Excellent food and service ! Adam was very attentive and friendly . We were seated in the enclosed outdoor area on the ground floor . It was very warm and comfortable with lovely views of the harbor ! Highly recommend!

The seafood platter was good, house infused vodka cocktail was delicious. Unfortunately steak frites and lamb chops were over cooked. The waiter Zachary said the steak would have a warm pink center, but was very well done. The lamb chops were supposed to be medium but were medium well. The wine list is impressive but very expensive.

We we for Valentine's Day and it was a very romantic environment. The service and the food were both fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The only drawback was they were out of the wine choice I made, but recommended another great choice.

Valentine’s Day dinner was superb from the service to the atmosphere to our special table in the corner . Our wait staff Mike, Made our dining experience memorable one. My rack of lamb was practically done and exquisitely presented. My husband’s stuffed whole lobster was superb as well. we picked out a great bottle of wine and before that our cocktails were perfectly done. Everything is first class and the whole staff works as a team and it shows. My carpaccio appetizer was perfect. the dressing on the greens was light and was very tasty

Owning a restaurant myself and knowing how incredibly difficult it is in these trying times, 22 Bowen rose to the occasion...the table spacing was more than compliant and our server was doubled masked, which did not go unnoticed. The apps and entrees were excellent accompanied by a bottle of Sequoia 2017 cab, perfect. Server knowledgeable and professional..thanks for putting a little bit of normalcy into our Valentine's day

The service, the food, the atmosphere, all with keeping to COVID safety precautions, this was a great dining experience. I took my partner out for a birthday dinner, coinciding with Valentines weekend, so it was a nice double celebration. I was very happy with the meal, the drinks and the service, I definitely plan to visit again!

Having been here before it wasn't as good as the first time. The seating was on what would be the outside in the warm weather. Although fully enclosed it was a little chilly.I will definitely try it again as it is a nice place with a great location, perhaps it was an off day. The food was just ok, I had the lobster mac n cheese which was the very thing that I was into and it was just ok,on my first visit it was incredible.

Excellent food and service as expected from 22 Bowen, which is why it’s our first choice in Newport. Our server, Jennifer, was top notch. The Delmonico was insanely good, as was the strip. Looking forward to our next trip!

We had an amazing dinner. Manny was our server, he made the dinner all the better. We had our 1 year old with us, Manny went above and beyond to ensure the baby had food, water and dessert pretty quickly. Which made it possible for us to enjoy our dinner. Early reservation was seated upstairs in the outdoor dining area that was closed in while the entire warm indoor dining area was empty. I was cold and not happy . Food was great but would have been better if I was sitting inside the dining room. When you that kind of money atmosphere counts .

Amazing food. Everything was cooked perfectly. I took my girlfriend there for a romantic birthday dinner, and it was all I could have asked for. We had a nice quiet table nestled in a corner of the restaurant with windows overlooking the wharf. I highly recommend this restaurant for memorable occasions
