1st timer The view was great all the Xmas lights across the river. Service was good also. Had Prime rib naan bread appetizer it was best dish of the meal. My wife had salmon I had 8oz filet. She enjoyed her dish, I would consider my just okay at best. I felt was overcooked, dry and really lacked any flavor. I'm used to Sullivan's, Gorats, or Jerico's, maybe I had expectations to high. Honestly the CB Texas Roadhouse is better IMO.

The steak we ordered was not very good. We were very disappointed with the quality of the meat and it was very pricey. The wedge salad wasn’t good either. We will not come back to this restaurant.

I made a reservation for my wife's birthday, even put it in the comments when I made the reservation. We were sat right away and drink order taken right away. We then waited for 20 minutes to get our drinks. My wife was ready to leave and this was her birthday meal. My wife and I have an extensive background in the restaurant industry. I have 17 years in the industry, ranging from Formal Dinning parties with Foreign Dignitaries and High US Military officials to chain restaurants. The quality of service that we received was worse than going to a busy Applebee's. The food was ok to mediocre at best. Our server was non-existent and even the table next to us made a comment that we should have had there server. We were offered dessert and I asked the server if they did anything for Birthdays? She stated they don't which is fine. The issue we had was when we were given the bill we were told, I hope you win a lot of money(we had plans right after dinner) . If our server had spent just 1 minute asking who's birthday it was instead of just looking at our table as another TIP. The basics of checking you table wasn't even done. I wouldn't recommend your establishment to anyone looking for a nice dinning experience and would tell them to save your money and go to a different place.

The view is excellent. There was some confusion when we were seated about who was going to be waiting on us. Waited about 10 minutes before waitress showed up and apologized for the wait. I ordered the Surf and Turf. The lobster was excellent but I felt the I was shorted on the size of my tenderloin steak. It was very small for a 6oz as advertised. More like a 4oz. I dine at the Outback restaurant and their 6oz is twice the size that I was served with my meal. So, spending 82$ was very over priced and over valued for this meal.

I had high hopes for this place because the menu looked really good. And the first thing I ordered (the tomato salad) wasn't available... Ok I'll take the mixed greens. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing was terrible, had like a horseradish taste to it. And I asked for onions on the salad they put white onion? Weird I'm guessing out of red onion? Ok the French onion soup was decent no complaints although it kind of had a weird smell. I ordered the bread appetizer had different kinds of butter and breads, also no longer available they just give complementary bread - not that impressed. Alright I'm pretty disappointed at this point and hesitant to spend $65+ on a steak so I got the crab cakes appetizer. Disgusting 😑 undercooked was just a mushy glob wasn't fried enough or whatever. The views are great but be careful sitting at the far left side of the bar all the employees would gather and gossip at the terminal and they were annoying listening to. Best thing was my Shirley temple and the refill came without having to ask which was nice. I'll give it one more try next time and just get a steak and potato. Although I overheard the person next me to was told they are out of baked potatoes... Geeeeeze

Service from Christina was great. Appetizer came out Luke warm. Was presented with my steak and was asked to cut into it to make sure it was cooked properly? I thought ensuring the right temp for the steak was the job of the chef. I could tell simply by touch that it was raw. So I cut into it and it in fact was raw, cold in the middle and all the juices came out. So I sent it back expecting that they would cook me another steak. Instead the refired the same steak. I was very disappointed in that. I provided the feedback to the Manager on duty, and she could have cared less. She essentially said that’s what we do and walked away. For a $60 steak I would expect better. Very disappointing. Not sure I would go back after that.

We come here maybe 2 to 3 times a year. We live in Minnesota and come to restaurant every year for our anniversary. We are treated so special from Adiem (sp?). Food is always top notch and great selection of wine.

I don’t normally write reviews. We were excited about our night out at 360. The rolls and salad were good, my drink was good- everything else was bad. They had a cheesy hash brown special along with a filet and crab legs. The cheesy hashbrowns were literally just plain hashbrowns covered in layers of semi melted cheese. My steak was way too rare for my liking and my crab legs were cold. I had to use the warm butter to cook them. For a $200 meal I expected a lot more.

We have eaten here a few times and really have never had a bad meal. Last nights meal was delicious, I had filet, garlic mashed potato, husband had scallops, presentation and food delicious, their bread buns are crazy good. Our waiter was so pleasant and funny! Always a pleasant experience. 360 steakhouse is the best thing about Harrahs council bluffs

The restaurant was overbooked, we waited 45 minutes for our table. When we were seated, we waited another 30 minutes for drinks. The prime rib was amazing, the baked potato was cold and hard-the butter wouldn't even melt. By far, the worst experience we have had at 360.
