The 315 restaurant at the Historic Greenbriar Inn is a comfortable yet elegant setting for virtually every occasion. You can cozy up to one of two fireplaces on the main floor, have one of our famously hand-crafted martinis in our full bar, or enjoy tapas and dinner inside the restaurant or outside on our deck or patio within a garden setting, weather permitting! Our menu features a large selection of Tapas, drawing from cuisines around the world, as well as selected dinner items. The menu lends itself to groups who enjoy sharing different dishes together, as well as the more traditional “date night” fare.

Private party facilities
During the day we often hold meetings, brunch and lunch, high tea, cooking classes etc. Even weddings. But our restaurant opens mid-afternoon at 3:15 so we try to wrap up private events by 4:00. For smaller groups we do accommodate them in the dining room, but rarely book the entire dining room for private parties during our restaurant hours.

Parking details
We only have on-street parking but have never had any complaints as to accessibility. We have little competition for parking at night as we are in a semi-residential area.

On Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night the 315 offers soft blues, jazz and contemporary music from 6:00-9:00. Our musicians are well known in this area and highly talented.

We had a wonderful dinner! The pork chop & rib dinners were awesome, as was the crab louie salad & chicken lettuce wraps!! Your restaurant is cozy & the martinis were to die for. What a great place. Thank you!!

Service and food were ideal, but there was a table behind our table and they were very loud so it made it hard to carry on a conversation with those at my table. Plus we really couldn't enjoy the musician who was playing the guitar and singing.

This restaurant is in a cool old house, converted into a B&B. We had a nice quiet evening with soft live music and very good food and service. Delicious tapas. I recommend the Empanadas and Stuffed Portobello.

They would have received a perfect score, except that the acoustics contributed to the loudness and we had to speak over others in order to have a conversation with a rabble guest. Otherwise ---perfect! We will definitely be back.

This place is adorable and the food is good! Martinis and specialty drinks are delicious. Service is prompt and welcoming. It's turned out to be my boyfriend and my favorite place when we come to visit his parents!

The 315 is great as always. They make the best drinks in town and the food is always amazing. Staff are friendly and don't rush you so you can dine for hours which is rare.

This was our 35th wedding anniversary evening so it was a special dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend. I used the Open Table reservation online but was nervous about it so I followed up with a call to the restaurant. Ryan, also the bartender, confirmed my reservation when I called. He suggested a nice table by the fireplace and a florist if I wanted flowers on my table. The florist, Christen at Dragon Flowers, created the perfect fall centerpiece for our table. When we arrived, our table was ready. Our server was great: punctual and attentive. Not overly chatty. He was perfect. I apologize that I can't remember his name. To make the evening over the top, one of our favorite musicians, Bill Bozley, was playing dinner music the whole evening. It was a truly memorable anniversary.

This was our first visit to 315 Martinis and Tapas. We visit Coeur d'Alene frequently to visit our daughter and wanted to try a place we had not previously visited. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The "Day of the Dead" buffet was an unexpected delight that made our evening memorable. The tapas and drinks were terrific. This was the perfect spot to enjoy our first night in town after a long day of traveling. We will definitely return.

A wonderful find. Bartender was very skilled, friendly, and welcoming. Once we were seated, Duck entree was tasty and well prepared, but I did not care for the cilantro rice pilaf on the plate. Hubby had chicken saltimbocca which he loved, but found the garlic mashed potatoes on the plate just a little too overpowering. Service excellent, wait staff attentive and friendly even though they were quite busy.
