That was great fun. She had the chicken palliard and I had a steak special. We both had salads and they were great. Good wines. We talked with the Chef, who was quite friendly. The portions were substantial. My personal judge of a good meal is when you do not have to adjust seasonings, and this was one of them. Even the scallop potatoes needed nothing more. Zinc's menu was the best of all Albuquerque restaurants menu's for this promotional week. It truly gave a taste of what a regular menu would be. The choices were all top notch making it difficult to select from each categoy.
