10 East Kitchen & Tap House
We had reservations for 6:00 p.m. but ended up waiting. There were a couple of large parties and that were still lingering. Once they left, it took a little longer to get us seated. The only complaint I have is that the front door remains open when people leave. The night we were there was raining and cold. Our table was just on the other side of the partition from the door. Once we were seated, everything was wonderful after that. The service and the food was excellent.
The food was good. The service was horrible. We had to ask several times for our bill. Had to track down server to get more drinks on multiple occasions.
Reservation was made for Mother's Day. There was not any notification that only a buffet style menu was available during the reservation process. We do not like the buffet style and were not able to order from the menu as anticipated. Therefore we left and found another restaurant.
We normally enjoy the food at 10 East and will go back, and would recommend to friends. Just not when there is a buffet style offering instead of menu.
This should have been noted on the reservation site in my opinion.
Service, food & drinks were great
Our waiter was great! The food we ordered was ok. the chicken sandwich was dry and the bread was very toasted. The beer was delicious.
Easter Sunday. Made reservations and walked right in. A table got up and left as we arrived saying their food hadn’t arrived after ordering 60 minutes earlier. ?!?!?! Our food was on our table 30 minutes later. Staff was great & friendly.
Open table gets me in while there are crowds... lifesaver!
We had reservations and were seating in the bar area. I always thought that the bar area was first come first serve? Also our drinks were AWFUL. When we told our server, she didn’t immediately offer to take them back, rather asked if we wanted more simple syrup to doctor them up. She came back with two shot glasses full of syrup and her and I had to mix our own drinks at the table. The food was super bland. Truffle Mac n Cheese that had mushrooms. Mushrooms are not truffles. It was soupy and on a huge plate reeking of Parmesan. The pizza was okay, but had had better. The best tasting item was the house salad with ranch. Very disappointing.
What an absolutely incredible experience. I took my wife to 10 East for a valentines dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately. Drinks and appetizers were amazing and the service was extremely friendly and personal. The draft beer selection is exceptional. The menu is diverse and inventive but we were blown away by the quality of our dinner. An absolute must-try if you are in the area.
I recommend if you are not in a hurry, The chocolate martinis are awesome, I had the porkchop with apple jalapeno sauce and the double baked potato, wife had the stuffed chicken with double baked potato. Food was good just very disappointed with the amount of time it took to get the food after ordered.
The burger was a bit overdone but I would have sold my left arm for more hop stickers.
Loved the food. Our waitress was reasonably attentive, but the hostess was not super friendly. Appetizer came quickly, but entrees were quite slow in coming.
Had great food and excellent service. Great place to get together with friend.
I’ve been here several times and am never disappointed with the quality of the food. I’ll continue to eat there!
The food is ALWAYS great but the service is terrible. It took us 30 minutes to get an appetizer and they weren’t even busy.
The food was very tasty, but the steak seemed much smaller than 8 oz and was somewhat gristle-y. Also, we didn’t love the location of the table we were placed at, but the service was great, and we still enjoyed our dinner out.
When we arrived, they did not have my reservation, not sure why because I received a confirmation. Dinner was VERY slow. It has changed since we were there a year ago. Bummer!
Food was ok, nothing special.
We were seated quickly after making reservations. Food was excellent. We did have to wait a little but understandable, they had a party of 25 before we got there. Service good other than a wait.
Our service and food was amazing!
Our server was so accommodating to our vegan and gluten free diet. We sat in the caboose it was gorgeous. Will be back have already recommended it to friends and family.
I used to LOVE going to 10 East and their braised short ribs were my jam! Since mid-2018 ownership has changed and I can tell. Food is good but it used to be great and the braised short ribs are off the menu... Boo hoo. Not sure how often I'll come back...
We had 5:15 reservations thinking we could be in and out in time for the Christmas parade. We got there early and was seated in the bar. Ordered around 5:15. At 6:00 our waitress, who was busy helping other tables and kinda neglecting us, came over to tell us that the kitchen was backed up due to 3 large parties. We asked how long it would be and if we could cancel. She left to ask the kitchen and, lo and behold, she and another server came out with our food. We weren’t the only ones either. Tables that ordered before us were still waiting for their food when we left. Also, while waiting for our food, I get a call from the restaurant. I go to the front desk to ask why they called and the girl that sat us wanted to know if we had been seated. SMH. After we left for the parade, I get 2 more calls from the restaurant. I ignored the calls just like we were ignored at dinner. This was probably an isolated incident because we have been here many times with no issues.
Had a reservation for 5:15pm and it took them 45 mins to sit us, when we went to finally be seated, all the booths were empty. Low staffed, food took over an hour to be served.
Always a pleasure running here. This place is quite popular, so a reservation is always a great way to skip the line and head right into taste testing and great food.
The Crew made our birthday celebration more than we hoped for! Great food and drinks. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Joseph for a spectacular evening. The caboose was the perfect place for our birthday party.
We made reservations, and arrived on time. We were seated promptly, and given water, and a menu. We ordered a flight of different beers, and 2 of the 4 were not filled. I can only guess that the foam settled and left the glasses not full, but these issues are the bartenders, and the server should notice these things as well since they were placed on the table in this condition. We ordered an appetizer, which took 25 minutes to get to the table, and on was not what we ordered. Apology from who delivered it to us, which was not our server, and returned to the kitchen. Five minutes later the same appetizer, wrong again was sent to our table, which we said again wasn't what we had ordered. Finally after being seated for 45 minutes the correct appetizer arrived, which was good. We, at the time of our appetizer order had ordered a meal to share, which was never brought to our table, even after we finished the appetizer, so at that point we decided to tell the waitress we would not be interested in having the meal that was ordered an hour ago. They were apologetic, and said there was a large group upstairs from Gallo. Seems to me that this is poor planning on the staff, and the customers shouldn't had sub-par service due to poor leadership.
Great food value great service
Always amazing. Great beers on tap that are always rotating, so there's always something new to try. Cudos to the chef, the food is amazing.
Went for lunch after the antique fair and waitress had us seated right away. She recommended the perfect beer based on our preferences. While the lunch menu was small, the choices were very good! We've been here twice before for dinner with friends and will definitely continue to visit.
Leah was an amazing waitress.
I placed a request to get an reservation on a Saturday night. Met long time friends who had never dined at 10 East, myself included. My wife had taken her mother there for her 75th birthday. I found the atmosphere very nice. The food was outstanding , the drinks very good. The service was excellent. I definitely be back.
It was a great brunch. Their menu has something for everyone.
Love this place. Delicious beers and bottomless mimosas. Food was yummy. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I hate that we live so far. We would frequent it more. Thanks for the awesome service!!
It's gone downhill. Service is slow even when no one there and food was cold and no flavor. Used to be sooo good
The restaurant used to be really good but it has gone downhill majorly. The food tastes way too commercialize and lacks flavor, which it never used to. The service also too far longer than it should have- it says on the menu to please allow time for the food to be made, but this was seriously ridiculous. I even had to walk by the bathroom myself just to see if my food was ready, which it was. It was sitting on the warming counter for about 10 minutes after I had walked by. The service took so long that the elderly couple sitting next to us got up and left before they even received their food. Super unfortunate... I was really excited to come here, but I won’t be coming back. Table 26 never has service like this.
Amazing food. Great service and a cool place. The patio is great at night.
Had lunch with friends at 10 East, service was good, it was quiet enough to have real conversation. Staff did not rush us out. The food was good and for a good price. Overall a very pleasant afternoon meal.
The 5 of us went here for dinner. It was busy. Food was fair. Nothing exceptional. Little on the expensive side. Half of the beers on their "extensive" beer list were out. We sat in one of the rail cars. The chandeliers over the booths were slowly spinning due to the air conditioning blowing on them making the room feel like it was also slowly spinning. And to go with the spinning, there was a low obnoxious thrumming sound coming from the ceiling. We would have left except it was Father's day and we would not be able to get in anywhere else. Will not be back and do not recommend.
Great overall. A large, loud party was downstairs so we asked to be seated upstairs. Much better!
