I loved that they have more flavors for mimosas than just orange pineapple and cranberry. I had the steak eggs and potatoes. They could use some work. They have no steak sauce but the steak needed some. We had a new waitress. Her name was Lindsey but she did great. It was me and my parties first time there. We came from Jacksonville Florida.
Table not cleaned. Servers changed. Order incorrect. Tried to bill us for incorrect order. Three thumbs down
We chose to eat at 310 South Park because of its promising menu, but the food was not tasty.
Service was good, prices were reasonable but I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend time and money there.
The food is boarding and lacks a sparkle.
It was fine. That's our official stance. If I lived across the street I'd go once in a while. Service was fine. Ultimate Bloody Mary was ok. Pear and Brie omelet = ok. Steak and eggs. Fine. Espresso was good and toast was tasty. We laughed that next time we wanted toast and espresso we were definitely going there.
My sister, best friend and I had delicious food and experienced wonderful service by the 2 hostesses, but our waiter was not service oriented.
We had an 8:15pm reservation and we asked to be seated by the door/window so we could see outside, but soon realized that it was too cold. The hostess said they could close the door - wonderful! The restaurant was busy so it took a little while for our waiter to come over. During our wait, we asked one of the hostesses if we could be moved to a table that opened up as it really was too cold by the door and the hostesses again were so accommodating. I did apologize and they said no need to - again wonderful.
Our waiter finally came over, but as the 3 of us were talking we didn't realize he was talking TO us. He didn't say excuse me NOR did he introduce himself. He was speaking over us, saying he realized we were waiting awhile. He explained that he had had a service accident and dropped a plate and was cut, but wanted to stop by and get our drink order. HE HAD NOT GONE TO CLEAN HIS CUT SO WE ALL SAW HE WAS BLEEDING, RIGHT AT OUR TABLE.
AND HE WANTED TO TAKE OUR DRINK ORDER!!?? We all knew what we wanted to drink but didn't want biohazard drinks so we said we were undecided. He said he would be back with waters and took off.
We were grossed out and thought it was incredulous for him to approach us in this condition. Deplorable behaviour, especially in a restaurant.
He came back after awhile, bandaged up and with our waters and took our drink orders. He was in a rush. Didn't smile. When he brought the drinks back he asked if we were ready to order. He told us the specials. He took our orders then took off.
He didn't refresh our drinks, didn't check on us, disappeared forever when we wanted to order dessert. Restaurant had slowed down so where was he?
Had dessert, asked for check and THAT was when we found out his name, because it was ON the check. His name is Matt. Matt, needs customer service training.
Our server was non existent, had to ask 3 times to get silverware which he did not bring we ended up asking someone else. Food was sub par for the price.
When there is a large party and half of dining room is blocked off it is very loud. Fortunately the hostess let us move near the bar and noise level was much quieter.
This was our first visit and everyone was pleased. We had a small child in our party and our server thoughtfully asked if we would like to order for him while the rest of us were deciding and his food came quickly so we could enjoy making our choices from a lovely menu. They even made an accommodation for one of us on a keto diet. The presentation of each dish was very nice and everyone enjoyed their selections. We will be back.
Overall great experience. Service was excellent. Food very good!
The ribeye steak was the worst steak I have ever eaten at a restaurant. It tasted like it was boiled. It was too fatty and the spices were like a pesto. Awful. I have eaten there dozens of times and enjoyed it. That one meal though was terrible.
Food was great, fun place! Bartenders and wait staff were very attentive.
Wonderful food and great atmosphere. The service was wonderful. Will be coming back.
Kylie the server was excellent! We will return and recommend to our friends.
Was very disappointed in my family and I’d recent experience at 310. Our service was excellent but the food was not. We got a burger and sandwich, where the breading on each was stale. The flatbread pizza we got had what seemed to be leftover meat on it. The only good thing was the side salad I got, which was very basic so hard to mess that up.
For the price and service NO. Our waiter was a total air head.
Never checked back to see how food was, etc
Went 12/15/2019 before hearing the Bach Festival Society Christmas Program at Knowles Chapel. The 3 bean chili soup de jour had a nice kick and was tasty, if a little thin. The entree salad came out a little quickly. The Power Salad was a good entree size and very tasty. The fries were fresh and hot but just regular crinkle fries. The plant burger “tasted like a plant burger” but it was fine and wereally liked the ranch dressing with her side salad. Reasonably priced. before tip. Good meal.
Food mediocre. Certainly nothing special. Not horrible but I won’t be hurrying back anytime soon.
Great location. Great food. Great service provided by Joe.
Went there for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect. Juicy Turkey, perfect sides and a really nice ambiance.
The Thanksgiving dinner was terrible. The Turkey didn’t taste like anything, the filling tasted like plastic. It was cold. Terrible food... never going back there.
Thanksgiving dinner service was nicely presented and tasty.
Had a family birthday brunch for my daughter and it was a great spot for it. Menu is great , good ambiance Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to a weekend evening as it seems they have music as well. Thanks !
Delicious food and great service! We came for brunch and the food was everything I expected and more. Our server was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
Service was fantastic, and the food spot on. Desserts are to DIE for! Made in house by the owner.
Good service, good ambiance....food was good- not exploding with something different and or extraordinary but they did it well. Very friendly.
Menu was not exciting . Duck was pretty good
Great place to have a lovely dinner in Winter Park near the Morse Museum. Food was excellent and Open Table was so easy to use.
Loved it. From the genuine St Germaine mini carafe to my salmon burger. Everything was great. Do realize they are busy. So you will have a fabulous server but you still might have to wait a minute. We didn’t mind at all.
Great divers menu and nightly specials that are always very good.
My daughter had a wonderful birthday and the food was amazing. Our server luis was very kind and attentive.
Arriva experience was pleasant. The server was awesome. The meals were excellent!
I am consistently pleased with the food in this restaurant. The wine selection and food was very good and the service was excellent. The music was a bit loud and the server was very polite and lowered it. This is a very open restaurant and can get loud so if you prefer a quieter space book near the windows or on the patio.
Good spot for brunch!
The food was great. Our server was great but you wait a long time for everything including picking up dishes of table. They need some energetic folks to pick up dirty dishes
Vikki, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for the wait you experienced. We hope you will give us another try in the future!
I love the Brie! However, I like it better when served with a crusty baguette.
Thank you for the review and feedback Lorraine!
It’s been a couple years since we’ve been to 310 and decided to give it another chance for brunch on Sunday for our anniversary. Big mistake. Things have gone so downhill. To the point I don’t even understand it anymore. My biggest complaint used to be that the menu stayed the same for so many years. Now the food is just inedible. I had a Brie and Pear omelet which comes with potatoes and an English muffin. It was literally scrambled eggs with zero seasoning. No salt, no pepper on top of a thin slice of Brie and some sliced crunchy (not cooked) pears. Also not seasoned. The potatoes had no salt or pepper either and the English muffin was mushy. There was no salt and pepper on the table and no one checked on us until we were done eating. I ended up just eating ketchup potatoes and putting the Brie on the bread. My son had the salmon omelette which was also plain with no seasoning, a HUGE blob of cream cheese, some tomatoes and some salmon he said he couldn’t even taste. Same bland potatoes. The Brut Champagne was super sweet so... pretty sure I didn’t get the right drink. But no one checked on me to ask me if I liked it so it didn’t matter. We go to Blu (next door) and have great meals all the time so I don’t get it. Aren’t they the same owners? It’s time to either fire everyone and start fresh or just shut down and start a new concept. It was depressing. This was the worst meal I’ve had out in probably a decade. We will not be returning. Save yourselves!
Great restaurant for both locals and visitors. Consistently good with a fabulous menu that caters to most all needs/tastes. Joe was a great server as well but most of the servers do a great job there!
Thank you so much for the review! We appreciate you coming in and hope you join us again!
