ZOCALO Restaurant and Tequila Bar offers inspired regional Mexican cuisine through contemporary and classic preparations of traditional flavors. "Everything was great, but our seating. We made a reservation for dinner for 4 people at 9pm. When we arrived we were seated in the bar area at a high top. 5 minutes after we received our drinks the 2 person band came back from break and the singer was so loud we could not even carry on a conversation. We will go back because the food was excellent, but no way will we sit in the bar area again!!!"

"Trio of Guacamoles & Salsas are a must.
Enchiladas Suizas were flavorful and not overly sauced - would recommend.
Carne Asada was delicious - tender, great flavor and the pablano/onion side fantastic.
Try the Grapefruit Margarita with the surpising spicy kick.
Service timing was a little off - food courses were a little too close together; follow-up service was a bit slow."

"Usually a great experience, but our waiter, was not very attentive at all to our needs, he let our drinks go dry so we switched over to cola, and he only checked on us once after the meal was served, the busboy saw uys more than our waiter, the party's next to us 4 to the right and 4 to the left he (waiter) was VERY attenetive to them, maybe because they were white and maybe had alot of money? I am white my wife hispanic, and the waiter was hispanic....so who knows, but we only gave him a 4.00 tip, I told my wife he should have got ZERO. Hopefully just a fluke......also I ordered the carne asada, didn't come with rice which it usually does and by the time he came back I was already finished, also he never offered us dessert just the check.."
