310 Park South Ratings and Reviews
This is a great restaurant for several reasons. It has the potential to be romantic and elegant, but is also a perfect spot for lunch with the the family on a weekend. I truly enjoyed the experience and look forward to going back last week was my first experience there. The menu is fabulous, the service was excellent, and the general location and feel of the restaurant is top-notch.
We were visiting the Orlando area for Thanksgiving and used Open Table to find a place for that special dinner. It was OK but not special. The food was OK. The service left much to be desired. As I picked the place, I was somewhat embarrassed. They put us in the back next to the kitchen. We had to ask for rolls to have with our turkey dinner. The place seemed trendy but not a good family restaurant. Portions were small.
310 Park South was a great dining experience. The food was the best I've had at any restaurat in years...each item perfectly cooked and considering a lot of it must have been prepared for the Thanksgiving menu, it was perfect. Service was slow--but we were in no hurry. It was our wedding anniversary--a perfect place to celebrate.
My friend and I were looking for a Restaurant for Thanksgiving that wasn't a buffet. We found it at 310 Park South. The food was delicious and exactly the right amount. I cleaned my plate. Sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day and Park Avenue. Service was difficult. Waiter seemed to enjoy spending more time inside and forgot us several times, but overall the experience was lovely and I would go back.
The restaurant, staff, and fish were wonderful. My friend said the steak was nothing to be excited about. We were both SHOCKED, let me stress ... SHOCKED ... when the waiter said I could not sample a wine because a wine could only be sampled if a bottle was already opened ...How TACKY is that? The wine that I wanted to sample was only between $8-$10 a glass. Also, even through they try to force you to either valet park or park across the street, you can park yourself in the parking lot at the restaurant ... once again ....How TACKY is that?. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, were seated within 5 minutes. Waiter came to the table about 10 minutes later to bring menus and tableware/silerware. Service went down hill from then, my guest had to wait for over 15 minutes to get a drink refill. The food was not worth the wait or price; we had eaten at Roy's in Orlando theweekend before for similar cost and the food/service was excellent there. I would not recommend 310 Park at all. The only thing the server was quick about was the check.
We took out-of-town guests who have traveled extensively and they were very impressed with 310 as well as Park Avenue. They described it as "very un-Florida", meant as a compliment - it had a European feel to them. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all of us.
We would like to say a big thank-you for the fast response and organization of our small wedding reception that took place on 27th June 2011. It was a great occasion and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of great food, excellent service and everything about the place was super.
This was my second time going to 310 Park South, but I didn't know it until we got there. The first time was for a wedding reception and the service was great then. I took my mom and sister to dinner there this time and we all loved it. The food is great for being under $30. The server did a fantastic job keeping our glasses full and checking up on us regularly. I was actually surprised at how attentive he was. We went on a Friday evening between 7-8, but he seemed to always have time to check up and make sure we were doing well. The food was great and excellent service too. It's a great place to take the family, friends, or a date.
The area it is in increases the delightfulness of this restaurant. The crowd wsmirk interesting mix of fancy restaurant goers and sports bar fans. The food was very good, Kudos to the chef!!! The service was not all too great. The server was friendly, but unorganized (there were many apologies for how long it took to get our food, not receiving silverware, etc.). The place was busy, I'm sure it would be a great place for a lunch trip, or early dinner. The price range was fantastic!! I expected it to be way more expensive due to the area it is located in. Great place to start a date and end by taking a park avenue stroll.
The restaurant was mobbed because of the Winter Park Art Festival. Our waitress was very friendly but swamped. I expect that service and food would have been better under normal conditions. We still enjoyed our lunch at our outdoor table and the beautiful weather.
Excellent location and easy to find, service was attentive from the first greeting to confirm our reservation to accommodating our seating request. Appetizers were tasty prompt, refreshment selections were plentiful. The food presentation was pleasantly delivered and taste and temperature was perfect. This was our first time dinning with 310 Park South and we highly recommend stopping in again on our next trip to Orlando.
Everything was really good, nice environment, good food and great host. Waitress was decent as well. The only bad thing about this place was the fact that the table we were sitting at were right next to the bar and people kept bumping into us, other then that the experience was good
Valentines Day dinner. Very disappointing. We had an early reservation. Menu limited.
Food below average. "Kobe" beef tasted game-ish.
Service very average. Sporadic response times for checking back on us.
dining out on Park Ave... Pick another spot. So many are wonderful.
We had a reservation and had to wait 1-1/2 hour before we got sat. No one even said "we apologize" for the delay, place seemed unorganized. We would have left but they told us that we would be sat in 10 mins and kept telling us that every 15 mins. I won't make the same mistake next time. Our waiter was great and the food was very good. I will go back but only if we walk by and there is no wait. If you want something "not fancy" try the fish and chips... the best in the City.
