   Our server/Bartender Jessica U. provided exceptional service. The food was fantastic and our adult beverages were made to perfection. Yummy yummy! The crunch berries drink was our table’s favorite.

   We had reservations at 5:45pm and seated about 5:35pm. Server brought us waters and had our dinners ordered by 5:45pm. Restaurant seemed busy and a little short staffed however, the restaurant should have prepared as there was a comedy show in the adjacent arena at 7pm so they should have expected a crowd. Our server told us around 6:11pm that she checked on our order and it should be up in a few minutes. She came by once more to give us the same answer and I even stopped her on another occasion to tell her we had tickets for a 7pm show. By 6:31pm, no food was served. We left $10 on the table as I had ordered a hot chocolate earlier in the evening and we left without saying a word to anyone. Very disappointed. My husband and I have never done this, EVER, however in this circumstance, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from our server and lack of service overall.

   They said they are short staffed. Waited an hour for our burger and salad. People all around of were canceling orders or switching to appetizers because the wait was so long. Our food was not warm when it came out. It tasted fine but this place needs a restructure in management and some organization skills. I watched a bartender walk around the entire restaurant twice to try and find the table that ordered the drink. Nobody knew what they were doing.

   We have been here three times with the first time being absolutely amazing. Then, the 2nd time the food was not all that great. But we enjoyed it so much the first time that we wanted to try again so we made our reservation. But total disappointment. It took almost 30 minutes to get a drink, and when i ordered another one i had to cancel the order because after 30 minutes i still didn't receive it. The waitress only stopped by to take order and drop off bill. We had to flag her down any other time we needed her. After waiting about 45 minutes for our food we barely had time to eat before we had to go to our events downtown. We left more than half of our food on the table. The food wasn't even that good. Not sure what has happened to this place, but it is very disappointing. I doubt we will try it again.

   I went to 350 on First with my wife to celebrate Valentine's Day. Using Open Table, the only available time was 5:15pm. Arriving on time, I was surprised to see many open tables. As we progressed through dinner, the restaurant did fill up a bit but there were still many open tables. I would have preferred a later time than my 5:15pm reservation so I have to wonder if the app wasn't set up properly. The service by our bartender was good. The food was average.

   Waited 10 minutes at our table for water and a drink order. Food wasn’t worth the price ($40 for a steak). Environment was too much like a hotel lobby. Views are good.

    We arrived just before noon on Sunday Christmas Day and enjoyed their very tasty breakfast quesadilla. I especially liked the crispy thin shell. The waiter was very attentive, pleasant and took good care of us. The coffee served wasn’t quite as hot as my wife prefers, but the waiter quickly fixed the problem. The restaurant area is spacious, clean and of course the view is great. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

    We went for the fact that it was on the rooftop of one of the tallest buildings in the area. We did not go for the food, which was lackluster. Highlights: -My sandwich, which was supposed to come with maple aioli, had barely a smattering of the stuff on it. It was really quite pathetic -My wife noted that the entire menu mentioned yukon gold potatoes. But the potatoes she actually got were red potatoes. She brought this to the attention of the manager on duty who then informed us that sometimes they run out and have to substitute whatever they have. This was the first we heard of this. There was a general attitude there of "we know this place is subpar and we don't give a damn".

    We had a very nice meal with a beautiful view. It was also very convenient to just walk across the street to the theater to the performance we were attending. Several things on the menu looked enticing, we chose the chicken and waffles which was excellent! Very tasty meal and a crunchberry punch cocktail!

    Outstanding 3 course Thanksgiving dinner! We had a group of 6 and could not speak more highly of our experience. The service was lovely, we had a beautiful table, and the food was incredible. This is one of Cedar Rapids best restaurants with beautiful views and hospitality that is second to none. It was truly a perfect Thanksgiving for our family. Looking forward to going back to try more of the regular menu items!

    Everything from making the reservation, to an excellent seat with a beautiful view of the City. Not to mention they took they time to fold up the napkins into cute flowers (my girlfriend loved it!) Hands down one of the best experiences I've had as far as restaurants go. They really made my anniversary one to remember. <3

    Everything about this meal was spectacular. Our server Dawn was so friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and personable and truly made us feel at home. The cheese brulee was quite literally to die for, I can only hope to find a recipe for something one tenth as delicious. My chicken and waffles were prepared better than any chicken and waffles down south where I’m from! Overall a remarkably good experience and 350 will be at the top of my list next time I’m back in Cedar Rapids!

    I have two reasons for the rating. First, the menu has been significantly reduced. There are too many burgers and sandwiches on the menu. This used to be a place we would go for special occasions but now it doesn't feel special. Second, the prices are something I would expect at a place top level restaurant. The food was good, but the menu doesn't justify the price.

    We took our mother for Mother's Day brunch. We had a reservation and we were seated upon arrival but then had to wait quite some time before our waiter welcomed us. The waiter did not offer us anything to drink so I asked him if there was a complimentary mimosa with the brunch and he then offered three choices. When he came back, I asked what was on the buffet, he was not quite sure, he mentioned a few things and said he would check and be right back to let us know. When the waiter came back and shared what was on the buffet he also offered one egg Benedict made fresh in the kitchen, which two of us ordered. The buffet was set up was in a private meeting room, quite a walk from the dining room itself. The food stations were dirty and not well tended to. They were also spread out too far from one another. The food from the chaffing dishes were not hot. The beef carving station attendant was very accommodating and the fresh made Egg Benedict was excellent but we were disappointed in the brunch itself. Once we sat down with our food we did not see our waiter until he presented the check. Our dirty dinner plates were not picked up until a supervisor came around right before our check was presented. I was embarrassed for the hotel.

    Easter brunch adequate but not impressive. Omelets made to order were nice. Need pastries/ sweets, whipped cream, some smoked fish, French toast and mimosas to make it really worth returning.

    We had a reservation and got seated immediately. The view was great. Food was all delicious. Had the cheese brûlée appetizer, skirt steal and salad with salmon on top. All was delicious!

    Best experience as usual. Very quite and perfect place for a date night. We loved their special menu and of course their old fashioned. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Cookie Sundae was the perfect finish. Please keep it on your menu:)

    The food and service was great! Love coming here. Only issue is I had no idea there was a “special” menu for Valentine’s Day and couldn’t order anything other than that menu. A heads up about that would’ve been nice when we made our reservation.
