Lovely mid-week lunch. Fairly quiet. Really good server. Tasty lunch specials and enjoyable glass of wine. Let us talk and talk.
We go there all the time. The crab cakes are unbeatable. Best drinks anywhere! We've looked around!!
Waiter kept coming back to tell us they didn't have any pumpernickel (as listed on menu), then again to say they didn't have any whole wheat, then again to say they only had ciabatta and (ugh) white bread. Since it was too late to move on to another restaurant we reluctantly acquiesced. The place had no charm, no warmth, in fact it was pretty dismal. Would never go back there again.
Patio chairs are flimsy
Service was great
Food (salmon crab cakes) was good Dipping sauce was great.
2 of us went to 310 South on Thanksgiving for their special traditional Thanksgiving meal. Food tasted ok, but it was served barely warm. (Esp the Turkey that wasn't hot, the green beans were barely cooked at all, at least they were fresh not from a can or frozen. ) It was $22 dollars per person for a few thinly sliced pieces of tepid turkey with gravy, potatoes, cranberry relish and green beans. $22 didn't even get you a slice of pumpkin pie, or a dinner roll. It was average at best, not served hot, and WAY over priced for what you got. (It seemed like other people that ordered off the regular menu had better luck.)
An amazing first date experience, forgot the name of our waiter, but he was a young man with glasses and he was brilliant with his recommendations and very knowledable of the menu. I had a ribeye steak cooked medium well with mashed potatoes and spinach and it was delicious. Will definitely return and recommend. Amazing job!
Excellent food tonight, as usual. Ashley took good. Are of us too!
We usually dine out on Friday nights and chose 310 Park South as we have always had a good dining experience, and had not been there for a while. To our great satisfaction we had a splendid dining experience. We sat outside in the covered porch. Service was prompt, the server was helpful in the wine selection, and recommended entries, where were prepared timely and were very tasty. Coffee and dessert wrapped up our dining experience.
310 rarely disappoints. This visit was as close to perfect as could be. It's a great spot to take a date. This location (Park Ave) is the best out of the 3 locations 310 has.
This is usually a good spot for quality food and drinks any time of day. Also a fun place to people watch along the avenue especially when the windows are open.
First time back since they remodeled. Started off with Calamari - not crisp and crunchy, but a little limp and greasy - not a repeat. Dinner was a a stuffed chicken with spinach and asiago cheese topped with a tomato jus lie sauce - very good, however the breast was a bit dry. We also ordered a grilled chicken pimento sandwich and it was a good tasting sandwich. The highlight of the night was the suggested Key Lime pie - definitely worth ordering!
This is a great place for a lunch meeting. Tim, our server, was friendly and helpful and then let us work and enjoy our food. Two of us ask for slight changes to items on the menu and the answer was "no problem!" Two other staff members checked in with me, as well. I loved my tuna and my guests seemed happy with their meals, too.
My fish sandwich was undercooked. When I sent it back they took the fish off the sandwich and put it back on the same bread so by the time I got it back the bread was soggy. Took forever to get the fish sandwich take them back for a redo and it took very long for us to get refills on drinks as well as her ticket. It was Mother's Day so I know they were busy.... this is the first that experience I've had with them
We went to 310 Park South for Sunday Brunch and it was totally worth it! Since it was Mother's Day it was busier than usual, but we had a great time! The $10 bottomless mimosas are a steal, and the brunch menu has a little something for everyone!
Service was moderately slow and once food arrived most dishes just were OK. Nothing really stood out as fantastic for our experience.
Excellent service on a busy day for brunch! Great mimosa specials!
Great place for Sunday brunch! Their unlimited mimosa deal for $10 is also pretty good and you can pick from and switch from a variety of flavors. The french toast is what I would recommend!!!
Brunch meals were great, service good and ambiance great for an early weekend brunch
Easter brunch, was crowded but food was good and service held up well. Would go back
Great place for Sunday Brunch $10 unlimited Mimosas!
Met a friend for Sunday brunch. Nice atmosphere and good for people/dog watching.
I was very disappointed in the service and the food quality. The server was very slow and we asked him several times to refill our water glass. I ordered the steak and eggs, and substituted potatoes for a fruit salad. What I got was a thin steak, very fatty, what looked like one scrambled egg whites and a tiny cup of fruit with 5 chunks of cantaloupe
I'm never going back again
Excellent meal and great waiter!
Excellent Brunch and Excellent Dinner !
310 Park is always an excellent option when looking for a spot along Park Ave. The food and service is great and the specials are creative. The open area option is perfect for people watching!
We like this restaurant because it is local and easy to walk to from our apartment. But the noise level on Wednesday when we had dinner this past week was really extraordinary and made it almost impossible to carry on a conversation.
The door mat entering the restaurant was full of dog hair and the floors were not clean.
The service was slow.
The food was tasty and the right temperature.
Three friends (two girl friends and I) who haven't seen each other in over 5 years.. we decide to have a late dinner (at 8:30 PM) and our server was a gentleman who was patient and kind. It took us a while to order since we were catching up but he was polite and obsequious. The food was decent but got cold very quickly, perhaps because we had been talking instead of eating. I wasn't asked if I wanted it boxed up, although I had plenty left. We hadn't been there long.. only from 8:30-10:00 when our server had to leave and a woman gained responsibility for serving our table. Before he left, they made sure to cash us out although we all still wanted to sit and order more drinks. Because we felt so rushed, we just agreed to get the bill. The new server (pretty sure was a manager) asked us if we were 'alright' at least five times even though none of us had given her any reason to doubt that we were fine and did not need her help. If anything, she was repeatedly interrupting us in mid conversation and made us feel rushed and bothered. She wasn't pleasant to talk to. My two friends had ordered a bottle of wine to share and there was less than two servings left. She walked up and said she would cork up the wine and bag it so that we could leave. We never gave any indication that we were leaving. We sat for another hour before my friends said they were going to open the wine they bought and have their last glass since it wouldn't make any sense to drive with it when they both bought it, which the server knew. The whole thing was unprofessional and I honestly wouldn't go back or recommend to a friend.
Great service omg the duck was spectacular!
Everything was great
Poor service! When mentioned to manager- no interest
Valentines Day lunch. Dinner was already booked. Menu was interesting. Food was great. Nice open air atmosphere. Service was good. Definitely recommend.
flimsy unfomfotable chairs, table that was unlevel and rocked, very noisy. Food was ok, service was ok.
Please take this review as an opportunity to retrain your staff on proper steps of service. I felt as if we were ignored for most of the night, and the server was a bit too sharp with us without building a rapport to translate it to comic relief.
Wine service was atrocious. Going in to detail isn't helpful, just retrain your staff on how to present a bottle and keep up with table maintenance.
The food, however was delicious! Next time we're in town, we'll be back to try your other restaurant.
We were 6 ladies who were eating lunch prior to going to Winter Park Playhouse for a 2pm matinee. Most of us ordered different meals, and all were delicious. The french toast was awesome! Salads also very good.
We've been going to 310 Park South for many years. The food and wine is a
We enjoyed an evening out with friends. everyone's meal was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and the floor manager make sure my wife's allergies were accommodated with a delicious meal. We have moved from the area but this is still our favorite place to go when we are in town.
Food was great; atmosphere ok. Starting to look worn-down and dated, with linoleum flooring and chipped Formica tabletops. Also, we ordered an appetizer, but it did not get put in, so we got our bruschetta during the main meal, out of order. However, management took it off the bill and made it right, and the food quality made up for it.
I love outside dining. However, many patrons walked into our table. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I didn't care for the ambiance. I felt the lighting was too dark. The stuffed chicken Asiago was bland and the mash had too much garlic.
Great service and good choice of brunch items and specialty drinks.
We had drinks and 4 appetizers instead of full meals as there were too many good options to choose from! We will definitely be back!
