"Didn't live up to my expectations. The meal was good, but not memorable. Discounted wine specials were obscure selections and they would not open the bottle of wine I had brought because it was on there wine list. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a policy.Don't plan a return trip."

"We came to celebrate a birthday and we not disappointed. The food was great (although they ran out of their short ribs) and the service was superb - our waiter kept our glasses full and the food coming."

"This is one of my favorite local places. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I had the salmon and my friend ordered the chicken, both of which were very good. My favorite dish here is the filet with the amazing gorgonzola-merlot sauce...so good!"

"This place was fantastic! I went with my boyfriend for Valentines day dinner and we could not have picked a better place. They were very crowded and running about 20 minutes over their reservations, but to me that is a good thing, because the food must be excellent. I would definitely go back here."

"Nice wine selection - half off select bottles late night on Friday Saturday which is pretty cool. Service was pretty bad for such a small place - our waiter put in our appetizers and then forgot to come back to us for like 30 minutes. We had the crab cakes which were amazing. Main course was just ok. I had the scallops which were tough. The seasoning and the sauce was ok but a little heavy. The ravioli in the middle was as heavy - they needed something on the plate to balance the scallops out. My boyfriend got the gorgonzola filet. The steak was cooked unevenly and the sauce was way to overpowering. Good garlic mashed potatoes. Total was 140 for two with drinks. Oh and there was a super annoying group of housewives next to us."

"NY steak special was fantastic. Everything prepared properly. Very friendly service. Same owner as Cafe Pierre so menu format very similar with choice of cheese plate. I personally like this feature and it's not found in many restaurants. Very good wine list. Wine is a ittle pricey but not unusually so. Very enjoyable dinner and evening overall. They also comped our desserts because they said they were a little slow on one of the courses. We didn't even notice. Kudos to management."

"This is our second visit to this lovely restaurant. Great crusty bread, with a harissa dipping sauce. The moules frites are excellent, and my dining companion's steak au poivre was wonderful. Good, attentive service, great wine list with wines by the bottle, half bottle and glass."
