Good food, good atmosphere and great service.
Great service! Great food!
Love their salmon burger
Excellent service and food would give 6 stars nut not offered
Absolutely fantastic! We have come several times for different occasions, and always have great food and great service! Highly recommend!
310 Park South is a long time favorite for us. Food is always excellent as is the service. Great place for delicious food in a fun setting.
Had salmon and was well done. will go back, did a good job addressing social distincing.
Had excellent service and delicious brunch.
We thought since it was just the 3 of us this year for Thanksgiving that we would go out and patronize a local restaurant. The entire experience was absolutely awful. Service was slow to get our first round of drinks, when we placed our order we were told that they ran out of the Thanksgiving dinner. My husband ordered the Prime Rib which was largely all fat..very little edible meat. When I ordered my filet I was not asked what sides I would like with it. To my further disappointment my filet was over cooked...I ordered it medium, and it was well done. The accompanying sides were awful. The green beans were not edible, and the mashed potatoes were lumpy and mostly potato skin. When our meal arrived our first round of beverages had been gone for a long time. We had to ask our server for another round of drinks. My husbands salad came to the table after his dinner arrived. We were very disappointed and I would not recommend this restaurant!
Interesting restaurant for sure. Thanksgiving evening we noticed the outside seating was pretty full; the intermediate seating, between the inside and the sideway(which was covered) and the inside itself all were practicing physical distancing.
The hostess was very nice, the waiter proper, and the ambience nice, though a bit on the noisy side, even though the facility was not packed. We ordered the Thanksgiving meal. We were a bit disappointed that no bread, or soup, or salad came with the meal. The food arrived promptly. The turkey was not really slices of turkey, but pieces as if we got what was left over after the breast had slices cut for others. The potatoes, stuffing, green beans were good but nothing special. It seemed to me the primary seasoning was salt, not what one would hope for on Thanksgiving. The quantity served was not large, but not small either. My grown son and I each had water, which we consumed before the desert came, but never once were we asked if wanted more to drink.
Maybe the offerings off the regular menu would have left us with a better impression.
Excellent Thanksgiving dinner holiday meal. Appreciated the outdoor dining option
always quality food and creative. Spacious to seat people during covid. Good variety of items on menu
We were pleased to find a restaurant serving a traditional meal on Thanksgiving. Very well organized. Meal came out in minutes. Everything well prepared. It was wonderful experience even though we expected to be disappointed being away from home. Second time eating there, without a doubt will go back when in town again.
Good delicious food, drink, great service. Had a table outdoors under canopy.
We are international travelers and have dined at countless restaurants at all price ranges. Our server was one of the worst we have had in years. When the service is bad, I assume the server already has one foot out the door so I do not bother complaining. The food was acceptable but not notable which would explain the moderate price point. Dine here with low expectations.
Great food! Service was great as well. Would recommend a reservation. AND their pizza!
Food was really tasty. Bruschetta appetizer was great, and Mahi entre was cooked just right.
Our waiter was amazing! He was so funny and helped us with the menu. We were seated outdoors and felt very safe with covid-19. Overall, the experience was great and we had a great time celebrating at this restaurant.
I booked a table online for outside seating only as a business associate had concerns about eating inside due to covid. Our table was ready, our service was perfect, and the food was on point. Thank You!
The food was great and the server was wonderful. The outdoor seating was a little less than ideal with the busy sidewalk running right next to our table. Still over all the restaurant did a great job considering the trying times, and we'll definitely go back.
Everything was excellent, including the food, the outside seating and the server was the best. I will definitely go back and recommend this restraint to others.
Great brunch spot overlooking Park Ave
Food was just average. Service was very good.
I ordered fish and chips which was a mistake, The fish looked like it had been run over by a truck and was taste less. My wife's clam linguini was good but the ambiance was modest so we won't be returning.
Excellent!!!
They had our reservation at the front desk :) However, they also sat a guest with a dog at the entrance (table at the door) to the restaurant making it interesting to enter the venue. Service was OK/good. Food excellent.
The food was delicious! We sat outside and had wonderful service. Definitely recommend.
It was my Brother’s birthday. I booked 8 people through Open Table. Then we had 4 extra surprise us! 310 worked with the extra guest and kept the secret!! The service was top notch! Food is always outstanding! Highly recommend the Unlimited Mimosas!!
We loved sitting outside and the food was fine - nothing super fancy but it all tasted good!
Julia was a great server! Crispy duck was delicious!
Our server, Lane, was wonderful. The food was good, as always. They did a good job with social distancing and used face shields, which was nicer than masks - we decided to get face shields for ourselves! They took our temperature upon arrival and the menus are accessible by phone only - smart! They did have some rather intrusive music on, but with only about 33% full it was okay.
Service was excellent. Food better than average. Bruschetta was great.
Service was not great, food was worse. Went for a date. I ordered the pork porterhouse, came out on a plate that was filled to the brim with a tasteless sauce that had the consistency of water. Pork had zero seasoning. The sauerkraut on top was good. Sent it back when the waiter finally asked how it was but my date was done eating. The waiter tried to defend the plate, dude if it is supposed to be like that then the chef should be fired. To their credit they took it off the bill. Giving them a 6 month time out and then will give them another try.
Amazing food. Just wish service was a little faster ! We had to keep searching for our waiter
I loved that they have more flavors for mimosas than just orange pineapple and cranberry. I had the steak eggs and potatoes. They could use some work. They have no steak sauce but the steak needed some. We had a new waitress. Her name was Lindsey but she did great. It was me and my parties first time there. We came from Jacksonville Florida.
Table not cleaned. Servers changed. Order incorrect. Tried to bill us for incorrect order. Three thumbs down
We chose to eat at 310 South Park because of its promising menu, but the food was not tasty.
Service was good, prices were reasonable but I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend time and money there.
The food is boarding and lacks a sparkle.
It was fine. That's our official stance. If I lived across the street I'd go once in a while. Service was fine. Ultimate Bloody Mary was ok. Pear and Brie omelet = ok. Steak and eggs. Fine. Espresso was good and toast was tasty. We laughed that next time we wanted toast and espresso we were definitely going there.
My sister, best friend and I had delicious food and experienced wonderful service by the 2 hostesses, but our waiter was not service oriented.
We had an 8:15pm reservation and we asked to be seated by the door/window so we could see outside, but soon realized that it was too cold. The hostess said they could close the door - wonderful! The restaurant was busy so it took a little while for our waiter to come over. During our wait, we asked one of the hostesses if we could be moved to a table that opened up as it really was too cold by the door and the hostesses again were so accommodating. I did apologize and they said no need to - again wonderful.
Our waiter finally came over, but as the 3 of us were talking we didn't realize he was talking TO us. He didn't say excuse me NOR did he introduce himself. He was speaking over us, saying he realized we were waiting awhile. He explained that he had had a service accident and dropped a plate and was cut, but wanted to stop by and get our drink order. HE HAD NOT GONE TO CLEAN HIS CUT SO WE ALL SAW HE WAS BLEEDING, RIGHT AT OUR TABLE.
AND HE WANTED TO TAKE OUR DRINK ORDER!!?? We all knew what we wanted to drink but didn't want biohazard drinks so we said we were undecided. He said he would be back with waters and took off.
We were grossed out and thought it was incredulous for him to approach us in this condition. Deplorable behaviour, especially in a restaurant.
He came back after awhile, bandaged up and with our waters and took our drink orders. He was in a rush. Didn't smile. When he brought the drinks back he asked if we were ready to order. He told us the specials. He took our orders then took off.
He didn't refresh our drinks, didn't check on us, disappeared forever when we wanted to order dessert. Restaurant had slowed down so where was he?
Had dessert, asked for check and THAT was when we found out his name, because it was ON the check. His name is Matt. Matt, needs customer service training.
