310 Lakeside Ratings and Reviews
We went for Valentine's Day dinner, which was also my birthday. Arrived about 30 minutes early, which was no problem. We were seated immediately. Our server was great! He had suggestions and insight for, as it was our first visit. Drinks and starters arrived quickly. The entrees were amazing. Overall great experience. Wasn't expecting the TVs everywhere. Not bad, just was a little distracting that night. Surf and turf was to die for. Would definitely go again!
The service was good; the server didn’t hover nor did he disappear for long intervals. He was very prompt with drink refills. The food was fired and brought out quickly, which makes is great if you’re in a time crunch. The tables and chairs in the dining room leave something to be desired as they are very worn, but that’s nothing too major. I ordered the tuna filet salad which was delicious however, it is (supposedly) cooked to preference and was fairly over cooked (rare versus medium well) when it arrived at the table. Overall, I would definitely go back in the future and recommend it. Final note, the Dolce (pistachio gelato) and the Tuna Kobachi were both amazingly tasty.
We had been to both 310 in Winter Park and 310 Nona. Let us just say the service was a little challenged at these first two restaurants..... but we love the food! My daughter and I give 310 lakeside a chance before a concert at the Dr. Phillips Center. Service and food was superb! We highly recommend Susie! Thank you 310 lakeside
Never able to find the place. There is no sign outside and you can not read the building number in the dark. I was very disappointed. I don't live in Orlando, I used GPS and still could not find the restaurant. Went back to my hotel and ate in their place. I suggest anyone wanting to eat here better locate it in daylight. I entered the ratings based on my disappointment.

We went in at night and chose to sit outside. I think during the day it would be nice, or when there were a few more people - but the atmosphere was not great in the dark in that area. Our service was awful - but mostly it was that our food was taking forever. Our server gave us 3 different excuses about the food taking so long-then more excuses as to why it took him 10-15 min to run our card. We were almost late to our show bc dinner took so long. Ambiance would be better for lunch or earlier in the evening. Food was mostly good.
The last time I was here was about a year ago. I'm not inclined to come back. We arrived at 6:30 (my guest had an early flight the next day--so an early dinner). It was still happy hour when we arrived and despite having made a dinner reservation, the only table available was a high top in the bar area. It was VERY noisy until happy hour ended. I ordered a ribeye. It was a mixed experience, with the negatives overwhelming the positives. At least a third of the ribeye was gristle and inedible. It took a few bites before I realized this was going to be an ongoing problem. Nothing quite so professional as having to spit our part of your food during a business dinner. Really no nice way of doing that. On the bright side, the part of the meat that wasn't gristle was really tasty. Just one final note--a little annoyance, but I think reflective of the attitude of the staff. I made my reservation via opentable the night before the dinner. The day of I got a voicemail from the restaurant that said, "I need you to call me back to confirm" in a kind of snotty tone. I don't mind calling to confirm, but something a little more customer-oriented like, "if you could call us back to confirm we would appreciate it" seems more appropriate to me. Another positive, they do validate for parking in the garage across the street on Pine. Still, nothing about this experience makes me want to go back. So many interesting places in downtown Orlando, why waste an evening here.
Hadn’t been here in awhile, and have been very satisfied in the past, but this experience was lackluster at best.
All three appetizers were poor (calamari and gator were both so tough as to require a knife; salmon bites didn’t taste like salmon). Entrees (steak, duck, salmon) were mediocre.
The location was great. I was not impressed with the table setup. Most were not level and there were no table cloths. The food was just okay. For a place know for steak mine was mediocre at best. My wife’s tuna salad was great and the kids meals were great also. The wait staff was awesome.
The Hostess was extremely rude, unable to communicate, and made our experience negative. I had a party of 11 and she treated all of us the same way as they entered in the restaurant to find our table. It seemed like she was mad to be at work or it was her first day because she was very unfriendly. It didn't get better once we got our table because our waitress was just as rude and unpleasant. Not once did she smile, she didn't fill our waters, ask if everything was okay, nor able to understand the menu. She had no energy and made us feel weird if we asked for something or modifications on the menu. It's unfortunate because the food was so good but their service was HORRIBLE from the Hostess to our Waitress. They need to hire some new fresh staff there ASAP!
Location, atmosphere and food have been very good in both visits. Wait staff not as attentive as one would expect with a restaurant like 310 Lakeside. Two different servers a year apart and both simply did not check for any needs at the table. This year asked for second glass of wine. Watched her place order and bartender fill the order and then the glass sat at the bar for 10 minutes. Waitress went back twice while wine sat there and she never picked it up. I finally went up and asked if it was for our table which it was and I took it back myself.
The saving grace for this meal was our appetizer. The baked Brie was amazing. The rest of our food was mediocre at best. I've never had tough duck, didn't know you could make it tough. When we asked about the ravioli on the menu; it is frozen. Wtf? Spent $120 on dinner, should've went elsewhere. Bartender made the worst Manhatten we've ever had. Seems pretty basic for a bartender.
Very disappointed, and we didn't even eat there! I had booked this reservation several weeks ago for my mom's birthday for us before seeing a show at Dr Phillips. We arrived a few minutes after our reservation time due to traffic and we were turned away because of a private event. They claimed to have tried to contact me several times, but they did not have the right number on file, apparently, and they blamed OpenTable for that since the reservation was made through here- however, I made dining reservations for my birthday a week before and I received text confirmations from that restaurant so clearly the right number is on file. They could have canceled my reservation and triggered an email, prompting me to call, but instead they just waited for me to show up and very rudely turn me away. The hostess was chitchatting when we arrived and after seeing our reservation, disappeared for a few minutes to get a manager who she said would help us. That was a waste, as her apology did not seem sincere and the excuses were quite laughable. I informed her why we were dining there and she said the event wouldn't be there until 7:30 (we were there at 5:40), so if we wanted they might be able to take us but she didn't want us to feel rushed. We said okay, we just needed food before our show at 8 and we wouldn't be long. Her response, "Okay it's just that I don't have any servers or anyone here to take your table here right now." Okay?? Why did you offer? I asked for recommendations since we were now going to have to hope we found a busy on a busy Thursday night, and she did provide them, however, it was not the evening we were expecting. We ended up at World of Beer where the service was several times better and everyone was very nice and made sure to take care of us. For someplace that clearly prides itself on being a great place to host events and special occasions, you'd think they'd have a little higher standards for themselves when it comes to customers with reservations.
First, what a wonderful place to dine. This was my first time for a Christmas gathering with my special cousin Micki. Neighther of us had been to your restaurant before and we are already planing another visit with our spouses for dinner.
My cousin lives in Merritt Island so this she said is worth the drive.
Staff, friendly professional with excellent service. I appologize that I do not recal our waiters name . He was fantastic, checking on us just the right amount of time, helping us choose our items, and keeping our drinks refreshed. Your hostess picked a lovely table for us tucked near a window. I appreciated her reading my request and being so genuine upon arrival (Open Table).
We picked small plates instead of a traditional lunch, delish!
with much sincerity,
thanks so much,
Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner. We sat outside and were promotly greeted/seated. Our server was very nice and helpful. The house cabernet that night was excellent. I got the ribeye and it was fabulous and cooked perfectly. The view of lake eola lit up with Christmas lights made it even better. Highly recommend.
310 Lakeside was excellent for a scenic Sunday brunch after visiting the farmers market on Lake Eola. The food was excellent, and the bottomless mimosas were definitely worth it— you get your money’s worth. The staff was excellent, incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
The garlic mashed potatoes were to die for and I thought I had gone to heaven when I took a bite of the Pork Porterhouse with the bacon jam! It gave me a tingly feeling! We were able to order and got our food in a timely fashion and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Our dessert was delayed, but was very good when we received it. Nice outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the lake across the street!
Varied menu, friendly but erratic service. They are known for their steaks. Wife and I had dinner here for pre-theater. 310 Lakeside gives you a 15% discount off your entire check if you show them your theater tickets. Plus they validate parking for the whole night. Food was very good, we shared a 310 salad - very generous serving, I had the triple tail (seafood) with an amazing creamy crab sauce and and wife had Linguini with Clams. The only wrinkle was there was about a 20 minute wait when we ordered, then they brought everything out together. I asked them to keep the entrees warm so we could finish salads. They corrected it. We will definitely go back and try the steak next time.
