    On a birthday roadtrip and spent two nights at the resort. Our dinner at 19 Steak was amazing. Had crab cakes, filet and salad, all was incredible but the highlight was our server Michael. What a wonderful personality and he provided excellent service. Thank you!!!!

    Absolutely love this restaurant .. everything tastes superb! Best filet mignon around .. baked potato large enough to share .. salads are fresh & crisp .. wonderful creme brulee. Enjoyed every minute and every bite!

    Hostess was fairly quick in seating us. Our reservation was rather late 7:45 pm so there were a couple of tables with 4 or more people at them and the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty. I got the shrimp cocktail that comes with 3 huge shrimp. Very good. They also brought out bread and a cracker type thing and butter. My bf got the New York Strip steak. The bf sad it was perfect. I got the 6 ounce chilled King Crab leg and the crab cakes. Both were very good but the crab cakes were somewhat cold. It would have been a 10 if it was hot. The waiter was super nice and was attentive. Dinner including drinks came to around $268 plus tax. I would recommend this place, just beware it’s pretty expensive.

    Our Server was great. My filet was not medium rare it had a brown center and was dry. He took it back and got another one out right away so I ate it. It also though was more medium than medium rare.

    We try to come up at least once a month, sometimes twice. We enjoy getting away from home and taking a hour plus drive to enjoy a nice quiet comfortable normally enjoyable dinner. Unfortunately this trip was anything but. There was a party of what looked to be 23-25 people, they were extremely loud hollering back and forth to each table. Sounded like something you’d see and hear at a Waffle House at 2 in the morning. Service was very sloppy and unusable bad. We were there for a little over an hour, giving the wrong salads to start, NEVER received our drinks that it originally took 20 min to even get ordered (if it wasn’t for the guy refilling our water, not sure what we would have done) and yes, we were still charged for them. Then once food got there we were hurried to finish, the only thing that got to the table quickly was the check. Very disappointed this trip, and may have to take a break from there for a while.

    The wine recommendation was spot on. Our server was spectacular. The prime rib was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the mashed potatoes were so creamy. The salad was crispy, well dressed, and big enough for an entrée. We will absolutely be back again.

    We have always enjoyed this restaurant, however this was probably one of the worst experiences we have had. We will still go back though. It was very loud in the restaurant, however they were very busy with the different parties going on. Our French Onion Soup, which is one of our favorites, was warm at best. The food then came about 5 minutes after getting our soup. Our baked potato was so cold the butter could not melt at all, and the steak was slightly overdone. The dessert was good as well as the service.

    They're obviously charging a premium price for the location of being in the casino. It is not typical to see these prices outside of something super high in like a Ruth Chris and the experience wasn't as good. However, the food was good. Not great. The open air restaurant was quite loud as they had a number of large parties who were obviously unaware of the noise they were making it difficult to both talk and hear my dining partner. The service was excellent. The portions were generous other than the king crab and when you spend $100 on a steak, you do expect a good cut, a good size and done correctly. I guess the only reason I feel this place should get knocked. A couple of points is just because the high price is comparable to other very high-end restaurants and the food was good but not great.

    This was the first time we have eaten there since it changed names. That being said we did not have the greatest meal experience. The service was great and everyone was very nice and attentive. My wife’s sea bass came out soaked in butter and was almost fried. They took that back and gave my wife a sea bass blackened. It took forever to come out and when it did it was rubbery and had a very strong fishy smell. After that we just asked for the check. My dinner was 3 cheese tortellini with braised beef. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t very warm and had little to no sauce on the noodles. Very dry. The Crab cakes and soup was excellent.

    We split an 8 ounce steak. We also ordered several sides. Altogether the bill was $150 and my steak was extremely overcooked and tough. The salad was very good and appetizers were okay. Server was excellent but food was not as expected especially for the price and the fact that they are supposed to be known for their steaks.

    Went in to get prime rib and i go to order it they are out... Well then the server said would you like some fresh bread while you decide on what you would like to order i said that would be fine then she comes back with these waffer crackers and says they are out of bread right now... by then i said i will just pay for my vodka and tonic and eat at the mexican place in the casino rather then the steak house. i may go back again some day but it was a huge bummer since i drove out there for the prime rib. The lady then says to me they are making two prime ribs tomorrow nite.. ok well thats not going to help me tonight lol ...... it was just a big let down all around.

    Our only questionable criticism is that we didn't get our bread until right before the entree. We would love to have had it with our salads. Michael was attentive, except for the bread, and not hovering. We knew what we wanted, before we got there, but would have like to have heard the featured item. We heard it from a nearby table, after we had ordered.

    Service was great and celebrating our wedding anniversary the staff made sure that we were taken care of. Food was excellent especaiily the rib-eye steak, and the salad was delicious and especally the rolls that was provided. we were pleasantly surprised that they gave us a dessert on the house which was also to die for. Overall Belterra's staff in the 19 restaurant was outstanding including the food.

    The service was fantastic. We’ve gotten the crab cakes on multiple occasions. 50/50 on the temperature and consistency. This time, the outside was hot and the center was still cold. 8oz filet was good, cooked as ordered. The crab Rangoon is always great. Side items are plenty big enough for two people to share. I’d recommend the baked potato loaded. Biggest potato you’ve even seen and all the toppings on the side in cups!

    We had a wonderful evening. Nikki our server was full of energy, checked in on us and truly accommodated a special evening. It was a pleasure having her as our waitress. We had the prime rib and it was very good. Cooked medium rare as requested. The sides are big enough to share and so are the salads. We were celebrating our summer birthdays and Nikki brought us both a piece of cheese cake on the house.
