, is someone asking if we had a rewards card. Little did we know we had a 50% off that we found out we had the next morning at the restaurant downstairs.
It was a cold night outside with below freezing temperatures but inside the
360, warm and comfortable. My wife raved about the surf and turf during diner and
then the next day and the day after. She was impressed with the food and her cocktail
which was decorated to her complete satisfaction. Will come again.
I was excited for the beautiful view of the Omaha Skyline and the restaurant was not busy at all and they seated us all by ourselves on the side of the restaurant facing the parking lot with no View. The first thing that the hostess asked us when seating us was how we planned on paying for the meal which I thought was very odd and a very rude beginning to and otherwise Pleasant dinner. Our waitress was nice as can be and the food was delicious but for those few hiccups from the hostess I have no intention of returning.
We had table for 9 on Christmas Eve which could account for the sub par experience. First disappointment, We had requested city view But instead had a nice view of the parking lot. It certainly looked like there was room for us to have a nice table overlooking Omaha. The food was just average for the price range. Some of us ordered the 16 ounce ribeye steaks, $55 plus… They were overcooked, and deafly not 16 ounces. Service was OK, But not the caliber one would expect from an upscale restaurant. We will not be returning any time soon.
It is always fun to have dinner each year with a different friend, as I lost my wife of 30 years 4 years ago. So now I bring a different friend for dinner and conversation and some laughs. Great meal, great service top notch each year. Will continue to come and enjoy the 360 for whatever occasion there is in my life.
