Birthday celebration. Not acknowledged. Prime rib was hard to cut.
Great food and even better service! Very much would recommend.
Food gave multiple people the runs later. Bring your Pepto just to be safe.
OUTSTANDING food as well as the service. The view of the surrounding area was beautiful as well. We use the 360 Steakhouse for our "special dates", due to there always rememberable.
Our experience has always been amazing! We absolutely loved our waitresses and we absolutely love the food! Everything was perfect as usual. Thank you!
Mikayla was a great server, and the food was also out of this world. Great view also. We had French onion soup, Boone inn Ribeye, blackened, spinach and artichoke dip (enough to feed 8!), mushroom risotto and French fries. Drinks were on point also.
Overall a very good experience. Service was a little slow but still good. I did have to send my meal back. I ordered the half pound lobster tail and was brought a very small, overcooked, lobster tail. It was immediately replaced by an absolutely amazing plate of food. I wish I would’ve received that the first time, but it was fixed very quickly and was delicious. Overall a very good experience.
Slow service. Baked potato was cold and had to be replaced. The filet was probably not 8 ounce as advertised and was cooked correctly but was not hot like I like it
First time visiting. This was for my wife’s birthday. Besides the mushrooms overall the rest of the food was great .
Beth provided exceptional service along with Moon, Dinner was excellent.
The Food was amazing, I had blackened filet and shrimp, my wife had fish. Just overpriced.
It took about 20 before we were even greeted at the table. We got the calamari for an appetizer it was like eating fired crumbs. It was horrible Kona has way better already there is meat in the Calamari was no where near worth 18 dollars at all was beyond disappointed in it. The salads was good. Steaks we got were the toughest steak I have ever ate in my life not only did we have to pretty much re-kill the cow to cut it. For a steak house you think your gonna get an amazing steak that cuts like butter. I was looking forward to steak there all week. I was beyond disappointed the waitress knew it wasn’t good I felt she avoided our table cause she seen how hard it was to cut the steak when she was at the table next to us. I felt like the 173 we paid was not worth it at all. I wasted my money. I would have asked for a refund but the guy who sat us informed me the manager walked and there really wasn’t one. He was filling in until they had one. He told me this while we walked to the table. I can see why the manager walked out! Probably had many complaints about the food and the amount of money they spent.
Anniversary. The wait staff made the dinner perfect
I had a great time, my steak was wonderful I have a 21 ounce ribeye, my kid had the surf a turf it was great, I cannot wait to go back
Prime rib was the worst ever. Dry and thick. Not enough staff on hand to handle the crowd
The food was amazing and service impeccable. The garlic mashed potatoes were a bit to much garlic for my taste, but the fillet mignon Oscar style was the best I’ve ever had and made up for the excessive serving size of potatoes.
The 360 Steakhouse is the place we love to go to celebrate special occasions. It was our 41st Wedding Anniversary and had only one place that we wanted to go. The staff is always very attentive, we actually got caught in a traffic jam on I80 and were afraid we would not make our reservation- so we phoned and they said they would hold our table. This is on a Saturday night. Our meal was awesome, as usual, and the service was outstanding. The view was wonderful. Thanks to all.
Great place with a great view. Would go again when in the area
The service was excellent but the prime rib was lacking, not horrible but not as great as usuall. We will try it again at our next anniversary
Good food and service , the view was fantastic !!!
Overlooking a quiet river, 360 Steakhouse is a must-do place. The food is great and the service was excellent. We found the staff wonderful and easy to work with. The spinach and artichoke dip was almost a meal in itself. The Porterhouse was amazing and perfectly cooked. It was quite the treat to dine there.
Steak was perfect. Megan was a wonderful service provider. Very professional and friendly and helpful on the menu and the wine selection.
Great place and atmosphere! Always look forward to going!
Great food and excellent friendly service. Good value.
We showed up very early for our reservation due to poor planning on my part. I was very much expecting to be turned away, but even though the restaurant was visibly busy, they happily accommodated us at the bar. The service was amazing! The food was good as ever. This was the first time I sat where I could see the kitchen and it was amazing to watch the staff work together to complete orders and get everything out on time and still stay positive and provide top-notch service to the diners.
Food is good, but they didn't have prime rib, they were out of it or something. I specifically came for the featured prime rib.
Excellent, great food, great view, and great service. prim rib out of this world!!!!
Service was very friendly and the drinks and food were delicious
The meal was delicious! I couldn’t find anything about the meal or service to complain about.
Megan provided great service, the meal was delicious.
Food was exceptional, service was outstanding. Highly recommend visiting this outstanding restaurant
Delicious food, good service. Waiter was wonderful, seating was fast and efficient. Qiietand everyone was very attentive. Will l'm be back soon, restaurant was easy to get to, since my husband uses a walker. Waiter reccomend the special, which l ordered, and it was so good! We certainly enjoyed the meal.
I came to celebrate my moms birthday and there was absolutely no acknowledgment even though I listed on the reservation. I had to ask the server what the specials for the night was. The risotto, Mac n cheese were absolutely disgusting. My steak was prepared perfectly and tasted good and the drinks were good. My husband didn't like his meal and my mom was not impressed. I've come here many times pre Covid and had a wonderful experience so maybe this is the impact due to the pandemic. I've been to Mahogany, Flemings, and Firebirds post pandemic and had exceptional experiences. Please takes some pointers from them because I spent $300 for subpar food and service. I can't see myself coming back anytime soon.
By far, the best prime rib…and that’s saying a lot in this part of the country! Best view as well!
Great good. Overpriced though. Our waiter was pretty bad. He was nice, but once we got to the table, he was already asking if we knew what we wanted. He also stood near the table which made us feel rushed the entire time. The younger waiter who was assisting though was great. She picked up our plates pretty quick.
Eaten there before and was great, but this last time not so much. Ordered aurg and turf and the lobster had not even been cooked.
However the Manager handled the situation very well and would go again, ambiance and atmosphere is always great.
Wife had lobster and risotto and thought it was terrible!!! I had the beer battered shrimp and was very good. Crab cakes for our appetizer which was also very good.
She was disappointed with her dinner meal and liked her grab and go breakfast croissant better than her dinner. Just being honest.
This is our “go to” restaurant when we are in the Omaha area. Great view of the river & downtown Omaha while having dinner. My wife & I both had filet mignon and they were cooked to perfection (medium rare). Great cabbage soup. And as always, service was friendly and attentive. One of our favorites!
Thought it would be a lot classier than it was. Staff in polos and dirty aprons. Only piece of dinner we enjoyed was the actual steak. You’re paying for the view.
We loved the steaks and scallops, however the side dishes were bland and tasteless. The mushroom risotto was tasteless and need salt or seasoning badly. The server brought me mashed potatoes loaded. The potatoes by themselves were also tasteless and needed seasoning. No salt or pepper on tables. We were seated next to a 20 top party that were very loud. Even though I asked to sit else where to see the river view. Was hoping for a quiet anniversary romantic dinner. The server did ok, the salad came 2 minutes before our steaks which was annoying because you don’t want cold steak. With all that said the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing! And the crab cakes and filet were the best!! Not sure I would return though. We expected it to be pricey but for that price the place should be more upscale. For example yes it’s above a casino but the servers were dressed more for the casino floor. When you paying those prices it should be a quieter and romantic place. I would recommend this place but would advise others to what not to order.
