The food is prepared so well, exactly as described. Most entrees have that dash of verve that makes it a Zest dish. Just enough heat or accent to make the flavors notable. I look forward to the soups offered. I haven't tried a new one I didn't like. The mixed grill is terrific because it offers surf and turf with a chimichurri sauce that accents the entire dish. My partner swears that the blackened salmon bearnaise is the best she has had. The servers are excellent at what they do and not pushy or around too much. The restaurant was busy and a little loud and seating was not overly comfortable but we had a nice dinner and the desert was to die for. Appetizers were great also. Pasta was al dente, pork belly pieces were a nice touch, peas tasted fresh, cream sauce wasn't too heavy. Pork belly app was also quite good. My friend has the miso cod, which was very delicious. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable and fun. The food was all good, some of it excellent. Extremely busy, interesting mix of people in the crowd. A bit noisy, but not unbearable. The wait staff was good, although our server was a bit slow. Not sure how large his section was, and the support staff did a good job of assisting when needed.
Food is excellent. Fun to have greek dishes served tapa style. Not too loud, everyone loved their food, and the price was reasonable. The calamari was awesome. Service was excellent. Both of us loved the atmosphere and the verve of the place on a busy Friday night. The host staff was particularly cordial and made sure that we had a very nice table. Bartender was friendly and happy - nice. Our dinner was just wonderful. Highly recommend the lamb shank. My friend said her pork tenderloin was "perfect".
