- Surfaces sanitized between seatings
- Waitstaff wear masks
- Diners must wear masks unless eating or drinking
Excessively loud. Live music was mediocre at best. Food was barely warm with congealed sauce. Despite “team” of 3 waitstaff we were largely ignored. Couldn’t wait to leave.
Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful service, tremendous food, always a good experience
Steaks were undercooked and no flavor. I like medium rare but this was rare!! Veggies had no seasoning at all. Mashed potatoes luke warm. Very dissapointed. Another person with us had Salmon and it had no seasoning at all! Not sure if they forgot to season the food but it was terrible!
Basic but ok if your not looking for something more adventurous
I won’t be back
It took 20 mins to get a glass of water yet I paid them over 200$
This was a great atmosphere and vibes for a small birthday dinner. Good was awesome, service and live band well worth it.
Great food and service, as usual!
Waited over 50 minutes for our appetizers. My son and husband both ordered steaks, one came out undercooked, one overcooked, both with absolutely no flavor. Quality of meat not good. Restaurant itself is cute, and good live music, but food was def sub par
Excellent service- our dinners were delicious! The blackened swordfish was perfect! Our cocktails - especially
my Hollywood Martini- was the best around! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!!
Service was great, food was outstanding. This was a nice place to celebrate a special birthday with family
I will definitely be back !!! The food the atmosphere the service all top notch !!! It’s a winner for sure !!!
Highly recommend. The service was great and the food was delicious at a great price point.
We went, intending to do dinner. When we arrived (with reservations) the hostess did not know where to seat us and even said “where am I gonna put you” as though we’d inconvenienced her. (The restaurant was not full) Also, a restaurant that offers $30 entrees and appears to intend to give the impression of upscale dining, should not have a local pop radio station blaring from the speakers. Once seated, we were informed by our waiter that all but two of their steak entrees were unavailable. These were the vast majority of their main dishes. When asked about what could be made gluten free, our server informed us that we’d be “better off picking something and asking him then”, which was fine, but a little strange. We ordered a couple of drinks which were fine, and the scallop appetizer was fine, but small. The arugula served on the side was wilted and clearly old. Although the food was decent, due to the service and ambience, we left without ordering entrees.
The food was salty and the mixed drinks were poorly made. The atmosphere was catered more to college students and in my search I specified romantic dinner atmosphere!
This is a tough time for restaurants but you would never know it at the 350 Grill. We ate at the bar. Service was excellent and entertaining. The cocktails were hand crafted and perfect. We had 2 bottles of wine one of which we were familiar with and the other the bartender recommended and let us taste prior to spending a lot of money. That wine was perfect and worth the price tag. The 350 did not gouge us on the price. Being our anniversary the bartender comped us the dessert. You can't beat the atmosphere. You can't find a better place for a special occasion.
Food was mediocre, room temperature
and overpriced. We were in town
visiting our son at school and wanted
to take him to have a meal he wouldn't
get on a college plan. The room was
dark and smelled of cigars but we were
looking forward to dining off the menu
we had reviewed prior to making our
reservation so we overlooked these
things. Unfortunately, the food did not
stand up to the price. The lobster
bisque was room temperature as well
as the surf and turf tower upon arrival,
and the beef Wellington was literally a
filet wrapped in an undercooked pastry
without any seasoning, or makings of a
Wellington. All of our filets were
overcooked. While the service was fine, we have removed this from our list of restaurants for our visits up to
Great! Had not been here in years but we went for date night and sat at the bar. Terrific drinks. Great wine selection. Very knowledgeable bartender. The apps and dinner were very good. The red sauce on the arancini was sooo good I am still thinking about it. It's that kind of zesty, tangy tomato sauce that I am a big fan of. We will be back!
The restaurant was closes with a padlock on the gate. We were one of three parties standing outside with reservations and the website stated that it was open.
I made reservations for myself and my husband and we were able to be seated right away. We sat outside and the lighting was great and we were able to watch sports. The only reason why our service was a little off was the fact we were told we would have one person waiting on us and we're met with another. They didn't communicate about who would take care of us and right in front of us they argued about who would be servicing us like we were a dollar sign. The food was fantastic and the rest of the night was great.
Love the seafood tower.
We had a very lovely time at 350 Grill
The wait for food was over an hour, but worth the wait
They seemed short staff, but we enjoyed and would certainly go back
Really loved the food and ambiance.
Loved my pumpkin martini.
I can't say enough good things about 350 Grill. Everything was excellent! Our waitress Lauren was right on. Thank you for an enjoyable meal and time.
Great downtown venue. The food, libations and service are top-rate!
- Lovely outdoor eating area with full service.
- Large parking lot with lots of spaces. The restaurant is next to a strip club and we really enjoyed people-watching.
- Great service. The waitress was both kind and friendly. She visited the table every 20 minutes or so to refill water, take orders, etc.
- Good cuts of meat, which were cooked to order (medium rare).
- Large serving sizes.
- The food was pretty good, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price. The appetizers were pretty generic. The steak was under-seasoned. They use what tasted a whole lot like Ritz crackers as a crust for the mac and cheese.
- We made reservations and showed up a little early, but the host didn't seem to see our reservation (asked how many people we had in our party) and seemed really put-out when we asked if we could have a table outside. I'd completely understand if it was busy, but we were the only outdoor diners for the next hour.
- I wouldn't really call it a "con", but I was surprised that a restaurant of this caliber didn't accommodate special occasions, especially because the reservation menu asks you for one.
Loved it! We were celebrating my dad's 70th birthday. They were very accommodating. Arrived early for our reservation but was no problem.
The selection of meals were great. The service fantastic and the table we sat at was beautiful. Our waitress was very courteous and helpful. This was our first trip to this restaurant and we celebrated our 54th anniversary. We will be back again when we take a ride to Springfield. I will pass on the restaurant to stop by for dinner. Thanks for everything.
We have tried over and over to see if things "have changed", alas, no.
Two small tables inside (both less than 3), two couples at the bar, and two outdoor table but it took 2hours total for dinner and that was mostly waiting for a drink order or refill. Short staffed is one thing, these prices demand much better.
The service was excellent as always they seated us right away and we were waiting for other guest to arrive. I did not feel rushed very comfortable and pleasant staff. The food is great and again I did not feel rushed sat back and very relaxing evening. Hector our waiter was so pleasant. I felt this was so nice after a rushed day. Atmosphere great
Great date night! Meal was executed perfectly. We went for a late dinner so there was no crowd at all our courses came very timely. The music was a nice ambience.
They canceled our reservations at the zero hour and didn’t give us an explanation why; when asked.
Always a great meal and great service. I had the Beef Wellington this time, good choice!
Our Group of 7 had a great time. Good good and drinks. Our waiter Hector was excellent.
Always a great meal.
Unfortunately short staffed.. 1 server, 2 hostesses, 1 bus boy.. 1 of those hostesses should've helped the server deliver food and drinks.. Needless to say, the service was terrible but not his fault.
Got the blackberry lemonade.. tasted like pure syrup. No blackberry flavor or lemonade. Yuck.
Dark, dated, and tired decor and interior. Food lacked freshness. Drinks were overpriced. Wedge salad was doused in dressing, tuna app tasted pre seared and not fresh. Sad.
Very nice place. I will return. No vegetables with meal is why I gave 4* and I was hoping for a baked fish option.
Understaffed. Food is over priced. Waited over an hour for food. Food was burnt and dry. No taste at all. Manager and owner were extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to attend this restaurant.
We've been here many times and always leave satisfied.
Everything we ordered was amazing! A little pricey particularly the drinks but worth every penny. Highly recommend it.
This experience was excellent, start to finish!!
