   We shared a bottle of wine that was listed as a special. A red blend from South Africa and it was really good! I had never had it. They explained the wine to us very well as they had just had a tasting with the wine rep the week prior. Our food was very good. Nice sized portions. Great service and we watched the derby so appreciated our table near the bar by the TV.

   Nice outside venue although the trucks can get loud around lunchtime. Food was great!

   We did not realize it was Restaurant Week, but we took advantage of the shrimp and grits special. The dish was a bit unexpected in the way the grits were prepared, but it was outstanding. Service by Denise was over the top. She let us take our time and helped us select the right wine for our meal, even providing several samples for us to try. We will be back.

   We really enjoyed our dinner here. The food was excellent. Jerred was an outstanding server. The atmosphere was nice. The Ska music was unusual but fun. Would definitely eat bthyere bagain.

    The food here is always wonderful and the service is always really good. Lately the menu has been really pared down and wine prices are really up. Bigger concern is that last few times I have been there it’s been empty. This is a neighborhood gem so be sure to support it!!
