I had no idea!!Wow, what a happy surprise to discover that Zambri's did brunch? I had no idea until I arrived for what I thought was a Mother's Day lunch, but they had a terrific brunch menu. I had the meatballs and eggs, which was FANTASTIC! The eggs were perfectly cooked and obviously free range with terrific dark orange yolks, and the meatballs with the eggs was such an interesting combination and all served on top of firm polenta with a lovely tomato sauce. The atrium seating was relaxing and comfortable , the service friendly and unobtrusive, food better than good but below great. Dessert was chocolate gelato affogato and a chocolate pudding with caramel, all very delicious. Service was attentive and friendly, and the location is attractive. Being slightly out of the downtown core, street parking is available not too far away. Their online reservation system is very convenient. Highly recommended.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AM
