The service, price, and atmosphere were amazing. I would definitely recommend 310 for any event.
Great ambiance, service, view, and food. Oh, and the happy hour was an exceptionally good value.
We sat outside and noise from the street was constant and loud coupled with the very loud air conditioner intake on the building, it made it hard to hear the conversation. The fish was tasty, but on the dry side. The drinks were good. I saw some giant burgers coming out of the kitchen that looked and smelled scrumptious. I would go back, but I would definitely sit inside and try a burger.
our server was absolutely fantastic. he was very attentive to our tabl. over all i will give him a high recommendation.
Our server was great, the food was good, and parking was convenient.
Everything about this experience was superlative. Our server, Drew, was personable, friendly and informative. The setting by the lake was exquisite and the food was top notch at a very reasonable price. We dined there before a concert at Dr. Philips Center and our service was prompt and accommodating. This establishment deserves a very high rating and we intend to return very soon!
My wife and I went for the first time on a Thursday evening to have dinner before a concert at the Dr Phillips center. The restaurant is conveniently located and easy to find; only a short walk to the theater.
It was not very crowded and not noisy. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. There is also an attractive outdoor seating area that we might have picked had it not been so warm that evening.
However, the food was a mixed bag. The baked brie was delicious as was my filet, but the blackened Mahi my wife ordered was inedible. The fish was smothered with blackening spices and after the first bite she couldn't eat another thing. I tried a bite and it was like eating a fork full of Cajun seasoning. Our server was apologetic and comped the meal, but we were very disappointed.
We will probably return to try it again sometime.
The food was below average. The server brought the wrong food and the both meals had to be re-made to what we ordered.
We asked for house wine by the glass and were charged for the more expensive wine.
Was mid week and very quiet. No reason to get things wrong. Great setting but could not recommend this restaurant.
Had early reservation prior to the Michael Buble' concert (2/16/19) and almost had the place to ourselves, although it was much busier by the time we left. We ordered the grilled Salmon and the Mahi Mahi. Both were delicious and perfectly prepared. I loved the dirty gin martini and my wife enjoyed the red sangria. Topped it off by sharing the chocolate trifle which was very good and satisfying. Cooper served us well throughout the experience.
Unfortunately the food was expensive for not much flavor. You can go to a chain steakhouse and get more food, better taste, for much less.
The outside area was nice but they allowed smoking out there which was a mood killer. We were there for happy hour which was packed and the noise level, even outside, was a little overwhelming.
The server was a little strange. We were asked several times if we wanted drinks (I told her I didn’t drink and was fine with water). I felt like I wasn’t listened to. I only got one refill of water, told her we were ready to order a few times and didn’t (she kept saying I will give you more time, we said no we are ready, and she said it again and walked away).
Overall I would rate it a 2 or 3/5. The view and outdoor area wasn’t good enough to save from the food. The service was sub par and there weren’t many guests eating. I wished I could have liked it more but didn’t. I’ll just check it off my list and look for something better elseware.
Very elegant, and peaceful setting. Food was great, drinks were awesome and made strong. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The dessert ended the night just right, usually I don’t get desserts at restaurant so that says a lot.
This restaurant has a perfect view of the lake. Perfect for a meal outside. The staff is welcoming and helpful. We went for dinner and we thought our food was a bit too greasy. The mushroom ravioli tasted fantastic but were swimming in an oily sauce.
They have a happy hour and the blueberry sangria was delicious.
Overall worth the try.
Nice location with view of Lake Eola. Our server was very attentive and answered our questions.
Food was good but not extraordinary. A little pricey but not too bad considering the downtown location on the lake.
Good food and good service
Our server was great , his recommendations were on point. He even brought out a sample tasting of the soup of the day which made my daughter order it because it was so yummy. My filet was excellent , my only critic was that I wish the garlic mash potatoes were creamier. Over all a fantastic experience and I will go again.
Excellent food at a really good price. Excellent service. The decor and environment is great. Parking is a challenge and there is no valet service. Food menu is great. Could be loud environment.
Excellent service, food exceeded expectations, convenient validated parking across the street.
Both wife and I ordered chicken Asiago. Portion size was quite small. Garlic mashed potatoes were bland, vegetables were not seasoned well, Caesar salad was just okay. Ordered calamari as an appetizer. The sauce for the calamari was good however the calamari itself was slightly over cooked and could have used a bit of salt and pepper in the breading.
Experience was fine and underwhelming. Our waitress was not attentive to us at all as she took our orders 30 minutes after arriving. She is only one person but not a great first impression. And the food was also underwhelming. 3 out of the 4 of us needed to add seasoning to our chicken and salmon dishes
Pre-theatre dinner. Portable heater made the outside dining a great option even on a cold night. Service was prompt and each of our meals were delicious!
Enjoyed. Very nice service and presentation.
It was ok. Menus that were given to us were so dirty and had stains on them. Took quite a bit to be greeted but once we were our server was super pleasant and very attentive. The food wasn’t that great. Nothing to rave about. I barely ate my flatbread. My boyfriend said his ribeye and mashed potatoes were just ok. Dessert was pretty good, they do a cool little dessert presentation at the table. All in all wasn’t the date night out before a concert I was anticipating.
Great place. We enjoy the atmosphere and always have dinner here before seeing a show at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. The food is always good and the desserts are great.
The worst mistake I made was telling the host I was just dining for dessert. As someone who is in the restaurant industry, I appreciate when I’m given that heads up. However, our server took that as an opportunity to pay little to no attention to our table. Keep in mind, the restaurant was dead. And to wrap up how little attention he was paying to us, he gave us the wrong bill. Definitely not the experience anyone deserves.
310 is walking distance from the Abbey. We had dinner there before going to see the Orlando Ballet’s Uncorked. We all had fish. The plates were well presented, the spices did not overpower the fish and the fish was fresh. The wine list was adequate the bar staff knowledgeable and we found something that went well with our fish. The wait staff was very accommodating and fairly attentive. The room was slightly noisier than I like, but in this era of minimalism that seems to be expected. We will be back to 310 in March when the ballet is once again at the Abbey again.
Was fun. Service a bit slow. But is was very busy and they accommodated well. Very friendly
310 was the perfect choice for a family gathering of four generations. Food, service, and entire experience was fabulous! Thanks for the memory.
We went for a friend's birthday, and wanted somewhere downtown. Parking was close using Central garage. The place was full of several larger parties, and yet our waiter Drew was attentive to our table the entire evening, from drink reorders to questions about different dishes, and recommendations. It can be a bit loud at times, but it didn't take away from a great meal and experience.
Very disappointed in the food. Service was good, noisy dining with a couple of small children at the bar next to our table.
Went here to celebrate our wedding with friends and it was horrible. The server was rushing us and keeps forgetting our order, the appetizers were okay, we ordered all kinds of meat (duck, pork, beef, fish) for entrees and they’re all either raw or overcooked. Never again
Very nice ! Food was above average service was great. Loved sitting outside
Since we were there on New Year's Eve, I thought that there may be some evidence of a celebration... seemed like just any other night. I am thinking that inside may have had more evidence of the holiday than did the outside area where we sat?
The restaurant was nice and the staff were very accomdating. The food was ok but not great. A couple of people got chicken and thought it was dry and the others that got steaks were also disappointed. I would go back again. I have had brunch there and was very happy with everything.
Christmas Eve dinner with family
We had to sit outside due to a wedding we did not know about that day. It was cold. No Hester and half of our groups food was burnt and the rest were cold when we got it. Our server was very nice and was trying hard to fix the situation. He saves the brunch for us.
We have taken our family to 310 Lakeside for the past three years as we travel to Orlando for an annual Christmas concert at the Amway Arena. Have always had a good experience and enjoyed the food. Will continue to dine when returning in the future.
It’s always a great experience at 310 Lakeside!
Terrific everyday casual restaurant. Always a good meal with a wide variety of well prepared and presented dishes. Decent wine list as well as an imaginative cocktail menu. A Rye-based drink? That's more retro than retro. Well done.
Always excellent food & service
For the price, the bar atmosphere is not quite what I was expecting. When ordering, substituting broccoli for the veggie medley required MGMT approval?!? Broccoli was being served with the special but if you didn't order the special you aren't supposed to be able to get it.. such a joke! Unlikely to return as the cost/hassle was quite displeasing.
