Yunaghi is a very special place. The service is genuine and friendly. The food is presented as though the plate is the canvas and the chef is an artist. One must admire the plate for at least 2 minutes prior to falling upon it and trust me, this will be harder than it sounds, as it looks and smells unreal... Oh, and the tasting menu is the only way to go unless you live down the street and drop in a couple of times a week.

We have high expectation on this restaurant due to Joanne Kate's review. The presentation of the food was good but there were no wow effects. Among the Japaness food we have tried, it was so so overall.

Enjoyed the 9 course meal. Excellent presentation, broth on a few dishes were very salty but very good food overall. Sake Sangria was beautifully presented and all glasses were super clean and well-polished which I loved! Servers were somewhat novice but attentive and very polite. I won't be rushing back (due to its menu concept) but I will go back when I'm in a mood for a nice dinner with enjoyable company.

The 9 course meal was beautifully presented and it was flavourful. Service was attentive although the wait-staff's English is hard to understand. it's worthy to give it a try but it might not be a restaurant to repeat.
