We did the $70 pp that includes shoes 2 hours of bowling abd unlimited premium drinks. Food is separate, Potatoe skins were bland but the chicken nachos and BBQ chicken wings were delicious (or the drinks kicked in and the food just taste better) either way, overall it was a great time for a decent price. (If you're a drinker it's definitely worth it)

It is play by the hour and we requested 15 minutes more to finish the frame and it took the 30 minutes just to add 15 minutes to the frame and it wasn’t even the full 15 minutes it was like 10 so we could if even finish the frame. Too expensive and better places in the city to go to for the price.

It was a very terrible experience. They lied about pricing and the staff an all the waitresses treated us rude and unfairly. Telling the people in my group if you don’t bowl you can’t be at the lanes. Telling us it’s mandatory that we order food and drinks if not our party has to leave. The level of disrespect we experienced i will never return nor would i have any of my friends visit this place.

The bowling was fine, but the music and the atmosphere was pretty awful. Trying to plan a fun outing with friends and the music was generic 80s music for an audience 50 or older. I was looking for some fun music, hip hop/ something to dance to and there was none. I asked several times and they acted like they couldn’t control the music at all which I didn’t believe. Bowling was fine but atmosphere was dead.

Service was really great. The one issue we had was the our reservation was for 2:00. We used the city pass which included two slices of pizza and a drink for each person. We were informed that the establishment normally Opens at 4 and the cook wasn’t in yet. At 4 the cook still wasn’t in so we didn’t get what we were supposed to get. Other than that, it’s a really great place.

We had a reservation for 9:00 and when we got there at 8:50 they said it was only gonna be a few. So I assumed he meant 10 min until it was 9:00. I was wrong I went back at 9:05 and said what’s the deal. He said we are understaffed and we had a lot of reservations. I said I have one he said sorry I will come get you and blew me off and walked away. I canceled instantly and said enjoy the business while you got it cause it won’t last long if you treat all your customers like this. I was on vacation so I don’t have to worry about ever going back again that is for sure.

I would recommend 10pin, a lot of fun, the only issue is that everyone’s patties were jammed pack together. Not a lot of room for a party of 8 being on one lane and the other parties on both sides were all swished together. Food was good. Customer service was great.

Our lane was broken down for 45 mins, and they refused to comp us more than 20 mins. The service was great, but the drinks were severely overpriced.

The lanes are also very close together, and the booths are not a private booth but a bench against the wall not separated from the other bowlers. On top of that, they don’t seem to have a max of total bowlers for a lane, so the table next to us had 10 people and were coming into our space.

All in all very poor experience.

Me and a buddy bowled 4 games and had pizza and our bill was $154!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourself for charging people $55 a person to bowl!! I just bowled 3 games last weekend and it was $11 in the suburbs!!

Nice place good open space for bigger groups had a fun theme the light were cool although we weren’t attended right away waitresses avoided our table until we asked for service . Other than that great place amazing food! Pizza and wings hit the spot would come again !

Had a great server. Had a blast but be ready to spend money! $55 for an hour lane rental and then $3.00 per shoes. We played dome shuffle board and ping pong which was also pro rated on the $55 hourly rate.
It’s a fun place for sure and we enjoyed the good and drink selection. Just pricey

Service has gone down hill, prices have skyrocketed, our group of 6 had to change lanes not once but twice because they malfunctioned and all of the video screens had the same boring sports station. I have been going to 10pin for over 15 years and find it is not the fun, affordable place it used to be.

We reserved 2 lanes for 2 hours for my son's birthday celebration. Everything started off really nice. We were greeted nicely at the front desk. Our server came over immediately and introduced herself. The kids played a few rounds of ping pong while we waited on the rest of our party to arrive and then it started. The lanes that they originally told us that we had, were not ours and we had to move over 2 lanes. No big deal because again we were still waiting on a few people. Once our guest arrived and we started playing, our server was great. She got our orders, they brought out our food and drinks but as the time went on, it became harder and harder to find her. We had to go to the other side where the bar is located to get our server. Half way through the game, both of the lanes started stalling and would not reset all while our time was running down. I had to go to the desk at least 8 times. After about the 9th time, they moved us to 2 different lanes next to where we were playing but then those started stalling and would not reset which had me back up at the desk another 2-3 times. At this point, the guest were frustrated and no one really wanted to play anymore. The momentum of the games was gone and the guest started venturing off which left my son and a few friends that were left to just play off whatever time was left. On a positive note, the food was really good (chicken and steak quesadillas) and the drinks from the bar were great (I needed one after this ordeal). At the end of it all, the only thing we received was a FULL bill ($400), no apology and 20 minutes added back to the bowling time which no one wanted to play at that point.

The scoring and computer system on the lane we were assigned malfunctioned. Not once or twice. Three times I had to go to the counter and ask the employee to reset the system. Each time I was told “that should do it”. Each time it didn’t.

I feel like this bowling alley is wildly expensive for no reason. $55/hr for a lane or $9/game.... plus shoes. Our lane was tweaking for about 8 minutes, and they did not add any time back on our game.

First and foremost..the service was awful. The only nice and helpful person was the gal at the check in desk. Very sweet.
Bartender was lazy and on her phone most of the time. The waitress never came to our table. The nachos tasted suspect, so I stopped eating them. We got one game free as I was staying next door, played one more game and each had one drink. $62.00
what a rip.

I would never go back. The location is decent and is the only reason I went. The bowling lanes are terrible. The lanes have No oil and not level. Shoes are also old and do not slide. Its like bowling bare feet. The balls are ok and nicely differentiated by weight. The score keeping system is a joke. The sound system needs to be modernized. The only nice feature is the big screen TV's above the pins. But I came to bowl and not watch music videos. Carpeting is old and dirty. I don't know who designed this place but it really is a joke. Plus it is expensive: $10 per game for what?
