After London and Dubai , this is another pearl to try. Quite different and less formal than Dubai and London, Zuma Miami gives the same culinary feeling and taste of those in a more relaxed ambiance. Our waiter was very professional and she suggested all the creations very well. This is a place to visit whenever in Miami. Valet parking efficient even a little bit expensive.

Great food. No complaints there whatsoever. We were a party of 5 so we had a chance to sample a selection of dishes. While the portions appear small for the price, one left the restaurant feeling comfortable as opposed to stuffed. We had a late dinner (after 10pm) and even then the restaurant was very busy, very lively. Nonetheless, our servers (we had several) were always right there and available if ever we needed anything. I loved how quickly our used plates disappeared. While I loved the various cocktails, my one gripe is that they were very watered down. At $15+ a pop I could get a more alcohol infused cocktail at Sugar Cane. Overall it was an excellent dining experience. It was only a few days ago yet it's still on my mind.

We had the Miami Spice menu for lunch which was very reasonably priced but my wife ordered two glasses of Chardonnay, I had a vodka tonic and a Japanese beer, two cortaditos and the bill, was $ 140.00 for lunch including taxes and tip. I found the prices for the liquor extravagant and also the overall bill. We also waited 20 minutes for our car from the valet parking. Overall conclusion: won't be back unless somebody else pays and they fix the valet parking situation.

On my first visit I was shoved in the back corner and felt like I was the bad boy in 3rd grade. I decided to give them a 2nd chance because of the wonderful reviews. This time it was about the food. I went for Miami Spice. Service was a little stiff and unfriendly but the food was spot on. That is what it is about. The waiter was polite but did not explain our food. Lunch was busy. Any pointers always sent me back to menu with the waiter only recommending the most expensive items on the menu. Overall good experience and enjoyed watching the yachts and ships passing by on the Miami River. 8 out of 10!

GREAT FOOD & SERVICE! Best pick for Miami Spice 2014! Starter: Seared Beef Tataki - Quality of meat was great, flavors were light and tasteful. Yellow tail avocado roll was made well. Fresh, skilled and topped w/ a slice of jalapeno for a kick. Salmon Avocado Roll was great. They give you 6 large pieces, fresh fish, made perfectly. Mushroom Gyoza, delicious. Entrees: Chilean Seabass it was so good never had it this perfect before! cooked to perfection, buttery and melt-in-your-mouth impressive with a little salad on top. I had the Skirt Steak on Medium it came a shiso lime sauce and japanese sweet potatoes. we wee very happy the meal meal. Not to forget the great service, professional & friendly from Lendsay!!

Although this restaurant is great for lunch or dinner on any day, their brunch on weekends is fabulous. They put out a great buffet with sushi, sashimi, and other hot and cold items plus you get a menu so you can select an entree, and finally they serve a beautifully presented dessert with a variety of items including fruit, sorbet and other varied delicate dessert portions. They also include a specialty drink and unlimited champagne. This brunch is offered in 3 fixed price choices where the difference in the first 2 is in the entree choices and the 3rd choice also includes a more expensive champagne choice. Zuma has a great vibe and is highly recommended on any day but if you like Japanese and are looking for brunch, it's the best in town.

If you enjoy sushi this is a must in Miami. The ambiance is loud but vibrant. The food is amazing and all prepared before your eyes. The yelling done by the sous when food is ready is annoying when the noise level quiets down but that's rare. Overall a must try for sushi lovers but a warning the cost can be prohibitive for frequent repeat visits.

The food here is excellent, which is why we come back. The service has always been more snooty than friendly, though professional. This time, we had to request several times for the table to be evened as it was wobbly. During the meal, the servers/bussers are way too quick to request to take your plate… even when there is food still on it. Very uncomfortable. They rush you through! Then, when the bill came, after 20% gratuity was added, the server told us and then repeated that although the gratuity was already added, this was not for the server, so we should add more if we wanted to give her a tip! Crazy! Who was it for, then? Tacky. Left a bad taste in our mouth after a delicious meal. Bravo to the chefs! Boo to the service team.

Saturday at 1:30 PM. Brunch. Valet service was perfect. My reservation time was respected as a british could not do. The buffet, delicious, as well as the ambience. No crowd, no loud music, nothing. We ate a lot. The buffet had many hot options, as well as sushis and sashimis. For the Brazilians, there were "espetinhos" made of chicken and beef with a special sauce. Risotto, spicy tenderloin, octopus and a lot of satisfaction. It is not cheap, but each cent is well spent. Enjoy!
