My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. The decor was was nice yet confused. Standing from one side you can get the picture of a nice contemporary restaurant. The other side seemed like a upscale sports bar. Still with some good visual, but several large televisions displaying everything from sports to survivor. The booths were nice but the ruckus from the bar led my wife to want to be seated further to the back. However, no booths in the back so we opted for the booth furthest from the noise.

The food did not match the price tag and was poorly cooked. The appetizers, oysters Rockefeller and calamari were okay at best. The main dish was the pitfall, my rare filet mignon came out nearly medium and the sides were lackluster. My wife’s beef Wellington was so doughy that she had to drag off the shell and just eat the meat in side. Very disappointing.

The cocktails were pretty good. They had a very interesting selection and the bar was stocked nicely with a few different bitters essential to making classic cocktails. The desert was fantastic, the cheesecake and almond tart were the highlight of the evening.

All in all, I feel that this place fell far below our expectations but then again maybe our expectations are just too high. The waiter, Neal, was fantastic and really saved the evening.

Everything was awesome, from the ambiance to the friendly server to the delicious food! Risotto balls...amaaazing! We’ll be back very soon. 😊

Food was delicious & wait staff was excellent! I totally recommend this place! You will not be disappointed. We are from the NYC area & are spoiled by (what we often consider) the best restaurants in the city so our expectations are tempered when we go any where else but 350 Grill was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Excellent food. Good ambiance. The music was perfect. Took a little long for the food to come out but it was very good food. Two waitress for the whole place was not kosher. Other than that I highly recommend it!

Food and service was awesome as usual. Their steaks and roasted potatoes are phenomenal. Try their bread pudding too, wow factor 10!

We went there for dinner. The steaks came out as per everyone's order. The food was well presented and tasted fantastic. Will definitely have to came back again.

AMAZING! Food was absolutely amazing, from apps to dessert! Was in town visiting daughter in college and can't wait to go back for another dinner!

Service was great. Steaks were excellent. From the minute we sat down the experience was worth the drive. Visiting from CT to see our daughter in law school for a night out. The cheese cake after dinner was better than almost any other that I have had. Would recommend 350 to anyone.

Good service and my girlfriend's filet mignon was extremely tasty.
My chicken Milanese was a complete waste of $20. It was a small, very dry chicken cutlet that I could've got at Big Y for $5. I was so hungry I stopped on the way home to get a sandwich.

Old school restaurant wth a nice vibe that leaves more to be desired from the food. Ironically they are a steakhouse that serves steaks raw (despite not ordering the temperature rare/medium rare). Other meals were oncthe salty side. Ambiance was nice, but wait was far too long to recommend

My dad took me here for my first time, for Valentines Day, absolutely wonderful experience! Service was great and food was perfect!! The Chef did an amazing job! Definitely going back soon!

We had a wonderful experience and our server, Michael, was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. They are lucky to have him in staff. We’d go back just because of his service. I hope they appreciate him.

Long-planned night-after-Christmas family dinner. We all have different tastes and ordered different foods, but all enjoyed their's very much. Expensive but worth it.

Everyone's food at my table had something wrong with it. I understand it was late but the poor quality food really disappointed me because the restaurant was so beautiful . My steak was extremely dry! The bread was hard. The server wasn't involved enough. The alfredo was awful. And the fact that my bill came out to 50 dollars even though I only had two drinks WHICH ARE NOT FREE REFILLS. A steak that could fit in the palm of my hand for 35 dollars, a bland potato and a dry side salad which was 8 dollars. The only thing that was good was the shrimp my friend tried and the mozzerella stick.

Food was excellent but service was slow and there were fruit flies hovering over our table.

My first visit to Grill 350 ( it was for a business type lunch). Will definitely go back. Food was good and the server (Sarah) and the overall service was great.

It wasn't a rushed night. The timing was perfect when our drinks came out to when our appetizer, then salad, and then dinner. When dinner came it was great! We were able to enjoy each others company and have some of our drink in between all portions of meal.

I would like to give a positive review but I can't. This was my first visit and I had high expectations for such a nice place. The appetizer and salad were very good but that's all that was good. Sadly, my ribeye was the worst I've ever had! Dry, no marbleing, overcooked, and no seasoning that I could taste whatsoever. I honestly wondered if the steak on my plate was even a ribeye. Not to mention the whipped potatoes were just as bland! I tried seasoning my food with salt at the table but there was no salvaging this meal. The server cleared away three almost untouched plates and gave us a sad "I'm sorry" and walked away! My mom and brother were equally disappointed with their steaks.

Great food and ambiance. Loved the salmon! The decor is dark but very nice.

Food was good as usual, but a few things that were my favorites on the menu are not longer available. Bring back the Burrata Appetizer with tomatoes! Will return.

My wife and I celebrated an anniversary here, very good service! Steaks were cooked perfectly. Our server was Very good! She handled a kitchen/menu issue wonderfully. We will come back

Great food and great service and I will go to eat here again

Every year we look forward to dining out with friends when we are in the Springfield area at The 350 Grill, this restaurant was always our favorite. We had heard some mention that it wasn't what it use to be and sadly all four of us were in agreement. For a steak house the steak was not cooked properly and the texture of the filet mignon was unsatisfactory.

My Medallions Marsala meal choice was OUTSTANDING! The other 3 meals ordered in our party were nothing special. Entertainment was good. Drinks were VERY overpriced!!

The hostess was very welcoming and remembered us from past visits. The waiter also remembered us and gave us great service and great recommendations for wine and food. The food was cooked to our specifications and was perfect! Kudos!

The service was excellent. The drinks were creative. The food was good, not really exciting. But it was different. They do have music so if you go later in the evening it is better. We left before the music even started. They have outside seating if you like to sit out.

Great place for a night out with your partner. Food and drinks were fantastic. Will be going back again!

Very nice outdoor patio that is well constructed and blocks out the view of the huge parking lot. Food was delicious, service was timely and not rushed, drinks were great. We had live music which was perfect - not loud and overwhelming. It was a great night!
