Was not expecting to dine in the hotel lobby/bar. Thought it was more of a restaurant.

Every time I have dinned at 2nd (all 7 times) the host or hostess are extremely rude and show no emotions. The blond girl brunet girl and blond guy are extemely dry rude not helpful and if it wasn't for the food I wouldn't go, ever. They rudely disregard reservations from open table with less then four or six and completely looks passed the guest that's flustered with not having the reservation here she made. Host or hostess dryly seats you and arrogantly he tells you you're the restaurants protocols with reservations and or rolls her eyes multiple times you guys need new hostess or training customer service if you want to keep your local customer satisfied. I feel as if the front has some superiority complex and feels like they can look down on guests that come in that they don't feel are equal to them. I have shown up at all types of Acacian brunch dinner and all types of attire from casual to extremely dressy in high-end clothing and I just get an evil eye multiple times from all hosts and it's uncomfortable and unappealing. The waiters and waitresses are nice and kind and helpful but as far as greeting and the first faces you see if her second bar and Grill it's unappetizing they need a lot of work. My last experience of this was Sunday this past weekend March 6
