We had a wonderful dinner with friends here last Saturday just prior to the Coronavirus mandatory closing order for New York State. The restaurant was half empty, but the service and food was superb! Avocado Toast and Calimari appetizers were perfect. Our steak sandwiches, shrimp po' boy sandwich and salad were delicious. The service was outstanding. We are relatively frequent patrons of this restaurant and feel that the food quality is better than ever!

Always enjoy the food here. They always execute nicely.

My literal only complaint with the meal was that it was ridiculously hot in the restaurant. Otherwise the meal and the service were wonderful.

The food is always first rate. The menu choices are nice as there are a few "standard" items but others that change with the seasons and availability of fresh ingredients. The service was outstanding and very attentive, but never rushed.

Another amazing meal at 121! The service at this restaurant is impeccable from the moment we were greeted at the door by the hostess and General Mgr Mr Costin. They made us feel so welcomed. 121 is our "go to" in the lower Hudson Valley when we are seeking innovative and quality food without NYC pretension and travel commitment. This place NEVER disappoints on delivering really thoughtful, tasty food. When you are a chef, but need to accommodate the kids on a Saturday night, without sacrificing your own needs, 121 is the only place we go!

The service by john and all was outstanding he had a very attentive pleasant and engaged attitude as did everyone.

The food was delicious. Absolutely all of it. We were w 5 adults and toddler. Appetizers drinks entrees everything was fabulous. We had burgers and cod and octopus and calamari pizza chicken tuna wings. Excellent.
Very cozy. Was a little cold ( by windows) at first then they turned up heat upon request.
We had a birthday and brought dessert there was no up-charge.
Every one in the party thought the same- top shelf!
It wasn’t cheap at about 60.00 a head w tip. But I truly didn’t feel taken. In fact I almost changed our dinner plans for tomorrow night to this again.

AMAZING! We will definitely be back. Had the perfect New Years dinner here. So cozy and the warm smell of the wood burning in the fire place just added to the ambiance. This was our 2nd time but returned after 7 years. The new decor is really nice, the service was great , the food was delicious and we loved that the noise level was low.

Love this restaurant which we sometimes hit on our way upstate from the city. Charming farmhouse atmosphere with nice service and inventive menu. Servers are friendly but not intrusive and happy to make suggestions. The fig and burrata pizza is outstanding! Other choices we’ve enjoyed include the burger and the fried chicken sandwich. Have only been here for lunch but plan to come for dinner soon.

Cozy atmosphere and delicious food.

This has become our favorite restaurant. My husband and Uncle (he's 94) had the tomato bisque soup which was by far the best soup they have ever had. Next they had the filet mignon (cooked perfectly) and the parmesan crusted chicken. So delicious. The staff is so attentive to us. The hostess will come out and open the door for us, our waiter John Law is outstanding and even our servers are courteous. I cannot say enough about this place. We love it!

Everything was outstanding! Nice selection of unusual appetizers all tasty! Main courses were also very good and plentiful. Steaks were cooked as requested. Chocolate lava cake however was lukewarm - should have been much hotter. It was a Monday night, so not very crowded so nice & quiet!

We had wanted to find a new local place for Sunday dinner, so we tried 121 during Hudson Valley restaurant week. Service was spotty at best. We spent a lot of time waiting. Steak ordered medium- well came more med-rare and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Someone brought us dessert and never asked if we wanted coffee or after-dinner drinks, so we ate without coffee. The restaurant was not crowded, so I can't understand why the staff was not more attentive. We had to take our check to the front desk to pay after waiting too long again...we stood at the front desk watching the hostess chatting with another staff member by the bar. She never noticed us there waiting. All in all, not a good experience. We are very disappointed with the service, but the food was AMAZING.

The food was delicious and prepared nicely. And the overall feel of the place is warm and inviting. Our only complaint was that we felt that the service was spotty. When the wait staff was available they were great. But there a few times when we found ourselves needing something and no one was readily available. The ambiance is nice and laid back. We will definitely be back and hope for better luck with our waiter.

In the past I would have recommended 121, but I would not for restaurant week. Service was sloppy and rushed. Food was sub par.

Food was good. Service was slow. We went for lunch during Restaurant Week so the prices were good. Regular menu prices are high and nothing on the menu that I would go out of my way for.

Great food. Waitress was not impressive. We went for restaurant week menu and it was tasty and portions were good size.

Our meal was great as always!! We had the corn chowder that was probably the best we ever had. The cream sauce was light and it was filled with vegetables. We also had the chicken with risotto and cream spinach and it was cooked to perfection. It has become our favorite dinner. Our waiter was again outstanding.

Drinks were great. Fried calamari appetizer was a little underdone. Main courses were good, although the hanger steak was a little uninspiring.

Very fun vibe inside dining room! Warm and cozy great for weekday lunch. Food is fresh and with a twist. Cocktails are delicious.
