Zio CecioLover's Lane Find....15 minutes outside of central Dallas but worth the trip! Francesco is the owner. Zio "Uncle" so it's "Uncle Cecio" , Cecio being short for Francesco. Delicious pizza for our group of 7 shared while sipping wine and deciding what to have for dinner. Francesco is from Sardinia so he knows all about fish. The salt encrusted red snapper was perfectly cooked and mouth-wateringly (is that a word?) good. :-) The steak was tender, tasty and cooked perfectly to order. The veal chop was so, so tender, milky white, loaded with flavor and also cooked perfectly. Stting is simple, relaxed, comfortable and friendly. Francesco came to our table twice to make sure everything was okay and then stayed to provide a few very welcome cooking tips.
