Food & service was exceptional! Came for an unexpected Sunday brunch (was in the area & found it on Yelp). Glad I did! Will definitely be coming back & will recommend!

Dinner at 27 on a Saturday night. Awesome vibe.
Miami casual setting but very charming.
Service off the charts good.
Was concerned reading some other reviews but absolutely not an issue.
Restaurant was packed and all aspects of service were flawless.
Shai our server was phenomenal.
The food is amazing.
I’ve been to many many restaurants around the world and the food is on par with the best.
Will definitely be back.

The chairs outside were uncomfortable and the service was horrible for the second time going there . We waited over an hour each time for our dishes . I would not go back

The lambs ribs were fatty, potatoes were just fine and crudo was incredibly small and overpriced! We waited more than hour for potato and ribs!!! And nobody told us about waiting time!

We LOVE 27 and this is our 3rd year of visiting, so imagine our disappointment this time when despite the efforts of our waiter, our wine, ordered before our food did not arrive to our table until well after the starters were cleared and the mains were served. The orange wine ordered also arrived warm. Not even room temp, but warm. What a shame. The food was still good, but what a missed opportunity to not have our wine with most of the meal.

Terrible service. No management. Expensive fish way overcooked bc it sat after waiter said it was being plated 30 minutes before finally being served. Finally served 40 minutes after other guests entree was finished. Only positive was Good tequilla from bartender and nice weather

Fun, quirky ambience, feels like your in someone's Florida home, great outdoor seating too. Delicious food! Loved the Griot (pork shoulder), octopus, eggplant, fish in the coconut curry sauce, and the deserts - tres leches with a guava ice cream was to die for. I'd stay away from the lamb ribs and the arepas (okay, but really heavy). The service was fantastic all around from the servers to the bussers - friendly, helpful, fast - something that is all too rare in Miami Beach.

Food was great, we’ve been here before and had a good experience... but this time the hostel gave our table 5 to the wrong people even though we had checked in early. And she was completely unapologetic about it and told me not to give her attitude. The manager was very apologetic but it took another 30 min to get us seated and there were multiple empty 6 tops available. If they had seated us on arrival they could have turned out table twice since we had a 5 year old with us, we weren’t going to hang out and dawdle. Our server was great too.

What a disaster zone. Great cocktails, kale salad was great. Lamb ribs very good. I had the very overlooked catch of the day in the watery curry sauce. My husbands meal of mediocre fried rice arrived 35 minutes after my fish. Table next to us had a similar problem with timing. I think Miami Beach has a real problem with service. Why include 18%?? I would pay more for great service. Give servers some incentive to bring food to the table at least within 15 minutes of when their dining companion’s meal arrives. Don’t bother with this place!

I'd confidently recommend 27 to others. It's a place fit for foodies. Some ingredients even grown in garden right on premises. The flavors of the menu items we ordered were layered and well-designed (arepas, kimche fried rice*). The yucca fries were yumm-a, but not so outstanding that I'd order them again. The handcrafted cocktails were tasty too (I enjoyed my Smallcraft Advisory). A couple of drawbacks: 1) too dimly lit for our aging eyes, and 2) our table for 2 felt wedged in next to an active table with kids and adults seemingly constantly on the move. Overall, a menu well worth the visit. Service was top-notch with polite men swiftly refilling water and whisking away empty plates. Our server was overly enthusiastic (then again, that's better than the opposite). Well done 27.

We had a wonderful dinner here while vacationing in South Beach. We ordered the chicken pot pie which was fabulous, a bunch of tapas to start, and the special dish. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite Miami restaurant. I make sure to go whenever I'm in town. The setting is fun and eclectic. The food is amazing. Standouts are the lamb ribs, the arepas platter and fish of the day in curry sauce. The staff are the coolest nicest people you'll ever meet. Don't just think about it- go!

Second time eating here. The menu is small but interesting. Highly recommend the fresh catch with curry sauce. The octopus was also highly rated. The big issue is seating, as getting a table can be hard. Overall very good if not great meal.

The vibe is very cool, although the lighting is terrible. Lots of couches and candles.

Cozy and Exotic at the same time. Our laid back but super-on-top-of-it server shared all the good parts of a menu that is part Florida, part Spain, part Middle East. We had the mushrooms (fantastic), the parpadelle and clams (amazing), swordfish in a cream base (unusual, but actually quite good), and the best salads with watermelon radishes ever, ever. Funky, homespun chic decor, a mix of cool people and regular families and great service.

had a great dinner here… the only problem was that my chair broke and I fell on the floor. Everbody was friendly to ask if I was fine… so all was good. A free drink would have been a nice guesture to show me that they really cared…

A friend of mine recommended 27 Restaurant and we liked it a lot. We sat outside for brunch. The brunch menu could be better, it's basically a lunch menu, and some smaller breakfast items (maybe just soft boiled eggs, bread with jam, croissant) would be nice. Also there were not too many healthy options (most things are somehow fried or come with greasy sauces) or a lot of carbs.
Still the food & drinks were very good. We loved the pan de bono which was served together with agave butter; really really good!! The sticky bun was disappointing as it was just a cinnamon roll. It was good but nothing special and I couldn't taste any citrus in it.

The staff was very friendly. A bit too eager to make sure we order quickly.

The garden is beautiful. A lot of plants and very colorful furniture. Inside everything is very cozy, it looks very European (which I liked a lot). Like all the plates look like they come from different grandmothers, no one looks like the other.

Brunch is not cheaper than dinner and well maybe a bit expensive for what you get, but it's Miami Beach and for that the value is good.

Food was nice. Different from the usual brunch menus, some dishes can be a bit spicy.

Service was good, the first waitress we had wasn’t that great but someone took over from her and he was really good.

Waited one hour after my open table reservation to finally be seated. Their hostess table seemed very disorganized and eventually needed to stand in front of them to be seated, after having a round of drinks upstairs.(just incase you are hungry when you go...even with reservations)
Good energy in restaurant with nice young crowd, but staff not up to task.
Food was ok. Service ok. Go for the scene.
