I enjoy dining here because the bartenders do more than pour drinks, and aren't the typical pretentious "mixologists" you so often encounter in other upscale lounges. These people know cocktails, how to determine what the customer wants, and how to serve the beverages.
The sushi is always fresh, well-presented, and expertly prepared. The waitstaff checks on you without constantly intruding or hovering. The ambiance is active, but not loud. This is a place where well-dressed people in thier 30's and up can enjoy themselves in a classy environment.

This was our first time at Zentan, and it didn't disappoint. We made a reservation and were seated upon entering. Decor was pleasant but definitely the noise level is up there. Still, we were able to chat comfortably with our friends. The food was very good... we took some of the waiter's recommendations (which were spot on) and all shared the different plates/rolls. The food was very fresh and delicious. My husband and I went for his bday and the close proximity of the tables did not detract from our enjoyable experience. The Donovan platter was yummy, especially the Calamri, and satay. The service was average, and has room for improvement. The floor layout is interesting, just watch out for the large columns in the dining area, which make the traffic flow in the dining area sometimes bottleneck. Asian-fusion cuisine, great service, nice decor, and unexpectedly large portions. It's right on the circle, and one of the dining rooms has a nice view.
