360 Steakhouse - Harrah's Council Bluffs
Our private dining room is the perfect accommodation for intimate parties.
I love coming here for the food, views, and service. Amini (I think that's how you spell his name) is by far our favorite waiter at 360 Steakhouse. I had the Alaskan King Crab legs and they were worth every penny!
Delicious steak, salad and honey knots. Great service with a view!
The food was excellent and the service was perfect. Table was a little close to other tables.
We always try to go to the 360 Steakhouse every time we are in the area. They have great food and the view is wonderful. We had good service, but unfortunately our table had the A/C vent right above us and we were a little chilled. No other tables overlooking the view were available to switch with to avoid the draft.
Everything was awesome for the most part, over did my filet but the rest of the food, service and view was very nice. Don’t get me wrong they apologized asked to do another and took care of the problem professionally. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back, top notch place. The manager handled everything in an extremely positive way, great place to eat!
Yes just because of view and for decent meal above a casino and has hotel
We had a party of 10. Overall it was ok. We’ve dined there several times before. This last time the food seemed to be lacking in quality. It was our guests first time dinning and they do not want to go back.
I just wasnt very happy with the quality of my food.
It was my wifes birthday and we figured we would try the steak house. So we went there expecting to have some great food, and when we got our food ,everything was cold even the soup. I realize it was kinda busy, but when you spent 65 dollars on a steak with 3 pieces of shrimp that was like bitting into a rubber band . . My wife had the salmon, which was ok, but it was cold and my daughter had a ceaser salad and its hard to mess that up? I had 3 bites of the steak and it just wasnt what I was expecting, I usually dont complain, but it was just that bad. I'd stick to the downstairs buffet, by far and away the best food there. Sorry about the review because this is a great hotel and casino, but I'll spend my money on the buffet or the diner downstairs anytime other than this steak house. That's just my honest opinion.
The wait time for the food was over an hour and a half and everything that came out to the table was cold. Very very small steak and dried out and cold. Very disappointed
Delicous. Service was very good. And the view was beautiful.
Fantastic food and service. The staff is wonderful!
Ordered a bone in rib eye medium-rare, it came out medium-well to well. I typically would just have eaten it but for $60 I asked for a steak cooked medium-rare. I waited while my wife ate her fillet. The second steak was cooked right, but was so tough I could barely cut it and my side was cold. I sent it back and left. Wasn't comped an appetizer or drink... Definitely would not recommend this place, way too many other good places to get a good steak in the metro area.
At the hostess station after being asked if we had been helped yet, and we said no, the host played around with paperwork for awhile before finally seating us.
While the waitress provided good service, at first she came off as "snooty". The BS of "their chef" won't allow a substitution even with an addition charge is unacceptable --- especially for the prices they charge.
The rolls were tough, probably from the dough being overworked. Shrimp in the Shrimp Cocktail were very tough; but the cocktail sauce was good.
The asparagus was flavorless, the baked potato was cold. The $62 Bone-in Rib-eye steak had no Rib-eye flavor, was a bit overcooked (we ordered medium rare) and it was one of the toughest steaks we have ever eaten; we have had much better and more flavorful Bone-in Rib-eyes at Texas Roadhouse.
The Carrot Cake was good and the Creme Brulee was just so-so.
We were traveling, and if we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely take a pass on the 360 Steakhouse as well as the Harrah's Council Bluff Hotel.
It's good. Texas Roadhouse(I can't stand they make their servers dance) or Longhorn have phenomenal steaks for half the price though
Was great! There was a blizzard outside so it was a great stay and we felt like we were inside a snow globe in the restaurant. :)
Fabulous steak and scallop special. Fresh crisp salad and delicious bread knots start the meal. Ameni our server help choose a great wine. Enjoyed the whole experience.
We had such an amazing dinner experience here ! Will definitely be coming back !
Wife and sat on the Omaha side it had a
Great view ,loved the atmosphere and ambience.
Meal was rushed. Didn’t finish appetizers before salads came. Overall was great.
Out of six steak one was so burnt it looked like charcoal, another was to be medium,it was well done. Others at table complained of cold food. My wife ended not even get or steaks. Horrible experience!
It was a beautiful restaurant, it was casual yet fancy all in one, very nice place, can’t believe it took so long to try, the food was terrific! I recommend the scallops. The service was perfect! Thanks!
Awesome service and food
Very good food and great view. I had the scallops wife had the surf and turf both were top notch. Kinda on the pricey side but overall we had a great time
Always enjoy eating out at 360. Service could of been a little better but it was time well spent with my love. So honestly wait times really wasn't an issue. Food was delicious and loved the view and ambiance ♡♡
The food was great, the servers were there when u needed them I got my drinks and food on time and was well attended by my two servers love coming here and will continue coming here for years to come.
Great Valentines Day meal. Service was top notch, view wonderful, and food hot and tasty.
Everything was ok except shrimp was a little raw and bacon raw around the appetizer
Our waitress Kristina was absolutely fantastic she was very attentive very kind it was an absolutely perfect night. Dinner was outstanding. Absolutely no complaints at all
Ran out of prime rib so had to change the order but
It is so expensive so unless you have a 50% off coupon like we did, it was still $150 for 3 people getting appetizers, and one person had a steak, 5 drinks. It was SUPER slow! It took forever to get drinks, then to get food! it took 2 hours to have appetizers............ not happy with that.
Great food and wonderful view
My food was cold when delivered. They made a new order it was only warm.
Then it took 20 minutes to get our bill 😡
Our service was outstanding and Prime Rib was wonderful!
It’s a casino restaurant. The food is good but not a place to go in the Omaha area for a great steak. The wine is definitely overpriced or you can buy the same three bottles for the price of one glass and Sam’s. The view was amazing! The service was five stars. If you don’t mind average food and paying a little bit more money but having a beautiful view of the city and excellent service, Might be for you. But if you want to impress with quality food… Stay in the Omaha.
The food is always great at the 360... the servers are always very pleasant... and if you are a casino player you shouldn't have to pay for your meal. Every month you will get half off your meal with a players card and if you play enough you will have enough reward credits to pay for the rest of your meal. A 5 star meal for free... can't get any better than that!!!
Food was amazing the view was amazing as well! The only issue we had was the server she seemed to want us out quickly did not offer us a dessert menu like she did other tables, and was just not very attentive
We had an excellent server, Beth. The view of the Omaha skyline was beautiful. The drinks were absolutely delicious. I had the lemon martini and my husband had a rye drink and a dark and stormy. The steaks were seasoned well, but were a tad on the rare side. The Mac and cheese was creamy, but needed more depth of flavor --like a little hot sauce or even black pepper. The crab cakes were awesome, but the remoulade served with them could stop traffic. Creme brulee for dessert was creamy and tasty, but the top was not bruleed enough. Half the fun is the cracking through the sugar on top. We'll be back, though. It was a good dining experience overall.
The service was terrible. The food tasted fishy and I had a filet. The back potatoes were hard and cold. The only thing that was good was the buns, salad, soup and shrimp cocktail. Oh and also the cocktails were good. The kitchen area is opened and when you walk by you would think that you were in a short order restaurant instead of what is suppose to be a higher end restaurant.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
Best server is Beth!!!! Ask for her. She is the best employee!
They always have top quality food and service, our go to place when we are in the area.
