310 Park South Ratings and Reviews
An amazing first date experience, forgot the name of our waiter, but he was a young man with glasses and he was brilliant with his recommendations and very knowledable of the menu. I had a ribeye steak cooked medium well with mashed potatoes and spinach and it was delicious. Will definitely return and recommend. Amazing job!
We usually dine out on Friday nights and chose 310 Park South as we have always had a good dining experience, and had not been there for a while. To our great satisfaction we had a splendid dining experience. We sat outside in the covered porch. Service was prompt, the server was helpful in the wine selection, and recommended entries, where were prepared timely and were very tasty. Coffee and dessert wrapped up our dining experience.
First time back since they remodeled. Started off with Calamari - not crisp and crunchy, but a little limp and greasy - not a repeat. Dinner was a a stuffed chicken with spinach and asiago cheese topped with a tomato jus lie sauce - very good, however the breast was a bit dry. We also ordered a grilled chicken pimento sandwich and it was a good tasting sandwich. The highlight of the night was the suggested Key Lime pie - definitely worth ordering!
This is a great place for a lunch meeting. Tim, our server, was friendly and helpful and then let us work and enjoy our food. Two of us ask for slight changes to items on the menu and the answer was "no problem!" Two other staff members checked in with me, as well. I loved my tuna and my guests seemed happy with their meals, too.
My fish sandwich was undercooked. When I sent it back they took the fish off the sandwich and put it back on the same bread so by the time I got it back the bread was soggy. Took forever to get the fish sandwich take them back for a redo and it took very long for us to get refills on drinks as well as her ticket. It was Mother's Day so I know they were busy.... this is the first that experience I've had with them
Met a friend for Sunday brunch. Nice atmosphere and good for people/dog watching.
I was very disappointed in the service and the food quality. The server was very slow and we asked him several times to refill our water glass. I ordered the steak and eggs, and substituted potatoes for a fruit salad. What I got was a thin steak, very fatty, what looked like one scrambled egg whites and a tiny cup of fruit with 5 chunks of cantaloupe
I'm never going back again
Three friends (two girl friends and I) who haven't seen each other in over 5 years.. we decide to have a late dinner (at 8:30 PM) and our server was a gentleman who was patient and kind. It took us a while to order since we were catching up but he was polite and obsequious. The food was decent but got cold very quickly, perhaps because we had been talking instead of eating. I wasn't asked if I wanted it boxed up, although I had plenty left. We hadn't been there long.. only from 8:30-10:00 when our server had to leave and a woman gained responsibility for serving our table. Before he left, they made sure to cash us out although we all still wanted to sit and order more drinks. Because we felt so rushed, we just agreed to get the bill. The new server (pretty sure was a manager) asked us if we were 'alright' at least five times even though none of us had given her any reason to doubt that we were fine and did not need her help. If anything, she was repeatedly interrupting us in mid conversation and made us feel rushed and bothered. She wasn't pleasant to talk to. My two friends had ordered a bottle of wine to share and there was less than two servings left. She walked up and said she would cork up the wine and bag it so that we could leave. We never gave any indication that we were leaving. We sat for another hour before my friends said they were going to open the wine they bought and have their last glass since it wouldn't make any sense to drive with it when they both bought it, which the server knew. The whole thing was unprofessional and I honestly wouldn't go back or recommend to a friend.
Please take this review as an opportunity to retrain your staff on proper steps of service. I felt as if we were ignored for most of the night, and the server was a bit too sharp with us without building a rapport to translate it to comic relief.
Wine service was atrocious. Going in to detail isn't helpful, just retrain your staff on how to present a bottle and keep up with table maintenance.
The food, however was delicious! Next time we're in town, we'll be back to try your other restaurant.
We enjoyed an evening out with friends. everyone's meal was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and the floor manager make sure my wife's allergies were accommodated with a delicious meal. We have moved from the area but this is still our favorite place to go when we are in town.
Food was great; atmosphere ok. Starting to look worn-down and dated, with linoleum flooring and chipped Formica tabletops. Also, we ordered an appetizer, but it did not get put in, so we got our bruschetta during the main meal, out of order. However, management took it off the bill and made it right, and the food quality made up for it.
We had our out of town Thanksgiving at 310 South. Wasn't exactly sure what to expect because we aren't local but we were very happy how it turned out. The area was really cute and decorated for the holidays. They had the restaurant outer walls "open" so you felt like you were outside dining inside. It was upscale but not too much for kids. Their Thanksgiving meal was delicious and good portions (not huge) for the whole family. And my boyfriend and I enjoyed the pumpkin spice martini too. Not cheap but worth the splurge for the holidays!
We went here for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was wonderful and was just enough. We also had a tasty, light dessert. The only issue was that the restaurant did not seem to have our open table reservation on their computer when we got there, but after I showed them the confirmation on my phone, we were seated quickly.
We enjoyed a wonderful day in Winter Park. Lunch was terrific, we had salads, beautiful presentation and tasty.
Service was excellent.
We sat outside, street tables were taken so we were seated in the covered area outside. It was surrounded by cement walls, no sound absorption. Place was full and loud. Not a show stopper but it did dampen our enjoyment
