The view of the city was great! Some very nice wines. We purchased a $70-something bottle of red. They pour it into a two dollar glass.
The pork belly flat bread was the best I’ve ever had. The bread service was excellent! The grilled chicken salad could have been great if the strips were not over cooked and dry.
The meatballs in pasta...same story. Over cooked and dry meatballs.
Service was marginal. Water glass completely empty and no one noticed.
I did find all long hair wrapped around a piece of my broccoli florentine. I didn't press the issue too much because Im non confrontational. The waitresses have a quick sorry but didnt offer to comp anything.
I feel the restaurant was understaffed for the amount of people attending an event in the hotel and the staff seemed somewhat stressed. We were in and out in a timely manner but I feel the atmosphere was a little hectic/stressed. Overall, everything was fine
The server was good but drinks took a bit to get from the bar.
The appetizer of spinach crab dip was good but the main entree’s were lacking in flavor. I would only go back for appetizers, drinks and the view.
Food was very good. Service was outstanding even though they were understaffed due to host/hostess not showing up.
Stephanie was very attentive, good sense of humor. Salmon remaining food was good.
The venue is lovely and the view is great. We had another nice evening with excellent food and service!
The food was amazing! Only thing that was disappointing was we had a gift certificate “lunch for two” and on the certificate it said the total couldn’t go over $50, didn’t say drinks or appetizers weren’t included so we still had to pay $25 for our meal. It would have been nice to know the certificate only included our burgers.
Staff was unpolished. Serving our salads she said” I don’t know what these dressings are so here you can figure it out.” And then again she auctioned our dinner plates to us. For the price I expected a higher level of service. Food is as good, but will not plan to return.
We came to celebrate our 44th anniversary; few years before that a group of us were there and the service and food was outstanding, this time I can’t say that. The restaurant was cold (I thought maybe they were trying to conserve the heat) the server was good but the service was very slow, the food was very disappointing, probably won’t be back for a long while.
We were there for our anniversary dinner. This was our first time eating here and the service, food and views were great. It was a Sunday evening and wasn't busy at all. We will be back!
Awesome view and really good service!
It took so long to get our food that we were not charged for it
Food was exquisite, service impeccable and the atmosphere was perfect for a nice evening dinner.
Nice setting, it was very quiet the Sunday night we went out for our 1st anniversary dinner. The quiet was nice for talking but I think the place could use some light music? Something...
The main course food was good but not great, the appetizers were excellent though and the signature drink I had was delish.
We had a lovely meal before an event at the Paramount. The service was a bit slow at the start, but our waitress made sure we were done in time for the event. The food was flavorful with a good presentation, and we felt the price was fair.
Both times I have been here I’ve waited for about 5 minutes to be greeted. Food was good, service was okay, but expected it to be excellent. The view is really the only reason I’ll keep coming back.
We had to wait a while before we saw any staff, but our waiter made up for that by being extremely pleasant. The food was attractive and appropriately warm/cool. It ranged from bleh to awesome, but we at least got enough to eat. Hardly anyone was there at 6 pm on a Sunday before a concert. I'm not sure when the busy time would be.
There were four of us for brunch on 10/14/18. Service was very slow in spite of the fact that it wasn't very busy. The buffet looked like any you'd find in Hilton with breakfast included with the room. I just thought that with the high prices and the elegance of the place that the food would be elevated. I ordered an omelette off the menu. It was very small and there wasn't much filling (I asked for ham, onion, mushrooms, spinach & cheese). There were a couple very small pieces of ham, same with the onion and mushroom, they forgot the spinach and the cheese was almost invisible there was so little of it. All in all I've had better breakfasts at our local cafes.
We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time and were seated right away. We sat for 20 minutes and finally had to get someone's attention to be waited on. It took 45 minutes to get our meal after that which left us about 10 minutes to eat before needing to leave for the concert.
Caleb did the best he could to help, but obviously something needs to change.
This was a gathering with al my sisters - good chance to visit, enjoy each other's company. No rush, attentive but not pushy server.
Slower than average service. The rest was great
Very friendly, prompt service. Very attentive staff. Positive experience. Food well presented and good portions--delicious meal
I loved the atmosphere as a rooftop restaurant. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The salmon was tasty and the tomato soup was amazing. Service was well-timed and friendly, good alcohol selection.
Excellent service, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, a great choice for our anniversary.
The food was decent. But, I wasn’t blown away. For the price I expected better quality. Noise level from bar was more then I expected. Next time I would choose to sit further from the bar area.
Great food, great price, great service, great venue, great view extremely clean love the place............
Our service was a nightmare from the start. I'm not sure why this lady wanted to serve in a restaurant if she has no interest in customer service. I'm not sure where she went, but she was out of sight far longer than when she was serving us. I've never been to a restaurant at this price point where your salad comes immediately followed by your entre. My recommendation is to avoid the place.
outstanding service staff that takes care of their guests. Polite, professional, and pleasant. Food is very good
Service was not good. I understand it’s not a fast get you eating and out, but it took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Hardly anyone else in restraint. Then once we got our food, we didn’t see our waitress again until over halfway done eating. I had to flag down the manager for another drink.
The steak was fabulous and the pork chop terrific! The cupcakes were a great touch but they were hard like maybe they could have been fresher. We had a great time and our server was very good! We will come back the price was comparable to others around town BUT the food was much better.
The bison ribeye that I ordered had no taste to it. It was one of the worst steaks I have had from any restuarant. I have had more flavorful steaks for considerably less than the $38 price tag.
The service was great though. Checked on regularly by the staff and everyone was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was top notch, we loved the views from the top of the hotel.
Overall we likely will not be coming back only because of the food and the lack of value you get for the cost.
Service was very slow, we waited for almost 10 mins for someone to even be visible to let them know we were there for our reservation. Then after we were seated, it took a while to place our order and to receive our checks. They were very nice, just a lot of time wasted for someone to assist us.
Saturday night and the place was very quiet; 1 group of 20+ on the far side and us 2 on the other. Food was good, nice view.
My wife and I went for our anniversary. Food was really good. I normally am skeptical of hotel restaurants but this place can stand on its own. Service was very good as well. Quiet location with great views of the city. We had a north facing view which is OK. Ask for a south view if you go.
Excellent, attentive staff. Amazing service. Very nice servers and very professional. Nice entrees!
Very disappointed with everything about this visit. We'd been here before for 2 other special occasions and the meals/service I would have rated as good and one as fair.
Last week's visit included food that was really unimpressive. I had the bison ribeye which had little to no seasoning and came with a big pile of French fries and a small serving of creamed spinach. Not good value, not what I would have expected from a quality dining experience. Service was even worse - server was very slow, clearly didn't want to work that evening. Other tables were receiving much better service than we were. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere in CR for a nice dinner with your friends. We won't return.
Starting off, the view here is amazing. That with the beautiful Decore makes for an outstanding time. The food was also very well made and tasty. The only issue seemed to be the wait time for being waited on and for the food to arrive. I found myself waiting almost 40 minuets for me and my date to receive our food in a seemingly slow dinner. I did keep in mind that there were others around but I did notice another table of two actually left because of how long the food took. This leaves me feeling as if I wasn’t the only one with this opinion. Once again the food was delicious- just seemed to take a bit longer then some may like.
