Enjoyed the meal. Our waitress was friendly and paid attention to us.
The food was amazing very tender and juicy. The starch and vegetable of the day was a pleasant addition to the entree. Nice seating views and great service a perfect ten.
We dined this evening and sat outside. We ordered our food and when it arrived, I had to ask for a steak knife for my steak. Once I cut into my steak, it was heavily under done. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out with a heavily charred outside and then raw once I cut in. It was purple. It was not cooked at all. I ate around the edges of my $40 steak, leaving most of it on the plate. My boyfriend asked if the mashed potatoes were supposed to be refrigerated because his were. I stuck my finger into my mashed potatoes. Sure enough, they were also refrigerated. They were ice cold, literally taken out of the walk in and scooped onto our plates. Or, their hot wells weren’t working. Or they didn’t have their back ups heated and basically crossed their fingers we wouldn’t notice. His duck was fine. My green beans were good… which they should be since we essentially paid $40 for them. After the server dropped our bill because we were done and ready to leave, that’s when she asked if I wanted my meal recooked. It was just awful and nothing was done for guest recovery, nor was there a genuine attempt to care or try.
2 adults for Magical Dining for 7pm reservations on a Friday. Place was empty except for 2 parties at the bar and one table on patio. Service was a little slow for such an empty place (but our server was very personable). They were out of the wine we were hoping to get a bottle of (Caymus). The tuna app was subpar due to lack of seasoning and some tough pieces. However, my partner though it was very good. The dinners were good (fish and pork chop) just lacking in their presentation. We did enjoy ourselves and (I think) we made our servers day with a great tip. Not sure I would go back but you never know!
Very good food, very good service. Beautiful outdoor setting.
Good food, decent selection. Unique recipes /preparation. Awesome drink menu Ate outside, could use a little more ambience. Great service. Was our first time there will definitely go back.
Service was fantastic, Kennedy was very attentive and nice. French toast was superb. Rest of brunch food was just fine, nothing was outstanding. Potatoes dry. We he inside space was drab, furniture worn and a musty bar odor.
Our server, Erin, was amazing. She was attentive, professional and friendly. The location is great (beautiful view of the lake). The smoked salmon appetizer was delicious! Would definitely order that again. The food was great and the desserts were tasty.
Service and food were simply Amazing
Service was great the atmosphere was just right. The server was very nice 👌.
We had a lovely experience at 310. We sat outside and the area was quiet and the view was beautiful. The food was ok, nothing that blew us out of the water. I actually was expecting a little better for the cost but it wasn’t bad. Our server was great and very accommodating. Service could have been a bit faster and our server could have been a bit more attentive but overall he was great and we were all happy with our experience.
The staff is super accommodating and friendly. We had reservations for 6 and it was no problem when we ended up adding an extra person when we arrived. The menu choices were varied and everyone loved their meals and drinks. The atmosphere is elegant and the location is absolutely amazing on Lake Eola. We reserved a table outside but it was raining so we were seated inside. During these Covid times we would have preferred our servers wear a mask and that is the only thing that kept this experience from being an absolute perfect night.
Went to celebrate my new job and made an 11:30 am brunch reservation for a Saturday only to arrive and be told one of the hostesses made a mistake and gave my table away to another group. I was then offered a smaller seating arrangement with an additional chair or high top but that was not what I expected. I asked for another arrangement inside and the hostess seemed hesitant and appeared she did not want to accommodate my group. Eventually she brought out an extra table and chairs and accommodated us. It’s not my fault that they messed up and gave my table to another group. The server was ok, she forgot to bring out a few items we requested and had to remind her…seems like the restaurant was short staffed but it wasn’t even that full.
Great experience, staff was awesome and for my wife’s bday they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you!!!
Overall great experience. Didn't like employees(on their off day) coming in messing with the lights and music while we were celebrating a birthday dinner. It was like no management was present at all.
Wonderful lunch with The Salvation Army and The City of Orlando.
Thank you as everything was lovely.
Wonderful dinner! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic date location.
Polite staff, great food. Ambiance was neutral to negative. Big screen TVs were out of place. It needed more THEME decorations...if there was a theme. Everything was neutral, non descript or boring. Give it some POW decorations and take down the TVs; it's not a sports bar.
Terrible. Table was gross and sticky, like it’s been wiped but never cleaned. My glass was sticking to it. Quality of food was poor. Server had bleach stains on her pants, hair a mess and looked disheveled. Vanilla ice cream had huge ice chunks in it, was terrible, terrible, terrible. The place also smelled, like it was old and unclean. Will never return.
Claramente tiene mejor ambiente en la tarde para la cena, para la comida está algo triste. La comida es deliciosa y el servicio es excelente.
I took my fiance here for fathers day brunch and everything was amazing. The service was awesome, the food was awesome and the atmosphere was spectacular.
Great food, great service! We'll be back again....
Everything was great at 310 Lakeside, our server was fabulous and our drinks were superb and our view was nice. The restaurant was clean and abided by COVID guidelines the only problem with our night was our food. We had ordered the Bleu Chicken flatbread, Bronzed Salmon Filet, the Rib Eye, and Fettuccine Carbonara. Our Bleu Chicken flatbread had barely any Bleu cheese (if any at all) and the chicken was dry, when we brought this up to our server she mentioned that they lightly put in bleu cheese dressing which I found was odd, because the dish was not supposed to come with dressing but with Bleu cheese chunks or at least this is what the menu said. Our salmon was good but felt that it was only good due to the jam that was layered on top, it had lacked your basic seasoning (salt and pepper). The Rib Eye lacked any flavor. The steak had Chimichurri sauce on top but did not add to the taste it tasked like plain cilantro with oil. My father had to ask the server for some sort of A1 or Heins 57 sauce. They, unfortunately, did not have it however our server mentioned that the restaurant had their own version of it which we tried but were not fans of. The sauce had the consistency of gravy but was not the kind of thing you would put on a steak. We ended up asking for salt and pepper just to add some seasoning to our meals. The fettuccine Carbonara also lacked in taste as well, it came with 2 pieces of shrimp and should have had bacon but did not. It did have a lot of oil/butter in the pasta, you could feel it on your lips. I would give this place 2 stars due to the food lacking taste. The drinks were very refreshing, and our server (Suzy) was very nice and helpful in explaining the dishes. I would not recommend it if you are looking for tasty foods but would recommend it for the ambiance, views of the lake, and the wonderful server.
Disappointed with the quality of the food- nothing special and Greek salad had greens and my salmon add-on...you needed a magnifying glass to find anything else.
Soup was warm, not hot and Buffalo chicken must have been re-heated.
Restaurant is tired and feels like a cafeteria.
Should have kept walking.
I've dined here before and actually had my wedding ceremony/reception here as well this year. Today was not the usual level of service we have received in the past. The food was excellent as usual but I think maybe the waitress was having an off day 🤷🏽♀️
Very disappointed. Service was average. My food was burnt and cold. They tried 3 times to bring me hot fries and never could.
We were attending an event, so the location of this restaurant was perfect! We enjoyed outdoor dining. I had the Greek Salad with a portion grilled salmon. It was delicious. I can't wait for the next opportunity to visit downtown Orlando. I will making a reservation to eat at 310 Lakeside.
It was a vibrant atmosphere on the patio. Enjoyed are time
Heidi is great! Very professional. Thanks for a enjoyable meal
Great service and alright service
The Rib-Eye steak was basically all fat. The cocktail tasted watered down and the side vegetables were pretty tasteless. The salad was fine.
We’ve now been twice for dinner. Both times food was very overcooked (salmon and chicken). We sat outside and it is lovely this time of year (early May). We’ve tried a few appetizers and a couple of desserts (a lot on menu are not available-both visits). The drinks are good and their house wines are decent. If I go again I’ll stick to an appetizer and skip the entree.
Out of our party of ten, 3 were pleased with their meals which were all steak. The salmon was way overcooked for the 3 people who ordered it as well as the chicken entrees.
Drinks were great, waitress was very nice but it took a long time to get food.
Graduation dinner was wonderful! Food & service was excellent.
It's a good location with good food. Could use a bit of an expansion of the menu though.
Experience was perfect my party enjoyed the waitress very much she was a delight and very helpful
Pleasant lunch on the patio. The crispy duck was excellent. However, I was told the patio was not available right before we arrived. Then they changed their tune and did seat us outside. Obviously poor internal.communication.
We sat outside and the waitstaff was sooo nice and accommodating. Our waitress was sweet and quite attentive. We enjoyed the relaxing environment by the water and our food was excellent!
Lousy service. Mistake on the order. Unfortunate.
