As always, a fine meal with a great server, (can't recall her name, long time server). Price point just a bit high. Will be back.
Great service, all associates wore masks or full face shields. This was appreciated and made me feel comfortable knowing they cared about their safety and their customers.
Sunday brunch was a fine leisurely experience. Clean. Temperatures taken at entry. Outdoor seating was shaded and lake breezes made the hot day comfortable. Server so nice and accommodating. Salmon omelette was over cooked contrary to instructions. The Ultimate Bloody Mary was amazing.
We went for brunch on Sunday. Our past experience had been wonderful. This time it was not. There was only one server and it was obvious that the restaurant was not ready to open at 11:00. We were the second group to be seated but it took forever to get water and coffee. The bartender made a Bloody Mary that had so much horseradish in it that we sent it back. The bartender couldn’t make another because apparently that was the way the whole mix was made. This was the bar tenders first day on the job. Breakfast finally came and it was very good. Refills on coffee were slow and cold. I felt sorry for our server. She really did her best but it was impossible. It will take awhile to talk my husband and our friends into going back which is a shame. It’s a great spot and the food is good.
Food was very basic, almost not even warm anymore when it got to the table, not much of a selection, very quiet and empty.
We recently dined for fathers Day during COVID restrictions. I was shouted to arrive and be greeted by a waitress without a mask, while we had ours on. We asked to dine on the patio to be safe but she was putting us right next to other people until we asked for a table way from others. When she came back to take our orders, she had a mask this time but around her neck -REALLY!. I was ready to leave too bad we didn't. We ordered and my husbands pork chop came out completely different from the preparation on the digital menu. When we asked the waitress said oh that's next weeks menu...then why did you tell us to use that menu? And when he ordered it what didn't you correct it. My son ordered mushroom ravioli with chicken. The chicken was so over cooked it was inedible. I had a salad so that was pretty hard to mess up. Once again the waitress returned this time mask over her mouth, only to drop it to talk to us while putting her hands to her mouth and then on our cc. We will never return. BEWARE of going to this place. Terrible and unsafe service and over terrible food.
Beautiful outdoor seating. Nicely decorated. Varied menu. Fresh ingredients. Moderately priced.
The restaurant was very nice and clean, you had the choice to eat outside with a beautiful view or a nice inside area...Server was very professional and polite...Food was espectacular! Same food you eat some where else but a different, exotic and delicious taste....
Excellent service and great food. We have never been disappointed!
I made reservations for my son’s birthday, they were five in our party. There were no napkins or utensils on the table and we had to ask for that when our food was served. The waitress although kind, did not know the wine list and one of our party received some other liquor in her drink beside what she ordered, it had to be exchanged. The food was good. Winter Park’s 310 is much better all around.
Excited that 310 Nona - Lake Nona is back open. They were missed during the pandemic. We have never had a bad meal at 310 Nona. The staff is terrific and following all of the social distancing rules.
First time out since February!
Good atmosphere, good service . Mahi sandwich was ok
The waitress was not very cordial, did not bring part of my meal and said they were no longer making that specific starch but I requested the manager, it was brought out to me. She also tried to charge me for a side item that I never ordered or received.
Excellent service and food...the restaurant was very clean
.ate outside overlooking lake beautiful setting
We were so excited that 310Nona re-opened on Mother's Day Weekend! The brunch was fabulous and the service was wonderful. Thrilled they went out of their way to open if only allowed the 25% unlike many of the other places in Lake Nona. Kudos to the entire team for making our experience wonderful. Looking forward to returning soon.
Everything was great. They did an excellent job or reopening and we felt very safe. Food was excellent!
Everything was perfect. Only 2 waiters on duty and one gentleman was doubling as bartender but wait was not long and we weren't in any rush . It was great to be out. Food was excellent and our waiter Joey was terrific
Excellent service. Our waiter, Hector, was outstanding! We sat outside which was very pleasant and all of our meals were excellent. Highly recommended!
This was my first time visiting. Delicious food, very nice employees, clean restaurant and bathroom. Ice cold beer!! Will be back many times.
Great salads & steaks!
The restaurant has a nice ambiance and the wait staff was good. The Greek salad was different, as it had peppers & cucumbers in it and it could've used a little more dressing. We ordered pasta, but there wasn't any bread served with it. When asked about bread, the waitress stated that they could make some rolls for us, but it was too late as the food was already in front of us. Heard good things about this restaurant, but would probably not return.
Another fantastic meal @ 310 Nona. Food is fresh and authentic. Creative specials and old stand bys. What ALWAYS makes the experience much more enjoyable is our server, Moe. SHOUT-OUT to Moe!!!
It was Valentine’s Day so I’m not sure if this was a typical experience or not. It did take a long time to get food and drinks, which is probably Valentine’s Day related, but the food simply wasn’t very good. We wouldn’t go back.
Valentines day reservation. Upon arrival, there was no hostess and about 10 couples waiting. Hostess had to also bus tables and there was only one. Once we were seated 25 minutes later the server told us the wait for food was one hour. People were walking out left and right. We ended up leaving also. Extremely Disappointing for valentines date
Waitress was the good part of the visit and ONLY reason we stayed. Food was ok but not worth the price. Has to wait on soda and water for glassware to be available. Quite a few couples got up left, threw cloth napkins on floors. A couple stumping there way out. Leaving drinks behind... A long wait to be seated. Nothing to do with reservations for anyone and just one girl seating as she cleaned table and no time for clean table cloth. It was just terrible, except for server .
Understaffed!!!! The greeter was also bussing tables. After they sat us we didn't see anyone so I decided to call a restaurant nearby and they didn't have anyone waiting so we got up and left!!!
We selected this “restaurant” for Valentine’s Day, and made a booking to ensure that we could be seated as quickly as possible once we got there. Due to obvious understaffing however tables were not being cleaned efficiently once guests left and our wait time turned into 45 minutes at the door chatting with other guests. The hostess then brought us to a table with not a single piece of cutlery. We ordered drinks and both courses to make it more efficient, however after waiting for over 40 minutes after finishing our appetizers we had to find someone to inform them that we hadn’t got the main courses yet. The food was clearly out on the counter for a while and they reheated it as the plates were abnormally hot due to microwaving. It’s such a shame, because this restaurant could do much better if they would hire more waiters to serve the tables. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I made reservations for Valentine’s Day. We rarely get to go out because we’re always so busy with the kids. We made 8:15 PM reservations. We arrived at 8:05 PM to a long line with about 16 people waiting in line. We got seated around 8:35 PM and waiting 10 minutes for a server who told us they were out of glassware, they would bring water in plastic cups. That never happened. About 15 minutes later our waitress asked for our order. We ordered 2 alcohol drinks, an appetizer, and our dinner entrees. Ten minutes later our drinks came out (which were very good). And then we never saw our server again! Literally! After enjoying our drinks and stopping another waitress to inquire about our appetizer and entrees, we left AFTER one hour of waiting! We just walked out and nobody stopped us. We observed 6 other couples do the same prior to us leaving. The place looked beautiful, and the food that we did see going to other tables looked fantastic but we never got to taste anything. I was extremely disappointed and they were obviously understaffed for whatever reason. But the staff that was there was rude and extremely overwhelmed. It was a disaster!!!
This was the worst experience of service I have ever had. We walked in on time at 8:15 for our reservation and there were about 15 people waiting for their reservation. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated for our reservation. After being seated, we sat at our table and waited for a server to come talk to us. We waited over 20 minutes till I finally asked if someone could come talk to us. She proceeded to say “give me a second and I’ll be over”. We waited another 10 minutes and no one came to even greet us. We ended up walking out of the restaurant on Valentine’s Day. This was a horrible experience and will never go to this restaurant again.
Absolutely ridiculous, no hostess to greet guests, one hour after reservation we found a seat at the bar. Appetizer delivered after 45 min. Burgers were over-cooked frozen
Service wasn’t the greatest
We have been to 310 Park many times and expected that level of service and food but we were really disappointed on Valentines day. The staff seemed shorthanded in the kitchen and on the floor . Also we had to send back a pork dish because it was raw in the center. We were upset at what we received for how much we spent.
The food was good, but the service was bad. They were short staffed on a holiday, was 15 minutes to talk to the hostess, and the appetizers took over half an hour to arrive. We're may try it again for a kuch to ser if the service is better.
I know 310 nona is better than my experience. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, and servers are friendly.
Food was blan, the server had too many tables and was extremely inattentive. My appetizer was served with no app plates, he never came to check on us, so we couldn’t get any. We ate it without them and dripped sauce on the table cloth. When I apologized for it, he said that’s what the table cloths were for. He then took our appetizer with food still on it, without asking if we were through. When the food came out, I asked for salt and pepper. Eventually, had to get it from the bar. He never even noticed or mentioned it. Then a large party came in and he said good thing you got here early or you would’ve never eaten. For what we paid, this was a horrible experience.
As usual, all 6 entrees were well-presented and enjoyed. Server was pleasant and met all Our needed. Our usual fine dining experience.
