   Very elegant atmosphere, excellent service from everyone from the host the the waitress, the food was the main problem for us. My filet arrived cold, the garlic mashed potatoes were very bland, and ordering the filet oscar style was a mistake, due to the lack of both bearnaise sauce and crab meat. However, the staff was extremely helpful with making our meal right after we voiced our displeasure and we ended up having an excellent time. 10/10 to the staff, just slightly disappointed with how the food first arrived, but we will be back to try again! Would recommend to anyone looking for a high class meal.

   We enjoyed everything at the 360. Our waiter was top notch. Entrees were cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the desserts! Although at a higher price point, was a great value.

   Had the slow roasted prime rib and grilled shrimp with asparagus. Food,service, and atmosphere was fantastic! The view we had looking at the Omaha skyline was amazing.

   We have been many times when we travel here and is always enjoyable. The food is excellent and the dining room servers are great. The bar, while beautiful, could use some bartender upgrading… not always great on the drinks and does seem cost cutting measures are being driven…. Which are pretty obvious to the customer.. ie smaller portions, poorly mixed, etc….

    The food is always delicious! I can't answer for seafood because I am allergic to shellfish, but the steaks are awesome and the service is always excellent. My friends say the cocktails are pretty awesome also!

    Expect good steak and got pretty tough steak without herb buttered toppings Not a $70 dollars 😣 for sure VERY STRINGY. TOUGH.

    I called in 3 1/2 weeks ago for a reservation for 6 for last night. I asked for a window seating for 6. They said I was the first reservation for that evening and that would not be a problem. You had one table of 6 for window seating and we did not get that. When I was told that we were the 1st reservation for the evening i expect to get what we reserved.

    My large filet was ordered medium well and came back rare. I sent it back and it came back tasting awful. It was uneatable. I don’t know what was done and I guess I don’t want to know.

    Valentines date with husband. This was a second visit and can’t say enough about how incredible the sea bass is! Also had a 32oz porterhouse, filet side was great, seasoning on steak could have been more. The waiter (Amani) is very friendly and attentive. The views of Omaha skyline is so romantic! I also recommend the Island Punch, we stayed a bit longer because I had to have just one more…twice!

    We had a reservation at 8 30 as soon as we got there we were informed that they close at 9 and they showed us they didn’t want us there. From putting all the chairs up and trying to rush us out as fast as possible and not eleven allowing us to order dessert. The food had zero seasoning they plated the sides wrong with the wrong entrees the steaks were so undercooked I could have gotten a better cook with a lighter. I will never go back

    We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the city and quickly greeted by a server. Our waitress took our order and we soon received our drinks and first course. The soup was delicious and we would order it again although, we wished it was served with crackers or bread. After a brief wait our entree of salmon,grilled shrimp and enormous baked potatoes arrived. We were disappointed at first bite that everything was lukewarm and requested my grilled shrimp be reheated. It was returned only slightly better. We ended our meal with crème brûlée and coffee. Our waitress was friendly and helpful but, our food was overall disappointing in lackluster flavor and temperature.

    Food was great but decided to sit at bar, mistake service was horrid. Servers all over the place not coordinated. No one seemed to know their job. Always have a good experience when in the restaurant area with a server who does a great job

    I feel that the quality of the food has gone down within the past year. The garlic mashed potatoes, the macaroni and cheese, and even the melted butter had no flavor. The shrimp was tough and the Alaskan king crab legs were rubbery

    I took my 83 year old dad, stepmom and brother. It was the first time my dad has been out to eat at a restaurant since he had his leg amputated. He is getting along great with his new prosthetic, and they all enjoyed their meal.

    The ambience, the food, and the service was absolutely wonderful! We had such a beautiful evening overlooking the river and the lights of downtown Omaha. From the bar to our dinner table to our hotel room - the entire evening was so special and so fun.

    Great service, great atmosphere, but the meals are a bit expensive for what you get. All of it was great, but I can’t say it was better then what I could get from Longhorn Steakhouse which would have been 1/3 of the price. For a nice romantic dinner out, this place is great, if you are just going out for steak, there are more reasonable options.
