Awesome to order many dishes and share

We came here two nights in a row, first for food and second for dessert. The food was amazing. The desserts and service weren’t.
The short ribs were so tender and sauce was perfect for the ribs. However, they came with raw cauliflower and slaw (not good). Who eats raw cauliflower? How much raw cauliflower do you throw away at the end of the night???
The kimchi fried rice was delicious and crudo was absolutely amazing. The flavors were complex and went together perfectly. Shrink shumi- just order them!!!
Go somewhere else for dessert- definitely not worth the $30 we spend for two desserts. I was dreaming about the brûlée figs. However, they came with a huge pile of goat cheese and 5 small pieces of figs. The figs were not bruleed at all. The brownie was not anything to write home about.
They force you to pay a 20% service fee and it was obvious that our server expected that fee without caring about the service. HJaubert came to take our order thats the only time we saw him. We had to get up from the table and ask the busser for our check. The bussers did all the work and were attentive in clearing our plates. The second night, the service was essentially non existent (same server).
I would give the food 5 stars and server zero stars.

Love this place. Great energy, really good outdoor space that felt COVID-safe, had great food and wine (esp. the salad), and ambience is cool consistent with rest of the Broken Shaker/Freehand space.

We had a beautiful experience at the 27 Restaurant! We were warmly greeted by the host who took great care of us and made sure that we were comfortable and safe, following the current time guidelines. Service and ambiance were uplifting and smooth, food was delicious. Very good explanation about the composition of our dishes. Drinks were stellar! Will definitely return and recommend to friends!

The mushroom oyster dish was delicious but too oily. While I enjoyed it a lot it gave me a stomach upset.
The rustic chairs and tables were great to look at but not very comfortable.

All the food was wonderful, but if you’re going there and don’t get the Whole Fried Fish, you’re missing out. It was insanely good!

I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed with this restaurant. It was recommended by a friend but very disappointing. First of all, the host out front is so rude. He should not be the first face the customer sees with his unhappy attitude. The food was average, and too expensive even for Miami. I'm sorry but I don't recommend this place and won't be returning.

Delicious! Hugo was attentive and knowledgeable. Food is phenom, especially the Short Rib, Mussels, and the Bruleed fig dessert. We celebrated a birthday as a small group here and had a great experience. Thank you!

Not the best place for septuagenerians who value quieter places with less rich and lower salt dishes but can see how younger diners might appreciate it.

The cocktails and ambience at 27 are worth the visit. The food left something to be desired. Octopus was burnt and overpriced. Service was great. I’ll be back, but will eat before coming.

Having been a customer of 27 Restaurant in the past, I was extremely dissapointed with the menu choices, food quality, size of entrees and level of service. It seems COVID has had a severe effect on this restaurant and is drastically different from the “food to table” experience it previously offered. I took 3 guests from out of town and was truly embarrassed with the experience last night. I will not be returning to 27 Restaurant.

Had a great dinner here, the crudo of the day, yucca and short ribs were AMAZING. Would 100% come back and order these items again! The staff were lovely, from our hostess to our waiter, we had a pleasant experience with everyone we met.

Service was amazing from walking in to being seated . Also the table service was outstanding from the waiter to the auxiliary staff . Lastly the food was amazing everything on the menu was outstanding I had doubts but once eaten was amazing.

The menu well represented the culture of miami. The Griot was fire, the seafood was well sourced and superb. Our server was super helpful he killed it. The music was the perfect mood setter.

Very bad and very slow service.
We waited for so long for each plate and we had to request our desserts 3 times.

While the food choices are limited they are all very good...use the limited choices as a sharing menu and you'll have a fun and tasty dining experinece. The whole fish makes for a great final savory plate and make sure you save room for the halvah brownie! The service is great and friendly.

For a relaxed evening with well cooked food from a small menu making it easy to decide, choose 27 for their mom’s house comfort vibes. Do ask if you’d like to be seated outside. Excellent job by the kitchen

One of the best dining experiences in Miami. Their food is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxed, service is awesome and their drinks are some of the best you'll ever have.

Grossly overpriced and overrated ( sadly by both clients and food writers ).
Condescending staff, mediocre food. There was absolutely nothing good about it.
Fortunately there are still plenty of great restaurants in Miami.

First off, the servers we met were fantastic and charming. This is a difficult review as we visited for Brunch because my friend loved it when he came and recommended it - I think we came on an off-day.

We arrived and the host was fine, not very engaging but OK. It was a bit cold/windy so they informed us we could sit inside or outside but we decided to give outside a go. On second thoughts we came back in and asked if we could in fact sit inside and asked to sit in the front room where it was bright. We weren't allowed to and they directed us to a different room which no one was in and was dark and sat in the corner - not asking if we were happy to sit there and seeming like we were causing a bit of an inconvenience, we felt like we couldn't ask to move again (We noted that no one else sat where we were hoping to, and there was also an option of another room which was brighter).

Things then improved by the 2-3 servers we engaged with. They were very personable and helpful explaining the menu. But then I'm not too sure what happened, half the drink order never arrived and then eventually neither did our main course. All the while, a couple was seated in the same area - they asked to move because it was dark. Another couple was seated in the area after us, and then received their food and paid all before we eventually asked for the bill and to call it a day.

I do want to reiterate, the servers were lovely, lovely people - our's was very upset + apologetic that it didn't turn out as expected. Hopefully an off-day as I said.

Can't comment on the food because we only received our tid-bits.

My favorite restaurant in Miami! Took 9 women here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. We had some dietary restrictions they accommodated, they adjusted our reservation time as needed, the waiter Jacob was down to order for us and did a great job, and everything was delicious as always! They recently changed their menu and it’s still absolutely amazing.

Absolutely delicious. Went there for a birthday dinner with girlfriends and everything we ordered was amazing.

I love it when you go somewhere where the waiter takes charge-- Helped us plan an amazing dinner with a fish of the night and some of their best hits. Casual, delicious spot with GREAT cocktails. Had another drink after dinner at Broken Shaker bar after. A perfect night for high-quality food Miami style that is "un-Miami". Loved it. Food lovers will appreciate it. Someone looking for looking for large restaurants inside hotels on Collins Avenue - this place isn't for you.
