  • "We've been to Zink several times, this was the first time for a holiday brunch. The put on an incredible fare with amazing selections that were continually replenished. Service was fantastic - they were not overbearing but were very attentive."

  • "This has become one of my favorites and no matter who I bring, they love it too! I came to the Sunday brunch, finally, and can't wait to come again for brunch and many more times for dinner and happy hour!"

  • "My wife and I have come 3 times to Zink for special occasions. Each time, we have had good food, good service, and a good time. We tend to eat early, as we like a relatively quiet atmosphere. Our only objection is that the dining area tends to be chilly, and we usually wear a jacket or sweater for warmth. On our most recent visit, we had an appetizer (or a half-salad) and the Chicken Sausage with Pasta dish from the entree section. Very filling. I had a house wine, and it was perfectly adequate for my needs. [Also, as we were there during happy hour, it was discounted, which I hadn't expected!] Some day we will make a meal of appetizer + salad or flatbread pizza. Looked good at a nearby table!"

  • "It was all avarage and above average. Got tolovemycocky wait or as we'll. it's worth the thousand points."

  • "My husband and I have had dinner at Zink two weekends in a row. Once with our friends and the kids and the other just the two of us. Hidden gem. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great food. Really happy to find such a great restaurant so close to our house!"

  • "The food and service we had was very good. The menu is limited. We went on Friday evening and there were very few people there."

  • "Zink is quiet enough that you can hear yourself and others. The food is good and the menu is interesting. The portions are generous."

  • "I am Jim's friend . However this is my e-mail so you can change the name if you care to. It was a pleasant evening with friends. Our waiter Tylor was outstanding. He was patient with us ex;plaining the menu and not rushing us at all. However the guys said the beef selection was tough. I had a wonderful chicken soup and a salad that was enough for the 4 of us. I find extra large servings such as that is a poor presentation. The fish on it was dry. I'm being honest since I like your restaurant and feel you could make some adjustments so the locals will come as well as hotel guests. Hope this helps. Peggy"

  • "Great food and service. Noise because located too close to lobby and pool"

  • "Food was very good. I had the Paella and it was perfect. Mussels were a tad small but hey this is the middle of Colorado. Wife love the Arctic Char and it was a huge serving. Interesting Pomegranate dessert, probably go another way next time. Drinks were cheap and the total bill was just about right for the 2 of us. With tip ~85. We walked in and were the only people there although it was on a weekend and they are typically busy during the week. Although it's in a hotel they do a really good job at separating the kids in the pool from the people having a quiet dinner. Will go back."

  • "Jim provides good ole fashion excellent service. Great evening . Food was fantastic and the evening flew by . My guests were pleasantly surprised at menu diversity balanced with reasonable prices."

  • "This place doesn't ever seem to be super busy, but the food is always amazing. The short ribs are the best I have ever had, and the brussel sprouts they offered for restaurant week are amazing!"

  • "we were greeted very well but that was about it. the menu was restirctive and the $8 kids meals were outrageous. My salad was good but should have been $12 not $15. My wife's fish should have $18 to $20 not $26. But the worst was the waiter, he essentially stumbled on to us with no introduction then he showed frustration when we didnt know what we wanted from the less then twenty item menu. We then were offered to the chef to make a sandwich of our choice. Spent $74 on a mediocure meal that I was left unimpressed."

  • "I selected Zink from Open Table for our Valentine's Day celebration. Most restaurants were booked so I gave this restaurant a shot ( a shot in the dark). We were delightfully surprised. They have obtained a new chef who presented a wonderful special for the holiday. First we had the Drunken Mussels, (delicious), then a light fresco salad with creamy goat cheese, the T-bone lamb, cooked perfectly and served with crispy crab potatoes and blanched spinach, and finished with chocolate mouse pops and strawberry sauce. They also make a fabulous Zink martini. The service was efficient and friendly. (We had Tyler as our server.) I heard that they have a great brunch on Sundays, so we plan on a return visit to try that as well."

  • "Was not aware it was inside a hotel, we enjoyed our Valentine dinner. The food was very good (everything had great flavor) a little pricey but we felt it was worth it. The wine was good and the service was excellent."

  • "My wife and I make it a habbit to try new locations whenever we can and I decided to take my wife to Zink for Valentines Day as the reviews read well and I thought the special $55/person menu looked nice. We could tell there was potential here, but by going with their pre-packaged Valentines Day menu we seriously didn't choose well. The best part of the event was the attentiveness of the service, second to none. However, while the dish presentations were very professional looking and the flavors of the main course items were nice, the value for the overall meal was lacking and simply not worth even half the cost. Sadly, the food was somewhat on par with ordinary chain steak houses, but for twice the price of their best cuts."

  • "We really enjoyed this restaurant located in the Doubletree Hotel near Orchard and I-25. The service was outstanding and the staff very helpful and friendly. We shared a toasted coconut kale salad which was very good and flat bread pizzas that were also tasty . Will definitely go back here!"

  • "We chose this place because of its location & because the menu listed several dishes that catered to our vegan lifestyle. The waiter was very knowledgeable and even offered to have some dishes altered to accommodate our plant-based diet. The Spinach Salad with Pomegranates, toasted Walnuts and Lavender Dressing was superb, as were the two tofu dishes we ordered. Plenty of food, but we finished up with the Berry & Coconut Sorbet, which was delectable. The ambiance leaves a bit to be desired; it is a hotel restaurant, after all. But I did enjoy sitting in a comfortable booth, and just the mere fact that a chef would acknowledge that there are vegans who desire more than the standard Hummus plate makes up for it. We'll definitely be back."

  • "We chose reservations here due to the interesting menu published online. Some of what we were served however fell short. The antipasto canapés were delicious. The Paella was prepared with Basmati rice (?) and what appeared to be pre-processed ingredients - disappointing as the entree price suggested I was ordering freshly prepared paella. Something other than saffron used to pigment and flavor. The papardelle with flank steak and cippolini onions was served with little seasoning and cold onions, also not a good value for asking price. Hopefully this was an isolated off-night performance."

  • "A group of six of us went here for New Year's eve because we could not get reservations at our favorite restaurants. If someone else in the group was writing this, the rating might be higher. The service was excellent, the soup was delicious, and most of the entrées were excellent. The barbecue ribs were excellent, but my beef stroganoff was very tough, although the flavor was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant, but stay away from the stroganoff!"

  • "The ambiance, or lack there of, reminded us more of a mall food court than an upscale restaurant. It took 12 minutes for our table to be greeted, which may be understandable if they were busy but there was only 1 other table in the restaurant (should have taken that as a sign). The menu descriptions were more impressive than the actual food that was delivered. Between my boyfriend, my friend and I, we tried 4 small plates and an entree. None of it was horrible but the fact that the only part I remember is the lighting, the bread basket and my ketel one & soda, means I will not be recommending this restaurant. The only way I will be going back is if I completely forget about this first experience."

  • "This was our second visit this fall. First time was a wonderful surprise. This time some of the same dishes (e.g., the Greek egg rolls) came out differently. And the service was really, really slow."

  • "We came in to Denver to spend Thanksgiving days with family from Toronto. Saw Zinks online and booked. Food and service met and exceeded all expectations. If going to Denver again, would go back."

  • "Just the two of us for Thanksgiving, so its simpler to eat out than cook. Zink's prepared a great meal with items we usually don't get. Turkey was succulent and tasty with sweet potatoes, soup, and dessert. All in all a great deal!"

  • "First time visit and enjoyed it completely. The Thanksgiving meal was excellent with very good service. Holiday offerings are not part of the regular menu, but I an eager to return based on the excellent meal we were served."

  • "Quite a nice surprise. Food was excellent -- try the Greek egg rolls as an appetizer. Great spare ribs, flat bread, chick pea salad. All done with a nice twist."

  • "I don't know what all the good online reviews here and on other sites were all about. Zink was okay but NOTHING to write home about. Yes, as another reviewer observed, they do hire children. Not that that's bad, it's just not all that refined. The food was boring and the selections were limited. The menu sounds far better than the actual item served. The food server (who was over 18, unlike the water and bread person) was okay. But for the prices and the portions, Zink is completely underwhelming. I always hesitate to dine in hotel restaurants and ZInk proved to be no exception. If I didn't live locally and know of five other much better restaurant choices within .5 - 2 miles, Zink might be okay. But alas..."

  • "They had a new menu and our server didn't know one thing about it! We asked about various dishes and he didn't have a clue! The portions were small and pricey. Definitely would not go back!"

  • "We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden restaurant. I made the reservation because it was 1,000 points and it was a great find. My husband ordered the mac and cheese with pork and it was delicious! I will be ordering it for myself next time we go. I got the whitefish which was a touch too spicy for my taste. We shared a cobb salad which was very good. They also have my favorite wine which was a nice bonus! We will definitely be back soon."

  • "Great little restaurant. There is a back entrance to the hotel (with the Zink sign) that lets you walk right in without having to go through any hotel. The breakfast buffet on the weekends is excellent and includes omelets and waffles. My wife isn't a big fan of buffets, but she loves to get their salmon locks breakfast. yummm!"

  • "Found this place through Open Table, and we were glad we made the effort. The only downer was that it was a pretty quiet spot on an early Friday, so would have been nice to have a bit more "vibe" But aside from that, the menu provides some non-standard dishes such as a Korean meatballs with Kimchee appetizer which we found really tasty (especially with that touch of cilantro). It was also refreshing to see a little less markup on wine than usual - and the overall prices were reasonable as well. Great service too - and I'd highly recommend the deconstructed German chocolate cake ice cream for dessert. Overall a great dine. I think we'll bring some friends next time."

  • "This was our first visit to Zink. Tucked away in a suburban hotel, we likely would not have tried it without a hearty recommendation (which we had). Our party got four different entrees - all very creative, yet not too "out there" - and all were delicious, well-crafted and presented beautifully. The poached white fish in chili oil, the wild boar sausage, the Scottish salmon, the BBQ pork mac-n-cheese, the Thai chicken soup and the spicy chicken meat ball appetizer were all exceptional. The server was very knowledgeable and personable. The noise level was such that we could converse without any problem in spite of a hearing impairment in our group. This is an excellent dining option in the Denver Tech Center area. We will return."

  • "We had a group dinner here for a work team travelling into Denver from all over the country. At first we were skeptical because this restaurant was built into a hotel. Secondly, we were skeptical because we were the only people there (granted, it was only 4p on a Tuesday.) However, the staff was friendly, the bar drinks were very reasonable... and then we were seated for dinner. The menu was very diverse, but everyone loved their food. Someone tried the flatbread pizza since the open-flame oven was visible from our table. Someone else tried the Vietnamese clay pot. Several people had the smoked chicken enchiladas. I had two of the small plates. No one walked away hungry and the bill was very reasonable. I will return with my wife soon."
