Excellent experience. Server was superb and menu & specials offered fine variety. Food was fine as well.
We arrived early for our reservation but it was a quiet Sunday evening and we were seated promptly. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. All three meals were well prepared, hot and delicious. The crispy duck was especially tasty. I have twice stopped for dinner there after picking someone up from the airport and expect to visit again in the future.
Our server was nice and the restaurant wasn't too loud. However, the decor was bland and the food was not well-executed. Meats overcooked, over salted potatoes, unlikeable sauces. Service was also very slow for the restaurant having only a few customers. It was just ok. Location is good, but we won't be back.
Haven’t been here in over a year. We were pleasantly surprised and will be back.
It took over 15min for someone to come to our table. The food was not what expected, my teen soon hated his French toast.
We waited 30 minutes for a bottle of wine, when the server finally came back she said it was Not available.? We then asked again, and she was looking for the wrong bottle. We corrected her and when she returned again she said she could not access it because it was in “the cellar” and NO ONE had the key! So after 45 minutes of waiting for the apparently non existent wine and No food orders taken, all 4 of us agreed...we left.
None of will be back, because this poor service has happened with other visits. How many chances must you continue to give when there are other establishments capable of getting it right?
We made a reservation because every time we’ve passed by this place, they always seemed to be very busy. It was not busy at all. We were sat immediately but waited at least ten minutes before my husband had to flag down someone politely to get her to acknowledge us. There was a server about five minutes before that I had noticed who was coming down our direction but immediately about faced and went into the kitchen. I’m hoping the intention was not to offend us in anyway, but it definitely came off like that. We ordered a drink, which the waitress politely comped us because of the long wait, the Brie app, clam linguine, and a turkey sandwich. She warned us in advance that the Brie would take a while to come out, and we were fine. We expected the entrees to come out right after since the appetizer would take so long, but it took another 15-20 minutes before those came out. They tasted decent so we weren’t going to completely write them off. For a slow day, they all seemed to act like the sky is falling. We waited another 10-15minutes after we finished our entree when my husband had to go up to the waitress to get her to come over. I guess they lost the wine cellar key so they couldn’t serve wine to the table of four next to us. Understandably that table left in a huff. Waitress decided she wanted to stop at an empty table ahead of us to clear it out, even when we had said we were thinking about grabbing some desserts. At that point I was done and just asked for the check when she finally made it over. She comped us again, taking off something off the menu, but that should be a warning flag that the service was so terrible that she felt the need to take two items off the check. Absolutely horrible.
Ambiance was wonderful...service was prompt, friendly and informed. Our server "Moe" was great. Highly recommended!
Good was good the sever was new but pleasant. We had to guide her on wine service
Had a great time with friends. Hector was great. Food was great. We ordered the most expensive item on the menu. Probably won’t do that again. End tab was nearly $200. This is not that kind of place.
Would go back again anytime. Would love to try the other 310 restaurants around town.
Food was delicious and the service great
We had reservations for dinner but left after appetizers. Ordered three drinks....one was almost alcohol, one had almost no alcohol, and the third was cancelled because after two orders, the restaurant didn’t have the wine listed on the menu. The appetizers were mediocre at best. The waitress was very sweet - she was new and not very knowledgeable, but we understood that. The men’s bathroom was disgusting. The toilet wouldn’t flush so men were just continually adding to the “mess” already there. This was suppose to have been a nice anniversary dinner - we ended up going elsewhere, where the food and ambience was excellent.
We apologize for your experience and have since done some remodeling to our restrooms. Our manager should be reaching out to you and we hope you will choose to give us another try in the future.
My wife and I had brunch on the deck outside, the view of the lake and the wildlife was refreshing, the food was well prepared and prompt.
unlimited mimosa's was a plus, the only complaint if I had one was I found the portions a little small.
Thank you so much for the review! We appreciate your feedback and hope you will come visit us again in the future!
Another A+ dining experience. Excellent food and service. Never disappointed here. Specials are always interesting.
It look like due to Mother’s Day that some other staff did not show as the weight was more than expected but I must say that the wait was well worth it and I’m sure we would continue to be as this is a very well prepared restaurant it is obvious that their chef has an attention to detail as well as His craft this is the second time I have eaten there and both times have been stellar a high step above the rest
Thank you for the review Jeff! We appreciate you being understanding and look forward to having you back in as a customer!
We’ve dined here several times. The good is really good but don’t leave the doors open. Us Floridians don’t appreciate the humidity.
Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate you coming in and hope you join us again!
Unfortunately, we visited mother's day. They were not ready to handle the number of people they had and they were in survival mode. Experience was fair but will give them another chance because there is potential.
Ramon, we apologize for your experience and hope you will give us another chance in the future!
Mother’s Day brunch menu was excellent! Mimosas choices were varied!
Thank you for the review Betty!
Everything was amazing! View, food, service. Perfect date night
Thank you for the review Stephanie!
Our reservation was during happy hour. Four of us ordered Titos on the rocks with a SPLASH of cranberry juice. The barmaid clearly did not understand what a splash was. Our server tried multiple times to let her get it right. She was an angel. But I think the person tending bar needs to go back to school. The food was delicious.
Thank you for your review and feedback! We appreciate you coming into 310!
Nice view on the lake 😀 . Very good food and drink . Friendly servers
Thank you for the review David!
The food was wonderful and our server was attentive. The view was lovely but the side of the patio that we were on seemed a little unfinished and mismatched. It was quiet and that was both important and cherished. We will be back.
Thank you for your review and feedback! We appreciate you!
I ordered the Greek salad and I was very disappointed because it was not a true Greek salad. It was mostly mixed greens with about a teaspoon of Feta cheese, a few chopped cucumbers, some black olives a a few red onions. The dressing was mostly oil and vinegar and there was such a small amount of dressing that I could hardly taste it. It was the worst Greek salad I have ever tasted. My husband had the fillet mignon and ordered it “medium”. It came very rare. He ate it anyway. Service was just awful! We wanted drink refills but our server only came back one time after we started our meals and again when we were finished. It took 50 minutes to get our meals after we were seated. I can’t imagine that we’d ever return.
Wonderful meal for Valentine’s Day.
Thank you for the review Barbara!
Nice staff, nice ambiance, nice HH specials. They completely missed the mark with the Black and Bleu flatbread though. Their beef tips smelled and tasted reheated/microwaved/ something electrical. Perhaps they do more business for brunch and lunch, but it was pretty empty at dinner. Great for quiet romantic dinners.
Bartender was also our server and did a wonderful job and very friendly. All food served was perfection. It was my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit.
Great outdoor seating area; comfortable inside as well. Food is good; portions not bad either.
Restaurant was quiet the day we had lunch. It is a lovely venue.
Great chef inspired specials. Be sure to ask for bread. The dinner rolls are fantastic. Save room for dessert!
Never disappointing. 5 varied main courses excellent along with 2 fine starters. Server was friendly and efficient.
Both meals not cooked correctly. Arrived on time for reservation but no table available; had to wait 25 minutes to be seated.
Filet was served rare and after they put it back on the grill was returned rare again.
Chicken was over cooked. When replaced, was missing yogurt sauce and was not great.
Server was good.
Staff was excellent. However the food was okay. The cookie dessert tasted like Pizza Hut chocolate chip disguised under chocolate syrup drizzle.
Thank you for your feedback. We hope you will come visit us again.
Mostly very good and appropriately prepared food. We had some issues though. One of our drinks was made incorrectly. One of our main meals had the wrong side items. The blackened red snapper main course was over cooked. We WILL go back but we will make sure we get what we requested.
The reservation processes was very misleading. The restaurant, via Open table, showed special happy hour dining through 6:45P. The listing also allowed the diner to request inside, outside or bar seating. NO WHERE did Open Table show that happy hour dining was just with bar seating. Even the bar booths were not included. We wold NOT have booked a 6:45P reservation time if we knew the restrictions. The restaurant reservation listings times/conditions were not honest.
Hello, I am so sorry about your experience. All drink specials should be available at anywhere in the restaurant. It does however state on the Happy Hour Promotion that the Food Specials are only available at the bar. I am sorry about the confusion and we are working on this to make sure it does not happen again.
New Year’s Eve
Glad you enjoyed your New Year's Eve at 310!
The risotto was delicious. The duck had a golden crispy skin with a housing sauce that had a perfect balance if spicy and sweet.
Thank you for your review!
We have visited this restaurant many times. The food is always very very good. The team members are always pleasant and efficient.
Recommend for groups, for families, couples and friends. The menu offerings should satisfy everyone's taste buds.
I was picking up my husband at Orlando Airport and we had a good 90 minute drive home so decided to eat dinner first in the area before driving . Googled area restaurants close to the airport and in the direction home and this came up. The reviews on Open Table were good so we gave it a try and found it to be great . Nice casual atmosphere , good food and pleasant service. Fueled up nicely before the long drive home.
Always great meals with A1 service. A bit loud but my group was as guilty as others.
Had their Thanksgiving dinner. Frankly, it tasted like something you get from a school cafeteria or a microwave meal. Very forgettable experience. However, the waitress, appetizers and drinks were excellent!
Booked for Thanksgiving dinner, no options for Thanksgiving grub offered, I reserved out door, was sat indoor, wasn't busy either, rude male waiters coughing like they had whooping cough, cursing, in front of my son, complaining about his job as he's unappreciated and how hard he works. Food was great, coquito was great, I would suggest more training to staff on ettiquette, i almost got up off seat to ask them to shut their mouths, didn't want to startle my son.
