350 Grill Ratings and Reviews
Everyone's food at my table had something wrong with it. I understand it was late but the poor quality food really disappointed me because the restaurant was so beautiful . My steak was extremely dry! The bread was hard. The server wasn't involved enough. The alfredo was awful. And the fact that my bill came out to 50 dollars even though I only had two drinks WHICH ARE NOT FREE REFILLS. A steak that could fit in the palm of my hand for 35 dollars, a bland potato and a dry side salad which was 8 dollars. The only thing that was good was the shrimp my friend tried and the mozzerella stick.
It wasn't a rushed night. The timing was perfect when our drinks came out to when our appetizer, then salad, and then dinner. When dinner came it was great! We were able to enjoy each others company and have some of our drink in between all portions of meal.
I would like to give a positive review but I can't. This was my first visit and I had high expectations for such a nice place. The appetizer and salad were very good but that's all that was good. Sadly, my ribeye was the worst I've ever had! Dry, no marbleing, overcooked, and no seasoning that I could taste whatsoever. I honestly wondered if the steak on my plate was even a ribeye. Not to mention the whipped potatoes were just as bland! I tried seasoning my food with salt at the table but there was no salvaging this meal. The server cleared away three almost untouched plates and gave us a sad "I'm sorry" and walked away! My mom and brother were equally disappointed with their steaks.
Every year we look forward to dining out with friends when we are in the Springfield area at The 350 Grill, this restaurant was always our favorite. We had heard some mention that it wasn't what it use to be and sadly all four of us were in agreement. For a steak house the steak was not cooked properly and the texture of the filet mignon was unsatisfactory.
The service was excellent. The drinks were creative. The food was good, not really exciting. But it was different. They do have music so if you go later in the evening it is better. We left before the music even started. They have outside seating if you like to sit out.
Very nice outdoor patio that is well constructed and blocks out the view of the huge parking lot. Food was delicious, service was timely and not rushed, drinks were great. We had live music which was perfect - not loud and overwhelming. It was a great night!
The entire night was such a great experience. I brought my company from Maine to have dinner and hear Peter Newland Band play. We had the greatest time dancing. The hostess was gracious and and our waitress gave us very good recommendations. The food was excellent. We had the best Martini in our lifetime. Thanks so much.
Their website advertises it to be a 'Las Vegas' style restaurant and it to be smart casual attire and when we arrived there were a lot of t-shirts and baseball caps.
The waiter wasn't very friendly and kept rushing us to eat which wasn't the best experience either. Finally when we got the food, my date ordered the 'sweet and spicy alfredo' and she said she couldn't taste anything but hot pepper with no other flavors. I tried it myself and I couldn't taste any alfredo, pasta, or vegetables, it was only hot pepper.
I probably wouldn't go here again
Service excellent but almost rushed which our server apologized for . Salad and aps ok but both our beef entries were excellent. Before Wellington was exceptional as was my wife's medallions in an excellent Marsala sauce. Drinks and wine fairly standard. Great service though.
The interior is a strange hybrid between a late lounge bar and a restaurant
The service is ok as well as the wine.
The food is really poor
The garlic bread is heavy and not crunchy
The lobster bisque is floury thick and the lobster morsels watery
The chilean sea bass meat was ok bit the sauce had a strange after taste and the vegetables were tasteless
My three brothers and I went out to dinner for a special occasion. The restaurant was ready to seat us when we got there. The atmosphere was casual. We had 3 appetizers and they were all good. For dinner we had the NY Strip and Ribeyes. The steaks were cooked as we requested and very good quality. The wine list was large and maybe a little pricy. We had 3 bottles of wine and again all were very good. Our waiter was great, knew his wine and provided excellent service. I would recommend the 350 Grill to a friend.
