1700° Steakhouse is a sophisticated, high-end restaurant featuring Midwestern prime, dry aged and certified Angus beef, seared to perfection in our 1700 degree broiler. The menu also has an abundance of the finest sustainable seafood from which to choose.
A place to see and be seen, this steakhouse is every bit as comfortable as it is refined. Large windows overlook Market Square, eight foot high glass wine cabinets showcase a substantial wine selection and feature photography walls, natural faux leather and cowhide finishes adorn the space.

Great steakhouse in Hilton. Food is amazing and service was fantastic. Great wine selection and fast service. Highly recommend it. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for! If you get Tyler as your waiter, you are winning !! He is awesome!

This was my first visit after hearing great things. Unfortunately my lobster tail was tough and my husband’s steak was rare rather than medium well as he had ordered, so he sent it back. continued to eat my potatoes and broccolini which were very good and work my way through one tail. When our server came to the table to let my husband know his steak would be out shortly, I was done for the most part. My husband told our server to keep the steak since I was just about done. The good news is that the manager came to see us and apologized and made things right, so we will be back to give it another try!

The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Food was fantastic. Wanted the biggest steak we could share. Didn’t realize most of the tomahawk weight was bone so we should have gone with the porterhouse but that’s ok, it was still delicious. 10/10 do recommend!

I ate here in early April and had the best steak ever - either a rib eye or delmonico; medium rare. I ordered the same steak this time and it just wasn't as good. It was very chewy — too much sinewy strands. It was cooked to the temperature I ordered though. We ordered the lump crab appetizer and it was a little tough and a little fishy. Last time I visited I had the crab added to my steak and it was divine. My husband had the lobster added to his steak this time and it was excellent. My family order the fillet mignon and enjoyed it. Mixed reviews. Great service.

All we expected for our anniversary dinner. EVERYTHING was delicious. Raw Oysters fresh and briny, Duck Burrata VERY well confectioned, Strip and Veal Chop cooked to perfection, all with a service that was cordial, yet unobtrusive (Thanks a mill, Joseph!). Well worth the price. In our opinion, all factors considered, the best fine dining experience in Central PA. We won't wait for the next year before coming back!

We usually love 1700 but Saturday evening was a disappointment. The apps of Scallop Aguachile and Duck Burrata Salad were both very good. We wanted a lighter meal so we each opted for the Striped Bass. Unfortunately, that was a total and complete miss. Both plates were so totally oversalted it was like eating a bowl of salt. Really bad. Plus, both pieces of fish were cooked properly on the exterior, but completely raw inside. We voiced our displeasure to our server, and the Manager was very responsive and offered to replace the fish. I agreed but my wife didn't want to try again. The second time, mine was fine, but what a fiasco. My thoughts are two-fold; one, maybe the chef was off for the holiday weekend, and we had the second team doing the cooking; and two, I'm guessing the fish was frozen and not completely defrosted, hence the raw interior. Who really knows, but either way, not up to par. Hopefully our next visit will be back to the normal standards and we'll probably stick to the beef.
