I celebrated my birthday here. In general everything was good. The fees are a bit pricy and the food was ok- (I had margarita pizza). We were only able to play 2 1/2 games within the hour 😞

Very expensive and it isn’t even a very nice bowling alley. A lot of bowling alleys are outdated but wow was this place. Even outrageously priced white claws.

10Pin was very clean (super important these days) and our family had a great time. Our visit was part of the package with the Go city pass, which was a fantastic deal. The food and drinks were awesome, staff was wonderful, and a good time was had by all!

Overpriced for an experience during the pandemic. We couldn’t even finish one game of bowling in an hour and had to pay for another hour to finish. Would not recommend. Atmosphere is very dated and nothing special.

Made free reservation online, as advised for Mon 3/29/21, no problems there. In reservation notes added comment about requesting 2 lanes (knowing a request only). We arrived 10 minutes early and got in right away (after paying $30 per person including shoes for an hour). Asked upon check in for 2 lanes (there were 4 of 16 or so lanes in use) and were declined. We didn’t even get through 10 frames for our party of 6 in an hour when we could have easily been able to occupy 2 lanes and not interfered with other bowlers. This was quite disappointing. Looking back, I would have made 2 separate reservations so that we could have had 2 lanes. The bartender was very nice and the food was great, but disappointed in the refusal to accommodate for use of 2 lanes (next to each other, which they would not occupy with another party anyways due to social distancing restrictions.

Overall overpriced. Two ladies at the welcome/check-in desk were very rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. We didn’t receive any important factors that was valuable during our visit.

I had a great time at 10 pin bowling lounge. It was such a great experience and I definitely will be back. The only problem I had was with the Barbecue wings I forgot to tell them not to fry them hard other than that I had a wonderful experience.

We had a great time! 10pin did a good job of keeping everyone socially distanced and they were very thorough with cleaning and sanitizing. The music was good! The pretzel and pepperoni pizza was delicious. Great spot for a fun date night!

We did not try the food, just went for bowling. The lane locked up several times, and seeing as we paid by the hour, any time spent fixing the issue was money wasted. It was 21+ after 8pm, so you’d think based on that fact and the crowd of people that were there that they would play music more fitting to the scene. The music was the strangest selection for a bowling alley period, and especially for an urban crowd of 21+.

Please mind the videos and music being played.

It was uncomfortable seeing or watching some scenes with kids.

But overall everything was perfect!

The lane wasn’t working for the first 30 minutes of our scheduled reservation. After, talking to the woman at the desk 3 times about the issue they finally moved us over to the next lane which worked fine but why they couldn’t do that in the first place is what I’m not understanding. I understand there is a lot going on right now but if good service isn’t possible under the current circumstances then just keep it closed.

They need more bartenders. It’s only one bartender who servers everyone so you’re waiting about 10 minutes to get a simple drink.

Music was unnecessary loud. There was only a few customer, so they could of lower the music. I wish the prices were cheaper too. $25 per hour per customer. It should at least be $18 per hour.

Staff was friendly (Only saw 2 people) however the place felt somewhat rundown and the computer on our lane always incorrectly registered our score which we came to think was a bad read on one of the outside pins. Add to the computer switching bowlers randomly in the middle of turn and scorekeeping was basically useless. Food was so so. Open Table made the food seem better when making our reservation however to us it felt like decent bar food.. not bad however nothing special. Place just felt old and in need of some TLC..

Super expensive. $148.00 just to get in the door for 4 people and parking. Not to mention that only got us a game and a half before the wanted more money. Overall they had a great staff and the food was decent. The atmosphere was good and it wasn’t overly crowded, so my family had a great time.

Made reservations for my partners birthday and received the text the day prior confirming our attendance and I confirmed that we were coming. It was snowing bad that night and we took and Uber with our bowling bags in tote just to find out they weren’t open for business. So we wasted money on an Uber to and from in the middle of a snow storm with bowling bags which aren’t easy to roll in the snow.
So giving a poor review because this could have all been avoided if they just turned off their reservation services on Open Table until they are able to reopen.
Thanks!
