Great food and service as always!!!

The food and service were, for the most part, adequate. However, I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant’s failure to adhere to the occupancy restrictions. It seemed as though they were seated at 100% capacity, with large groups at some tables

Food at 100 South was very good with the exception of the broccoli which wasn’t cooked enough. Service was attentive and courteous. One concern, the tables were not spaced enough under the current conditions.

Food was delightful, and the staff treated us to a slice of delicious ice cream cake for our anniversary. Only minor fault was the infrequent visits from our waiter, which ran our 1:30 lunch date until 3:30 with no appetizers or drinks, despite being the only party in our half of the establishment, with one other small group on the bar side that we saw. My husband got the Delmonico and I enjoyed the steak pasta, both from the dinner menu. The steak was really delicious and my pasta lasted two additional meals from the leftovers!

We had 630pm reservations to celebrate a birthday made 5 days in advance. We arrived to a closed restaurant. They had my phone number and could have called to cancel if they were not going to be open. I will not bother with this place again. Given the capacity restrictions in place there could not have been that many reservations to call and cancel. It’s simple courtesy.

Service was amazing. Attentive and fun server, hosts were able to accommodate our reservation change without making us wait at all! Food was great! Good proportions and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Host and waiter were great! I ordered the aged strip steak $48 and the flavor was outstanding! Unfortunately I ordered it medium and received it medium well to well. The manager sent over a free mud pie in apology.

The filet I had was like butter and my dirty martini was superb!!
Wish their bathroom were cleaner.... super gross! Not sure if they are sharing it with another business, but that needs some attention stat!!

The biggest disappointment about our visit was the food. Our server was nice but our food was not hot when it was brought to the table and the steaks were bland. Out of the 5 hot dishes we ordered, 4 were not hot, we told the server, she apologized and reheated our steaks in the microwave lol. We didn’t feel like sending it all back because we just didn’t want to wait or even deal with the issue at the time. Then there was a server carrying on a conversation with the people at the table next to us (she was not servicing the table) and her butt was turned towards our table and food. My date got her attention, she turned around, looked highly offended, moved and did not apologize. Later on she came by to apologize but we were appalled and offended by her reactions. Also, the women’s bathroom had water on the floor from a leaky toilet & their mirrors were dirty. The experience overall was just disappointing, I will not return to this location.

Awful time. Will not be going back probably ever again. Here are my reasons:
1. I had a 715 reservation, they’re backed up, wait was supposed to be 20 minutes, ok no problem, wait time was an hour.
2. All the guests were placed against the outer perimeter of the building, We were placed right in the center basically in the pathway of every single person that had to walk to get to the back to go to the bathroom. We were even nuisance for the waiters/waitresses, busboys. Very odd place to put a couple of you ask me.
3. This has to be probably the most concerning, besides our waiter who was older, no one cared to wear masks. Not the guests arriving, no one walking in the back, past our table, I mean for god sake, there were waiters/waitresses bringing out food maskless to other tables. Getting very close to guests like COVID didn’t even exist. We decided to take several pictures of this. This is a Carefree environment basically.
4. Steaks came out and they were cold, sent it back, cooks come out, give us dirty looks, they bring out another one, could’ve expected this one, steak is raw inside. The manager even agreed. Takes it back, comes out again, still raw. Takes it back, now it’s over cooked. At this point we have given up.

We were stunned on how unprofessional and careless this experience was. I mean I went there awhile back and everything was just perfect, so what happened?

Now I’m being reasonable with myself here on the fact that businesses have closed indefinitely, and it’s truly disappointing in all, this place probably stays open because of the lack of rules with its employees/guests and I’m sure people love it... but that does NOT mean that you should be careless for the safety of everyone trying to eat at your restaurant.

Lastly, they did take off the steaks of our final bill, well deserved and thank you for that, but all in all just a horrid experience.

The steaks were scrumptious as was a pasta dish and an enormous portion.

Nuts to butts in this place last night. Nobody was wearing a mask, not even the staff. Food was subpar: odd meat, boxed mashed potatoes, a way too big portion of creamed spinach. Way too expensive for what it was. Had a better steak and service at Outback. Stay home.

The food was mediocre, the ambience was non-existent, the noise level was through the roof where we had to yell to hear each other. The place was full of unmasked millennials hugging and kissing each other and the employees, the seating was nowhere near 6 feet apart. Every table was packed, we were so uncomfortable we left quickly and will never return. I have reported this restaurant to the health department and would never consider returning. The should be closed down.

Steak was just about terrible. Run of the mill store bought grill at home quality. Not $50 restaurant. I wasn’t expecting Gibson’s but it was really pretty bad. Music was loud. Staff was fine.

Horrible new Year's Eve dinner. Sat there for over 15 mins before a server even came to table. Place was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Appetizers were totally over priced for what you get. Food was good tho

This place never disappoints. Food and service always superb. Brought family members here for the first time and they can’t wait to go back.

We had a very nice Christmas Eve dinner here! Very friendly staff and the food was out of this world!!!

Had a lively Christmas Eve dinner with my family. Chili calamari and stuffed mushroom appetizer were spectacular. Prime rib and strip steaks were cooked to perfection. Service was on point, will be back.

I was very disappointed to see the they were ignoring health protocols. Waitress whose mask was on her chin half the time, tables less than 6 feet apart, a table with 13 people together. Very sad. IK would have said something to management, but my husband prefer not to draw attention of that nature. UIf we all don't follow the rules, it makes it hard for everyone...
