We are now Open on Sunday's from 12 - 10 pm
Was looking for a place for dinner and choice this due to the reviews. Our meals where wonderful - steak good just as we ordered it and the sides that came with our meals were wonderful. Very pleasant staff and our waitress was on top of everything.
This is about a $200 dinner for 2 menu.
When we came in there was no dress so while we were out for a nice dinner others were in literally construction clothing. The appetizers were amazing but the entrees came out luke warm. There was a large party which kept seating limited to table tops but the restuarant itself is not intimate. Overall this is overpriced for no privacy, no dress code and mediocre food.
I had requested a booth, because of the noise level, and we did not get one I made our reservation in plenty of time, so that was very disappointing to all of us.
Our server Michael was very knowledgeable on the menu. The food was outstanding.
Food and service were great. Loved the music too! This is a great find!
Old throw back no bs steak house. Little dated but food was excellent service w a smile and cute little jazz band for entertainment. Great place to close the deal.
I made reservations based on on-line/Open Table review. I was in town for parents' weekend for UMass Amherst. After a fun but long day on campus, my family of 3 was looking forward to a good dinner. We had 7:30 reservations. We were unfamiliar with the area and parked a few blocks away, so admittedly arrived at 7:40 pm. The hostess unapologetically told us they were running 15 to 20 mins late and acted as if we didn't have reservations. I think it was her normal demeanor but she was rather brusque. We did not get seated until 8:20 pm, which rather defeated the whole purpose of making a reservation. Our waitress was sweet but rather absent for very long stretches. We did get our tapas/appetizers quickly which made us hopeful for good service going forward. However, our waitress disappeared--failed to check in on us regularly to even see if we wanted drink refills--and informed us that the kitchen was really backed up. Even after we were told our food was just about ready, we waited and waited. We finally got our main courses at 9:30 pm. My husband and I received luke warm plates (steaks), his was undercooked....but we at that point had no intention of sending anything back. The waitress and hostess were apologetic in the end and gave us complimentary desserts (different from what we asked for) and some $10 off coupons. The bill was $169 for one glass of wine, one glass of tonic, two appetizers and 3 meals.....needless to say, we gave the coupons away because we won't be back. Seems like it could have been a good experience but the long wait and poor service kind of ruined it. Food was good but not spectacular enough to make up for the negatives.
Service was top notch. Great food, great drinks. Can be quite noisy as we had difficulty hearing our waitress recite the evening specials. Otherwise we were quite satisfied, thank you kindly...Soon to return
Recommended, will return on next trip to Springfield.
This restaurant has great food, and a great atmosphere with live music
Sunday great jazz good flow of customers and friendly
Our waiter was great. Very good service. A lot of fried and breaded food on the menu. Garlic bread Fondu was excellent. Steaks were very good. I loved the blackened tuna appetizer. Easy drive to the new MGM Casino.
Steak was over cooked and tough
Would not recommend to everyone I know
The food looked good but tasted bland. The server was slammed with other tables so it took a long time to get our check. The table next to us was quite noisy.
It was my first time at 350 grill. I was a little early for my reservation. The staff was very polite, the food was amazing. Our waitress was able to any questions I har about the menu. I’m very picky with my food. She showed great patience with me. Lol
Great food service could use an upgrade
Very good food, but slow service. The restaurant needs to get its wait staff better trained and organized. They are extremely slow at the basics - bringing water, bread, taking order for drinks/ appetizers, coming back for food orders. One couple got up and left while I was there.
The person I was with wanted to leave, but I really wanted to try the food. So I persuaded them to stay.
I'm glad we stayed because the food was good. But if the long service wait times are unacceptable.
Recommend by a co-worker in the Springfield area (I live in Boston) - visiting the new MGM casino. Had dinner at 350 then went to a concert at Mass-Mutual Center - then returned to 350 for dessert and listened to the band. Next evening - could not get into an MGM restaurant but ate at the bar - not good - again returned to the 350 for coffee and dessert. Will definitely return to 350 again.
The service was great, the food was slow and it was loud. BUT the home made pasta was divine!
Went on a Saturday night at 9 for dinner. The building was mostly empty though the casino in the city had just opened down the street so it was half-expected. We both ordered steaks and the food came out and tasted normal. Not worth 30+ dollars a plate but it was still good. We only saw our waiter a couple times though the night which was frustrating. We never saw him after we ordered since there was something we wanted to change in the meal until the food came out and we felt bad asking for a change. Then we never even were able to get his attention until we were done eating even after making eye contact with him when he was at the table next to us. It took about 20 minutes to get a small side of ketchup brought to us that by the time it got there, we weren't even really eating anymore. Overall the food was okay, service was incredibly poor.
Sarah was great!
The food, in my opinion was very overpriced. Two of us ordered the surf and turf for $38. The risotto cake was extremely plain and cold. The one single scallop in the center was over cooked and the shrimp was difficult to “de-shell”, making quite a mess. Overall, my food tasted alright but was lukewarm upon delivery. The sangria tasted great but again, very overpriced. Our waitress was wonderful, personable and attentive. Upsetting that the food did not live up to expectations. Two large parties of women showed up mid dinner and were extremely loud and obnoxious, ruining the quiet and upscale atmosphere. I would not pay the money to go back to this restaurant. 350 Grille came highly recommended by many, and I was highly unimpressed
Great steakhouse. Lunch menu featured wonderful small plate choices that allowed my friend and I to share several things. Loved it.
I enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I'd definitely go back again.
The food was amazing, the price range is moderately priced, well worth the value for the food. Our waitress was new so she was not to knowledgeable but that didn’t take away from the experienc. My only recommendation would be added cocktail drink menu. They cocktails were limited, i would suggest adding a couple of more especially made with fruit puree as oppose to flavored liquor, ex: Lychee martini made with Lychee purée instead of Lychee liquor which changes the taste.
Recently dine with friends at 350 Grill. As usual, food was delicious. I felt as though our server perhaps was a little rushed or not paying attention because she asked us the same question a few times. There was live music there that evening. Found it extremely odd as the duo were dressed in western gear but were the furthest from that genre of music as possible. Actually felt bad for them because people weren't hanging around for drinks after dinner. But food was great!
I ordered the seared Salmon and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Beef Wellington and also said that it was delicious. Our server, Michael, was attentive and did not rush us. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Always a wonderful dining experience! Great food and service!
Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent
Excellent atmosphere! Excellent food! Outdoor dining, bar and live entertainment.
There was a nice patio area but it was too chilly on our visit to try it. Because our reservation was for early evening, we didn't get the live music experience. Didn't get our servers name but he was great -- knew the menu well and was able to make good recommendations on entrees to try. Everyone in our party of six enjoyed the entrees they chose.
First the appetizers. Ordered 6 shrimp which were watery and wet. For $24 they were not fresh. We also had a cheese board. This was very good. Also ordered the tuna from appetizer list which was delicious.
The main meal was disappointing. Ordered the rack of lamb. When served, we couldn’t believe this was really the meal! The chops were the size of a small lollipop! Totally unacceptable and were sent back. No offer was made for a substitute.
Also ordered Beef Wellington. The pastry was soggy. Would NOT recommend this restaurant.
The food was off-the-charts incredible! Cooked perfectly, with flavors that we not over-stated, but absolutely come alive with every bite.
Our choices did not disappoint, the Pork Shank....I will likely order every time because I cannot get enough. The Chicken Milanese, absolute perfection!
Recommended by our wonderful server, Neil, the appetizer butterfly shrimp with sriracha aoli was delectable. We will certainly be back, with our appetites and likely with friends.
Great Blues band too! Only complaint, but we seem to always find a way....would like a more defined dance floor. But still... great night.
Springfield’s best restaurant, wonderful steak dinners
Thought the food would be better for the cost. Very odd to be next to a strip club
It was amazing. We were there for my sons college graduation with 3 other families. They put us in the back room where we could all talk. The tables were decorated for a graduation with a congratulations card on each table. The service was impeccable and all the food was delicious!!! They really made it a special evening!!
Found hair in the food but waitress was great. Atmosphere was kind of loud because basketball game was on. Wouldn’t recommend for a fancy place
Food itself was good (calamari in chili mango sauce and Brussel sprouts were very good!) but swordfish puttanesca and ahi tuna came with unexpected noodles that overwhelmed the delicate seafood. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed with the crowd of patrons, taking away our menus because they ran short. No one asked us about dessert or after dinner drinks. Seemed that they were rushing us out. May go again but not a on a busy weekend.
