service was mediocre especially for the price you’re going to pay for a dinner of 2. Waiter was terrible, host was slow. Waited for 10 min while the hostess was nowhere to be found. Reservation at 715. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it’s a Saturday night I get it. I look inside and it’s NOT even full. Waiter was slow and inattentive. Placed our order, waited 30-40 minutes for our food to come out, not even a single update from the waiter about the food, no apology, no refills. Over all experience, probably will not come back. Sadly this place was recommended by a work friend to be a great serviced restaurant.
Tender chicken kebabs with sumac and a just right amount/hint of char; pita pillows fresh out of the oven, tasty by themselves, but couldn't stop eating with the za'atar and yogurt dip; loved the tender and not a hint of bitter brussels spouts with roasted grapes, fig jam, micro greens and yogurt. Friendly service. Love this place, can't wait to return many times.
Sophisticated meal of mush.
We went for Valentines Day dinner, a four course meal. The food quality was terrible, almost food-truckish. Like eating at a fast food place. It was a rip off for the price of $250 we paid for two. Food tasted like a $5-10 meal. The ambience and decor was boring, could have been decorated more for the occasion. I would never go here again.
- texture of hummus was watered down
- lobster tail - where do I begin? It was rubber. Couldn’t down it.
- pita bread - initially was uncooked. Had to request cooked bread
- grape leaves - could barely cut it in half, too sour, cheap quality like everything else
- dessert - next! The pistachio ice cream melted in no time and had no pistachios, full on artificial flavoring
- champagne - extremely low quality, couldn’t drink it
Place was expensive for a small portion but the food was good. They took forever with my dessert i ended up leaving.
Even with Valentines Day crowd, food was outstanding. Our service for our table of 8 was attentive. Lamb, lobster and filet were all cooked to perfection. Hot pita with starters was also a nice touch. Noise level was not too high. The featured musician made the evening. Well done!
10e was a walk-by find. I checked out the menu, made a reservation, and discovered my new favorite restaurant in DTLA. I have already booked a repeat visit. Food was excellent! Service was good. Couldn't wish for anything better.
We ordered the Family Style land version and everything was delicious! One of us got the vegetarian flatbread (turned it vegan by omitting cheese) and that bread was the most airy and soft bread ever. It was a great place, a little pricey but a great experience.
The food was really good but our server seemed to be overwhelmed and trying to take on too much. He was waiting tables as well as making drinks behind the bar which lead to waiting 30 minutes to get the expresso’s and icrecream we ordered for dessert. We mentioned something to hostess but never a response as to why but about 10-15 mins again to wait for them to have someone else bring it to us. The service needs some real improvement but again food is great.
Great brunch spot in DTLA. Never been disappointed with the food or service. Always surprisingly empty when we come. This is always for their brunch. I have never been here in the evenings. Might be busier at that time. But again, food is excellent. Portions fair. Flavors on point!!
If you’re looking for a different spin on brunch, quiet, no rush atmosphere where you can enjoy the company of friends with good food and drink, this is the place!!
Many great choices for a vegan couple.
Delicious food, especially chicken shawarma and Brussel sprouts
Outstanding food and service, at first we thought the service was going to be rough, as out waiter seemed to be alone... but he ended up being amazing! We will be back💝
Very good food and excellent service.
Flat bread and hummus was very good. Had the lamb chops and it was cooked right. Service was good. Nice place and will come with friends.
Best Mediterranean food around, authentic, looks beautiful and tastes even better.
Great place with great food
The food was good but portion size was super small for the value
Excellent Mediterranean cuisine and friendly service.
Loved the food. Ordered hummos, tabbouleh, baba, labne, grape leaves and fattoush for apps.
And lamb lule kebabs and chicken shawarma for mains.
Everything was on target except the shawarma which was sadly bland. Almond rice was delish.
As part of the meal you got freshly baked hot pita that just hits the spot.
Service was great.
Highly recommended!!
We had a really nice time -- they were very busy and the noise level increased as the night went on. However, it was NYE so we just went with it. Nice restaurant--I have been there many times and will keep returning.
The hostess, server, and rest of the staff were attentive and there to provide whatever we needed to make it a great experience. We definitely recommend and will be back when we are in town. The food was fresh and fantastic.
Christmas night family Dinner. We absolutely loved 10e. The Decor was beautiful. The service was great and the food was exceptionally delicious! We cannot wait to go back!
The food was delicious. It has a nice setting and good location. It is accessible and easy to find.
Good service w/ great food. Everything was good, hummus, manti, and chicken shawarma.
Beautiful space. Good service. Didn’t love what we ordered.
Best octopus ever had. Not crazy about the Armenian spicy sausage, but everything else was delicious. Service was a bit below average but considering the bustle of the holidays, it wasn't poor enough to avoid visiting again
Excellent all around, but two things stood out to me: (1) freshly made pita bread - best I've had! and (2) Armenian beer - two types, never tried them before.
Enjoyed something new: muhamara...a roasted pepper and walnut spread.
This is a beautiful room in the middle of downtown. We had an early dinner having come from matinee at the theater. This Armenian/Lebanese place has wonderful fresh food that is beautiful to look at on the plate and delicious to eat. The hummus had fried or baked chick peas on top which gave the plate a crunch factor I haven't had previously The Kabobs and Shwarma is delicious all sauces were clean and crisp
Great views, not enough blankets!
This is the best Armenian-Lebanese place that I have ever been. I will be back!
Great food, service...All Top Notch!
We went to 10e after seen Dear Evan Hanson at the Ahmanson. Our friends wanted Persian food and this restaurant was fantastic.
Lamb chops, lamb kebob and chicken shwarma were over the top.
Hummas, cucumbers and brussel sprouts were great also.
We will return the next time we are in DTLA for dinner.
Used to be one of my favorite spots downtown. Unfortunately the menu has changed significantly and the food just isn't as good.
amazing food, excellent service!
Food is excellent and we look forward to many more visits. Service is limited and therefore slower than we prefer. Need more waiting staff.
Absolutely outstanding.
For not being very busy it took quite a while to be sat. When we ordered, which took a while, everything came out fairly quick. The restaurant was amply staffed but it seemed there were a ton of people not doing much considering the length of time it took to get sat, receive water and bread refills and get the check. However, the food was fantastic all around.
I will definitely come back to 10e. Food and service was great. Very close to the theater area. Beautiful building inside. A hidden treasure.
Great food, lights way too bright
