Experience was perfect my party enjoyed the waitress very much she was a delight and very helpful
We sat outside and the waitstaff was sooo nice and accommodating. Our waitress was sweet and quite attentive. We enjoyed the relaxing environment by the water and our food was excellent!
Lousy service. Mistake on the order. Unfortunate.
It did not take long to be seated, but? It did take a while to be acknowledged— multiple severs and employees passed ; yet nothing was said. Food was okay . HOWEVER, the amount charged to my card was not the amount I authorized .. an additional tip, on
Top of the cash tip I left was added to my account . Please , pay attention to your receipts ...
Venue is good. Outside seating views the lake and large oak trees. Service was upscale. Pastas were very good. Ribeye was really fatty and lacked extra seasoning. Desserts were fine. Mike was an appreciated server.
I know I have eaten here before and it was not so bad. This experience, however was one that will keep us away for a long time. Of the 4 dishes we ordered, not one was anything more than mediocre. The ambiance outside was ignored, tables uneven and generally not inviting. The wait staff seemed to be trying but they were generally inattentive and seemed scattered. The young man who delivered the food was the only one who seemed to have his act together. We will wait a long time before we try again.
Great food. Great location.Great service.Great experience.
The food was not worth the price. The food had no taste. My 13-year old ordered jerk fish (the fish was chewy, under cooked and no taste of jerk, the rice tasted watery). The roasted vegetables had some salt. I had to ask for salt, pepper and parmesan to give the food some taste.
The food was very good and the service was excellent.
Great location for dining prior to events at Lake Eola. Service was appropriate and timely. Outdoor seating was spaced appropriately. Food was good but not exceptional.
The food was unspectacular... the bottomless mimosas were not very bottomless as I had to keep asking for refill and it took 10 minutes after we asked. The bubbly they used was sweet which is another thumbs down. We were expecting a great meal and it was very mediocre. Uugghh
We had a table outside as requested for my birthday. Lots of spacing and we felt safe eating here during COVID with a toddler. Beautiful view. Food was good. We walked around the lake afterwards. Waiter was very nice but I was missing drink refills. Overall a lovely experience and we were pleased.
My wife’s dinner was served 10 minutes was before mine.
My ribeye steak mediocre at best.
Wish the food had been on par with the gorgeous view of Lake Eola.
Great outdoor seating and service. Food was excellent
The fish was incredibly dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Both the salmon and the mahi mahi were tasteless and covered in a sauce to hide that fact.
Everything from the food to the drinks to the service was all top notch. Dining outside with the Lakeview was beautiful. Looking forward to returning again.
I enjoyed my time there
Great food, nice atmosphere, good service. Thanks
I went to 310 Lakeside because it was my one year anniversary and we had gotten married at that restaurant. From my prior experiences I was expecting great service fantastic food and to be seated appropriately. Instead my husband and I were seated outside in the sun (which I was not mad I just requested inside on my reservation but I’m not going to fuss about that) after being sat we were shocked by the overwhelming noise between two big parties of guests enjoying themselves which they are entitled to however it was in my opinion not the best place to seat two people between two large groups. Then our waitress rarely visited and although she was sweet it was disappointing because perhaps if she were more involved I would have felt more inclined to overlook the first two points. When our food was brought out it was good but not the best and I am not that jerk to waist food and make them throw it away and choose something else so I dealt with the food. Overall I was expecting a better experience because my prior experience was amazing between the service food and overall aroma. I’m not sure if I will be returning however I’m not completely dismissive because who knows it could have just been an off day and it happens I understand.
Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary by eating here since we got married here! Always a good time here
Restaurant had the potential to be a good experience. Water view was nice but the food was just ok. Protestors were active by the lake snd made the outdoor dining experience most stressful snd felt unsafe. Server was inattentive as well.
People were nice, everyone was following social distancing guidelines. However food there is definitely not worth the price. I can only speak for brunch.
We enjoyed our Sunday brunch. The food was good, but the wait staff and bartender did not keep their masks on consistently. The bartender had his mask off almost the entire time and members of the wait staff would often slide their masks down to their neck as soon as they got 10-15' feet away.
Additionally, the web site lists the address on the building that the restaurant is in as E. Pine St. The only available parking was in a private parking lot where we paid a great deal to park - on a Sunday! Once we were seated, we were surprised to see street parking available on E. Central Blvd, which also provides better access to the restaurant. If you are not familiar with the area of Orlando, you would not know that.
Great meal, service and view!
We all enjoyed our time at 310. Our service was fabulous and gave lots of recommendations.
Delicious food and attentive wait staff. Highly recommended!
Great food - Mahi sandwich was excellent, substituted fries for a Caesar salad. Everyone enjoyed their dinners.
Love that they are social distancing in the restaurant, outside, and at the bar! We frequent the restaurant for Sunday brunch and love Don our bartender! The only criticism is that they really need to change their menu, or at least add a weekly special to the Sunday brunch menu.
Horrible service, english muffins as hard as a hockey puck.
Such a great place to eat. Wonderful outside seating and great indoor environment. Definitely one of my top 5 restaurants.
We had a fabulous birthday party. We sit outside and facing lake eola. Beautiful weather, food and service are very good. 6 of us ordered and shared 8 items, a bottle of wine, bill was $198.
It was amazing gave my friends and I a private room we had a amazing time definitely recommend the bottomless mimosas.
Everything was wonderful!! Had plenty of space for our large party and excellent service.
Our hostess was amazing! My mashed potatoes were a bit salty and the music could've been louder since it was very empty but otherwise enjoyed it.
Amazing experience and fantastic service. I am so angry with the fact that I cannot remember my servers name but she was amazing. Saturday 1/2 7pm reservation outside. Loved overlooking the lake. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. Amazing value for 2 people.
Very good food but the server needs to be better at service and being attentive
The food was fair, all of the seafood dishes had fish that was over cooked. Eggs Benedict were good. View from patio was nice.
They have a very nice ambiance and sitting area. The restaurant itself is quite nice. Service is great! i found that our servers were friendly, prompt, and sweet.
The food on the other hand is mediocre. I would go here for great drinks and service but not just to eat.
Service was a little slow and one person said his food was cold, but tasty.
Calamari was uncooked. wine glasses were dirty. Wine was poured out the glasses same were cleaned wine was poured back into the same glasses while wet instead of being offered a new bottle and new glasses. Steak came out with a very weird topping that wasn't mentioned after being recooked the steak was awesome. The manager was very understanding He was upset at the service and treatment that we got didn't make up for it in a very welcoming manner is the only region I gave 3 stars it would have been 1
